20/10/2025: Nice place in the Brera neighborhood. Honestly, the appetizers didn't meet my expectations, especially the truffle tartare (flavorless meat) and the carpaccio (the latter is nothing more than a sort of bresaola/speck with a sauce). Milanese risotto, let's say, lacked a bit of flavor, while the meat was very good. The service was quite good. The price was average for the city, so high.

04/10/2025: I've been wanting to try this historic Milanese restaurant for a long time, and today I finally had the chance. It's located in a truly picturesque location, right behind the Darsena, in Piazzale Cantore. The atmosphere is unique: elegant without being overly formal, with attentive service and meticulous attention to detail. The fish is incredibly fresh. I started with a raw fish dish that to call excellent is an understatement, then moved on to a dish that literally won me over: tagliolini with sea urchins and zucchini flowers, simply unforgettable—I've never eaten anything so good, I swear! I finished with a light, fragrant, and dry fried fish dish, unlike anything you've rarely tasted. An experience I'd repeat without hesitation. The price? Sure, you pay for quality... but here, you really do it with pleasure.

The atmosphere is beautiful, modern, with tables spaced just right, the music at the right volume, and the ladies who served us were courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The food was excellent in every way (appetizers, first courses, and second courses), and the wine list was well-stocked!

09/09/2025: Dinner on the go.... I'm writing this review primarily for an off-menu dish that surprised me: fresh porcini mushroom salad with parmesan and arugula. I must admit... Truly special. It was all accompanied by a rosemary tagliata and a good glass of wine. Impeccable service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, a refined and characteristic atmosphere. Bravo, Bacco Matto! 14/10/2025: Claudio and I spent a romantic weekend at Tenuta de l'Annunziata and had such a wonderful time that we decided to celebrate our wedding there. Our expectations were not disappointed: everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail; the food was excellent, and we were accompanied on our most beautiful day by expertise, smiles, and affection. 09/09/2025: Last year I got two vouchers for a Christmas present and for myself, but unfortunately, when the spa reopened in February, I was informed that the pool was undergoing maintenance. So I called every month or so until April, based on agreements made (and I always recommend asking the person you're speaking to for their full name), explaining various reasons, and my vouchers were extended until October 25, 2025. Today I called to schedule a date and was denied because it expired on August 31st. They then told me, "We can make an exception, but you have to come by September 17th." Since I already have commitments, that's not feasible, so it can be extended, but with a 50% deposit. Obviously, this is a matter of principle, and remember that someone's word is worth nothing. If you get caught, always remember to ask for a confirmation email. Trust is a thing of the past. I was very disappointed, and obviously, even though I've been there several times and even told friends who have, that won't be the case in the future. Anyway, I thought it was right to inform you about my experience. Remember that here the spa vouchers are valid for 6 months and are almost irremovable.

10/10/2025: We came here on the recommendation of the Palazzo Virilis hotel, and it was a great choice. We loved their pizzas and tiramisu. Surprisingly, they didn't include coffee, but that's fine because I prefer not to drink coffee for dinner. One of the waiters speaks Spanish! Great service!
