20/04/2026: We came for lunch today, a group of three, on the recommendation of a local. We had three excellent pizzas: prosciutto and a calzone, with a thin and delicious crust. Truly excellent food, and the service was very pleasant and quick. We'll be back if we can someday.

03/07/2026: Mediocre food, poor service. Expensive price point makes no sense. The bread basket was horribly stale and cold. It was brought out as soon as I sat, and clearly baked hours ago, without any effort to make it taste any better Shrimp carpaccio was good, although bland, which means the problem is not the ingredient. The spaghetti with clam and bottarga that I ordered was bland, with bottarga nowhere to be found (why put it in if it doesn't change the taste?). There was sand in the clams, about which I told the server about, to which he said it's 'natural'. I have had vogole pasta without sand. Sand aside, the pasta just tasted bad. I wasn't full at all but didn't want to eat more of the bland bowl of flour so I got up. There was no apology about the sand, or any further questions about if I didn't like the food. There was a large group of about 10 guests dining, so maybe the server and the kitchen were distracted. It was the worst dining experience in Milan for me. Spending 67 euros on this makes me feel bad.

06/06/2026: I rode my bike past the restaurant and was verbally assaulted by someone, presumably the cook, while he was smoking outside. He accused me of giving him a dirty look, which is completely inconsistent with what happened, and began addressing me in an aggressive and rude manner. I found this behavior highly unpleasant and unprofessional.

20/05/2026: I have never in my entire life been served so rudely by someone in a restaurant, and by the owner himself, no less. Bread rolls were slammed onto the table with an irritated expression. The order was placed with an irritated face and a hand gesture indicating what we wanted. We asked for Parmesan cheese for the pasta, but when it arrived, a small bowl was conjured up with a tiny leftover in it, which he scraped together and threw onto our pasta. When we asked for more, he spoke irritably to another waiter, and ultimately, no cheese arrived. The entire time, he was irritated and rude, not only to us but also to two other families who were treated exactly the same way. Eventually, we confronted him about it, along with the two other families, and he said in an angry voice, "Yes, yes, fine, pay up and get out," with a hand gesture multiple times, and then threw the receipt on the floor. This was done to the other families as well, including an elderly couple, where the old man had to bend down to pick up his receipt. Regular customers came in in between; you could tell by the way he cheerfully welcomed them, shook their hands, and was talking to them with a cheerful smile—he was a completely different person, unbelievable to see. The waiters and waitresses were also treated rudely by him, and they apologized to us for his behavior; it is terrible that these people have to deal with someone like that every day, and I wish them strength. The view was beautiful, though (photos of the owner are not allowed: small man with a big nose and glasses).

20/05/2026: The view of Lake Garda is breathtaking. Since we only wanted a cappuccino, we were relegated to the back rows under the waiter's stern gaze, even though there were still seats available at the front. A shame, but okay. I didn't feel welcome at all. It seemed to me that attention was only given to the locals and well-known guests. Not even a smile for us. Passersby had asked about ice cream – apparently, they don't have any; I found that hard to understand. I then wanted to pay and had to do so inside. Our waiter, who was still taking his time, printed out the receipt for me, and I asked again where I could pay. "Right here," he indicated. Only when I reiterated that I wanted to pay by card did he take out the card reader. Still with a stern expression. Sorry, but that kind of attitude doesn't deserve a tip.

29/06/2026: Everything was perfect. Excellent pizza, excellent service, friendly and fast. It's just that the dining room is really hot. Bearable anyway. I'll be back.

21/04/2026: Very, very satisfied, I will definitely be back. The pizza isn't good, more...very light dough, I usually eat one pizza, after which I don't want anything else, the other night I was shocked, I even ate almost half of my girlfriend's, it's amazing how good it is, soft and light. I will be back, highly recommended. Efficient, fast and kind staff.

03/10/2025: The atmosphere is welcoming, as are the staff. Excellent food, and the recommended wine to go with it. Reasonable prices. We'll be back.

06/09/2025: I now consider Extasy my second home, the place where I know I'll always find excellent food, a great chef, and a welcoming place with a pleasant atmosphere. Great Gianni!

