14/02/2026: Very well located, close to the lake. Very friendly stuff, they found is a table even though it was crowded. In winter pretty cold inside. Good food but not excellent.

11/02/2026: All the reviews said they cater to gluten free but when we got there he said there was only gluten free risotto. This might be because of winter but the guy told us no one further down had gluten free when in fact the next open restaurant had plenty of options.

22/01/2026: A 1990s-style location with two small rooms and a large hall with a wooden ceiling. Excellent service with friendly and attentive staff. I ordered the fixed business menu. €12.50, including drinks and coffee. I had orecchiette with tomato sauce, beef bites and peas, and meatballs with tomato sauce and a side of boiled vegetables. Everything was delicious and plentiful. I'd like to return for dinner to try their very inviting fish menu. Highly recommended.

20/05/2026: The view of Lake Garda is breathtaking. Since we only wanted a cappuccino, we were relegated to the back rows under the waiter's stern gaze, even though there were still seats available at the front. A shame, but okay. I didn't feel welcome at all. It seemed to me that attention was only given to the locals and well-known guests. Not even a smile for us. Passersby had asked about ice cream – apparently, they don't have any; I found that hard to understand. I then wanted to pay and had to do so inside. Our waiter, who was still taking his time, printed out the receipt for me, and I asked again where I could pay. "Right here," he indicated. Only when I reiterated that I wanted to pay by card did he take out the card reader. Still with a stern expression. Sorry, but that kind of attitude doesn't deserve a tip.

20/05/2026: I have never in my entire life been served so rudely by someone in a restaurant, and by the owner himself, no less. Bread rolls were slammed onto the table with an irritated expression. The order was placed with an irritated face and a hand gesture indicating what we wanted. We asked for Parmesan cheese for the pasta, but when it arrived, a small bowl was conjured up with a tiny leftover in it, which he scraped together and threw onto our pasta. When we asked for more, he spoke irritably to another waiter, and ultimately, no cheese arrived. The entire time, he was irritated and rude, not only to us but also to two other families who were treated exactly the same way. Eventually, we confronted him about it, along with the two other families, and he said in an angry voice, "Yes, yes, fine, pay up and get out," with a hand gesture multiple times, and then threw the receipt on the floor. This was done to the other families as well, including an elderly couple, where the old man had to bend down to pick up his receipt. Regular customers came in in between; you could tell by the way he cheerfully welcomed them, shook their hands, and was talking to them with a cheerful smile—he was a completely different person, unbelievable to see. The waiters and waitresses were also treated rudely by him, and they apologized to us for his behavior; it is terrible that these people have to deal with someone like that every day, and I wish them strength. The view was beautiful, though (photos of the owner are not allowed: small man with a big nose and glasses).

18/05/2026: The staff was a bit rude, and the food was stale. The seats were packed tightly together, and it was extremely noisy.

11/05/2026: We had a dinner consisting of a selection of dishes. The savory food was good (especially the Russian salad and baked potatoes), but the desserts were a bit of a disappointment, unfortunately.

29/05/2026: We dined at the Mistrale restaurant in Bregnano with five of us, and overall the experience was pleasant. The ambiance is certainly one of the restaurant's strong points: welcoming, well-kept, and with an atmosphere reminiscent of the coast, it makes you feel a little like you're on vacation for an evening. A relaxing and pleasant setting for a family dinner. We appreciated the quality of the food: four of us had a warm seafood salad appetizer, followed by mixed fried fish and seared tuna with vegetables. The dishes were tasty and well-prepared, with good-quality ingredients. A small note about the mixed fried fish, which is served without a side dish: perhaps it would be helpful to specify this more clearly. The service was friendly, although at times a bit imprecise and lacking attention to detail. The wait between courses also seemed rather long. With a little more attention, precision, and speed, the restaurant could offer an even better experience. Overall, however, it was a pleasant evening, in a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, with good-quality cuisine.

11/05/2026: ⭐☆☆☆☆ We chose this elegant restaurant in the centre for a special occasion – our son’s First Communion lunch – and unfortunately it turned into a deeply disappointing experience. From the outset, things went wrong. The starters arrived partially frozen, which is simply unacceptable at this level. While the waiter did apologise, there was not a single word from the manager at that stage. The main course did not improve matters. We had specifically requested a fillet steak to be cut open and cooked well done (being mindful that the Italian interpretation can differ). Despite this, the steak arrived neither sliced nor properly cooked through. On top of that, the side potatoes only arrived when we had almost finished eating. Overall, the quality of the food was very poor and far below expectations. The most disappointing aspect, however, came at the end. When we raised these issues while paying the bill (for a table of seven), the manager was apologetic in words but took no initiative to address the situation — not even a token gesture or minor discount. We had to insist that the frozen starters be removed from the bill ourselves. It is unacceptable customer service, especially for what should have been a meaningful family celebration. Instead of leaving with positive memories, we felt badly treated and let down. I would not recommend this restaurant for any occassion.

24/04/2026: I came as a bus driver with a group of 42 people, and everyone was delighted. The pizzas (served in the center of the table) were very good. The dining room is a bit small, but you can't exactly expand it. A customer with a gluten intolerance was thrilled to eat her first (gluten-free) pizza in 16 years! Thank you for the warm welcome.

04/04/2026: I would advise you to change the name of the place, after waiting 40 minutes we asked how much it would take for the pizzas and the girl laughed in our face without even coming to tell us how long we would have to wait and we were presented with a pizza that we can't even call such since it was rubber. €45 spent without eating since the plates came back intact with half a slice eaten.

01/01/2026: If you want great drinks, quality, and expertise, this place is for you. The only shame is the scaffolding outside the venue, which makes it a bit hard to see, but once you enter the courtyard where the venue is located, everything changes. Worth it.

The pizza isn't good, more...very light dough, I usually eat one pizza, after which I don't want anything else, the other night I was shocked, I even ate almost half of my girlfriend's, it's amazing how good it is, soft and light. I will be back, highly recommended. Efficient, fast and kind staff.

20/04/2026: Fantastic experience, extremely friendly staff, and top-notch quality. I've been several times, both for their fantastic pizza and the food. I've always eaten and drank excellently, as they have a very extensive and refined wine list. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well and spend a pleasant evening with friends in a place that doesn't require too much financial commitment, as the prices are perfectly in line with the quality and sophistication of the dishes. You definitely won't be disappointed!
