18/11/2024: Birthday party with fried dumplings, cold cuts and giropizza. Very comfortable environment for a team of 20+ people at the upper pine. Cleanliness and tidiness of the rooms, OK. Good food, equally good service, despite there being revelry they didn't do anything wrong. Advised.

28/10/2024: We are so thankful for Hotel Riviera! Long story: my wife & I were driving a rental car along Tremezzo area, when we encountered two flat tyres at 12 midnight! Called the towing service, and they said they can only tow the next day since it was a Sunday. So we were basically stuck the whole night, and our b&b was at the other side of the lake (1hr 30 minutes drive). We had to scramble for a overnight stay. In desperation, we went to every hotel along the road to find a last minute accommodation, until we found Hotel Riviera. We rang the intercom and the owner, Andrea answered. Thankfully he is fluent in English. Even though he was already getting ready to sleep, he offered us a room for the night. Room is cosy, bed is comfortable & the toilet had heated flooring after a good shower! The next day, we met Andrea in the breakfast area. Andrea & his dad are one of the sweetest & kindest people we met in our Italy trip! He prepared breakfast for all his hotel guests. He happened to be friends with the towing person! He even helped to coordinate with him so that we can have our breakfast before heading to the towing spot. We are just so glad that we survived this situation & thankful for Andrea & his dad! 1 star for the rental car. But 5+ stars for Hotel Riviera! HAHA

21/10/2024: Restaurant located in a strategic position on the lake shore in Griante. The staff is friendly and helpful, the dishes (polenta with braised meat and sliced ​​venison) are excellent. To return!

29/10/2024: Nice place with outdoor tables, along the Zanardelli lakefront, we stopped for lunch, to eat pizza, discreet, friendly and efficient staff, average prices for the place!

They have gluten free options for desserts, I got the baked apple pie with cinnamon and it took me back to my childhood! The courses of their famous plateaus super fresh and everything excellent! 30/10/2024: The ambience resembles a train station hall... loveless and cold. There is no trace of coziness, no one wants to stay here for long. The fish platter also tasted like old frying fat. The salad and the carbonara weren't a highlight either. Only the service was okay. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this restaurant.

21/11/2024: The place was a bit full but there were free tables inside. However, since I had a small dog, we were told that everything was full. Beyond the food, this voluntary gesture identifies ownership and management well

13/11/2024: The pizza was good. Unfortunately we had to eat in the winter garden, so the pizza got cold immediately. Unfortunately, the staff can't do anything for their boss. Very unfriendly person. The service employee brought us the bill, we put the money in, the lady got it again and brought it back with the change. We then put a 5 euro note in the folder and were just about to get up when the boss came to the table, opened the folder and very rudely pointed out to us that the amount was higher than 5 euros and that we had to put the entire amount in. We had to defend ourselves so that we didn't have to pay the amount again. A very clear no-go.

24/06/2024: Pizze fantastiche. Consiglio la Positano che viene servita con le acciughe del Cantabrico e la burrata. Servizio molto attento e personale super cordiale. Location unica con vista sul Lago di Como.

21/12/2024: The place was decided at the last minute and I must say it was spot on. The dishes are good and the waiter Roberto makes you feel at home. My nieces had a lot of fun.

02/11/2024: After a long wandering around more or less well-known but full restaurants, we practically, almost by chance, found this restaurant. Destiny, luck?! We still ask ourselves that. Because everything that arrived at the table, from the starters, cheeses and cured meats, to the excellence of the perch risotto, to the desserts, to the house wine (Chardonnay), was all delicious. And if that wasn't enough, the friendliness and attention of the service won us over just as much as the food. Recommended, to be recommended, to be tried. We will definitely be back. They truly gave us a wonderful experience. Well done!!!!

15/10/2024: We had lunch in this corner of paradise for a stag party. We tasted wonderful and exquisite products, and the company of the waiters, the staff and the people around us created a magical atmosphere, in the absolute silence near the lake ⭐

16/12/2024: A fun and welcoming place to spend two hours in good company. The quality of the gastronomic offer is good and the spaces are well-kept.

15/12/2024: Sessions 15 minutes late in the outdoor space. We supposedly should have been warm, but instead we were next to the glass window through which drafts of cold air were coming in. Delicious food and courteous waiter - the experience with the girls at the reception and the wait without even a glass of water offered was unpleasant. You can find more welcoming environments.

31/12/2024: The best pizza we ever had! Everything was so fresh. The ricotta, cheeses, and sausage were too tier.The beverages were delicious! Service was friendly, helpful and suggestive.

24/12/2024: Former factory location, along the Naviglio, very large but warm in winter and not very noisy. Good food and good choice between restaurant and pizzeria. Pretty fast service despite the many tables. In the weekend it is advisable to book in advance. We have been going for years with family or friends. Fair prices. Advise