22/05/2026: There at the end of April and it was closed for a refurb. Someone (owner?) said they were opening within the next two weeks. Their website is down so don't know if they're reopening under another name/ownership. Prior to this it was a favourite in Bergamo.

12/03/2026: I went there almost two years ago and I would like to go back since I'm returning to Bergamo in May but the phone tells me that the number doesn't exist. Does anyone know if it's open or has changed its number?

14/05/2026: Really good food and very friendly staff. We went for a late dinner and the restaurant was almost empty. We had seafood pasta and pizza. We all liked our dishes! I will definitely come again if we visit Grassobbio again!

13/05/2026: Spoons were forgotten and thrown at us, the pizza was liquid, the wait was over an hour, and the ladyfingers in the tiramisu weren't even soaked in coffee. All in all, I wouldn't recommend anyone go there and I will never go back.

04/05/2026: Highly recommended! The patio is filled with jasmine and perfect for a peaceful meal. The food is delicious and varied! The service is friendly.

03/05/2026: Very nice place. We definitely had a satisfying lunch... We ordered first courses, including carbonara, tagliolini with ragù, and ravioli... all very good and plentiful, except for the ravioli, which were a bit small, but good. Those who didn't order first courses also ordered Fassona beef sandwiches and a smash burger... very good, very good. The staff were friendly and polite. As for the price? Let's just say that for the area and the food we ate, which was especially good, we were happy to give it a try.

08/06/2026: Osteria dell'Orologio is an excellent restaurant in Salò. Its traditional fish and meat menu is constantly updated to reflect seasonal ingredients. The staff are friendly and the place is meticulously maintained. It's always a pleasure to visit.

11/01/2026: Epic fail. Eating bad pasta in an Italian restaurant in Italy feels either like a "sin" or in this case a very deliberate choice. And I think it was deliberate because we felt something off since the first moment: the place was almost empty, all tourists and us and we were with friends from abroad. This is what happened. As an Italian living abroad and coming back for Christmas, I had one simple wish: a good pasta. Nothing fancy, nothing experimental. Just pasta. The pasta was bland. In Italy? Come on. Everything else followed suit, just as some other reviews have already noted. We confirm. It’s like they make it on purpose. The fish arrived still partially frozen, other dishes lacked salt, and the sauces tasted spoiled. Every course felt off. We appreciated the warm bread and the bruschetta (nice touch), but it only highlighted the poor quality of the dishes. With a bill over €40 per person (wine excluded), we can’t just stay silent... And I still can’t understand how something so basic can turn out so insipid in Italy. From the first minute, we had the feeling that, because we ordered “only” three dishes — even though they were among the most expensive on the menu — it was assumed we wouldn’t spend much. From then on, the care seemed to defrost at the same speed as the fish. The pressure to upsell and the subtle reactions about the fish of the day (off-menu prices) gave us a warning vibe. So we limited our order to avoid surprises, being almost the only customers that night, caught in a push to sell — not a good feeling in a fish restaurant. After that, the courses were so incredibly off that we skipped coffee and dessert and just wanted to go home. Either the many positive reviews come from non-Italian diners who have never had proper pasta, or we were exceptionally unlucky, or the restaurant just didn’t fancy us. When every dish shows the same issues (poorly defrosted fish, no seasoning, and off flavors) it’s hard to call it bad luck though. One starts calling it a pattern or something else... The staff was polite, and I write this with a smile, not anger. But mistakes this consistent across all courses are impossible to ignore. We endured the half-hearted (and half-defrosted) appetizer, but the main courses left us at a loss for words. A deeply disappointing and, honestly, sa experience because we love these kind of restaurants, and since we are your neighbors (though you might have thought we were tourists) we thought we would go back. Considering the inexplicable 4.3 rating, we felt safe… until the first bite. Epic fail. And if it’s because we were not welcomed: well, at least now we know… message received.

23/12/2025: Very bad restaurant ! Run away. We took a fried steak for 25euros without any salad or fries, then fries were extra for 7euros. Sea food pasta were also without shrimps and enough sea food and it’s a expensive for the quality ! There is a near restaurant called THE KITCHEN which is not far from that one with excellent prices ! Very very very bad experience and the smell is so bad in the restaurant.
