10/10/2025: Impeccable food, and if you’re lucky—or well organized enough—to get a table outside with a view of the Lake Como shores, you’ve hit the jackpot. Prices aren’t cheap by Italian standards, but the dishes are refined, elegantly plated, and thoughtfully prepared. Have some pasta, a glass of wine and relax.

11/10/2025: Excellent restaurant in every way. We came for dinner last night and had a wonderful time! The owner is a truly delightful person; he explained every dish to us in great detail, encouraging us to try them all! Following his recommendation, we had the exquisite Iberian Presa as an appetizer, followed by a very flavorful risotto with lemon, anchovies, capers, and Tropea onions. We shared a delicious suckling pig, and finished with a dessert of chocolate, apricot jam, and mint ice cream. The atmosphere and service were very welcoming. We'll be back soon.

03/10/2025: Exquisite dinner - elaborate and unique menu, but without being over the top. We opted for the tasting menu, which is highly recommended. The service was attentive but discreet, and the atmosphere was elegant without being overbearing. Excellent!

16/09/2025: High quality of food and service. Small family restaurant with high potential and quality of wine and Prosecco. Also the lemon sorbet with vodka was gorgeous. If you are in the neighborhood you must go for the dinner there. Recommend.

01/10/2025: This was a disappointing experience last night. First off, one food server for 20 tables? What could go wrong? The pasta was good but the grilled vegetables were actually steamed. The zucchini did have grill marks on it but the red peppers and eggplant were not grilled. The restaurant was full of Americans but the waitress didn’t have a striking command of English, which is fine so the chef came out who was very nice and offered to recook the side dish but I was done eating. I expected them to take it off my bill but they didn’t so I paid and left. Would not go back, too many great food options here in Milano!!

From the main courses to the desserts, everything is truly exceptional. You can tell there's a lot of care and research behind it. The service is excellent. Really good!! 👏

08/10/2025: I also had the carbonara. Yes, it didn't have cream, but unfortunately, it wasn't the right kind of bacon. Therefore, the taste was a bit bland. The cover was €2 per person. For us, it was an additional €8. I don't need the included cutlery. It's a real surprise when paying. Why don't they just add it to the price?

07/10/2025: The restaurant is a little gem. The food is incredibly delicious. A variety of dishes with a focus on fish and seafood. They also offer pizza in a variety of variations. A larger wine selection would have rounded out the offerings even more. So we settled for the good house wine. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely visit the restaurant again.

08/10/2025: Few things seem to be prepared à la minute. Rather, everything is pre-cooked and the garnishes/decorations on the plate are not even fresh (lemon wedge cut the day before, avocado degraded by oxygen because it was also cut too long in advance, etc.). On the other hand, the price is really very reasonable compared to the quality, which could be better.

11/10/2025: The food was absolutely fine, but as usual, no bread with olive oil was served beforehand. The service was completely unfriendly; you felt like you were supposed to leave immediately, which was also evident in the reactions of other guests. We weren't even thanked for our generous tip. We always go to the pizzeria when we visit Maccagno, but the service and friendliness have never been this bad. We're guests, whether it's peak or off-season, so you can still behave differently. What a shame 🤷‍♂️

04/10/2025: Very good pizzas. The service is fast, there's no waiting. The desserts are also very unique and served elegantly. The prices are average for the area. The restaurant is full of plants. If you like greenery, this is the perfect place. The waiters are kind, sometimes even a bit too kind... I would give customers more time to rest between courses. In any case, I would return to this restaurant for dinner.

07/10/2025: I came here hoping to eat Tuscan food. The moment I walked in, the staff spoke to me in Japanese, and they also had a Japanese menu, which made it easy to understand. (It seems like there were a lot of Japanese tourists among the customers.) It was also fun when the staff spoke to me in Japanese, asking questions like "Is it delicious?", "The best?" (looking at my plate after I'd finished it), and "Amazing!" The huge plate of steak and potatoes (with ribs) was very filling. The tiramisu for dessert was also delicious, making this my tentative #1 meal in Italy!
