03/06/2026: We went to have dinner on May 10th. There were seven of us. We arrived early so we didn't have to wait. However, the staff was very unfriendly. During dinner, we ordered an extra bottle of red wine, but it never came. We paid the bill and left.

11/07/2026: The management has changed, but La Cascina Corte delle Fate hasn't lost its charm. Highly recommended.

24/06/2026: We had a delicious meal at this welcoming restaurant. A typical Italian combination—excellent food and a minimalist interior. Fresh seafood, good wine, tiramisu, coffee—everything was delicious.

07/06/2026: I understand the crowds for the White Night, but serving a completely raw pizza isn't ideal. There were still a few minutes left, and the dough was still raw (soft). Next time, I'll say well done.

04/04/2026: I'd been there years ago, and I've been back twice in the space of a month. Good food, quiet location. The only advice I can give is to pay more attention to the "additional services" that customers always notice when missing: cheese with the first course and especially bread with the second course. If you don't bring it and wait for them to ask for it... it's not the best.

11/05/2026: ⭐☆☆☆☆ We chose this elegant restaurant in the centre for a special occasion – our son’s First Communion lunch – and unfortunately it turned into a deeply disappointing experience. From the outset, things went wrong. The starters arrived partially frozen, which is simply unacceptable at this level. While the waiter did apologise, there was not a single word from the manager at that stage. The main course did not improve matters. We had specifically requested a fillet steak to be cut open and cooked well done (being mindful that the Italian interpretation can differ). Despite this, the steak arrived neither sliced nor properly cooked through. On top of that, the side potatoes only arrived when we had almost finished eating. Overall, the quality of the food was very poor and far below expectations. The most disappointing aspect, however, came at the end. When we raised these issues while paying the bill (for a table of seven), the manager was apologetic in words but took no initiative to address the situation — not even a token gesture or minor discount. We had to insist that the frozen starters be removed from the bill ourselves. It is unacceptable customer service, especially for what should have been a meaningful family celebration. Instead of leaving with positive memories, we felt badly treated and let down. I would not recommend this restaurant for any occassion.

27/04/2026: Cozy and chill atmosphere but very few and impolite personnel. Food its just medium and super salty. I would say a nice place for business dinner but nothing more..

05/06/2026: I went for lunch on Friday, June 5, 2026, and chose the daily menu, ordering risotto alla monzese. Unfortunately, the experience was not positive. The sausage in the risotto was practically nonexistent: I found only a small piece. Furthermore, the portion was very small. What left me perplexed was that the customers at the next table, who had ordered the main course containing the same risotto, received at least double the amount I received. Considering that my menu cost €13 and the main course €15.50, such a small price difference doesn't justify such a marked difference in portions. The service also seemed sloppy: all the other tables were served a small plate of focaccia, while ours received nothing. I think both the portion management and customer service should be reviewed. As far as I'm concerned, the quality-price ratio was not satisfactory and I don't think the experience was worth the cost.

31/05/2026: The food quality was OK, the staff was friendly, but the prices were too high. A €17 pizza was something I'd never seen before. Unacceptable.

05/04/2026: The 4.5 rating appears to be from the previous diner. We visited the restaurant to try the classic dishes on the menu. Lured by the inviting ambiance with its beautiful white tablecloths, we had high expectations. The fact that there were only a few guests at the time initially led us to attribute it to the higher price point – however, in retrospect, this suggests other explanations. The dishes in retrospect: • Vitello Tonnato: A very minimalist approach was taken here. The meat was the absolute focus and had a very firm texture. Since the sauce was used very sparingly, the meat's natural flavor remained completely pure and dry. • Caesar Salad: A dish for those who like it rustic. The meat topping was remarkably firm and offered extreme resistance when chewing – definitely a departure from the usual succulence. • Spaghetti Carbonara: This variation was very meat-heavy. The sausage component was so dominant that the pasta and the actual sauce were almost completely overshadowed. Unfortunately, the dish lacked any balance from a technical standpoint, as the excessive seasoning completely stifled any hint of Italian lightness. A very unusual experience that, sadly, failed to impress. In conclusion: The kitchen here takes a very unique approach to textures, intense seasoning, and the proportions of ingredients. For lovers of classic, succulent Italian cuisine, however, this presents a challenge. We've had the experience once and will leave it at that. Fortunately, we found a fantastic restaurant just a short distance away in town that completely satisfied our culinary desires – we immediately made a reservation for our second evening there.

18/03/2026: The Risorgimento restaurant in Sirmione no longer exists. It has changed ownership and its name. Now, that place is a tourist restaurant like so many others.

05/04/2026: The restaurant inside the hotel is classic and elegant, with an exclusive atmosphere and excellent food, all in a very private setting. I'd say it's very suitable for business and formal dinners. Definitely worth a try. It's not cheap, but it's affordable.

05/07/2026: The restaurant's theme is unclear, perhaps even to its creator. The atmosphere isn't particularly comfortable, and the seating leaves much to be desired. Even upon entering, the staff seemed somewhat disorganized in managing the influx of customers. The service was rather lacking: it took about 10 minutes just to receive the paper menu, while consulting the digital one was virtually impossible due to the poor internet connection. The drink selection is extensive but unclear, while the accompanying food options are virtually nonexistent. Curiously, in some parts of Italy, "pozzo" is a colloquial term for "ugly"—and in this case, the name seems to describe the experience quite well.

28/06/2026: Super friendly waiters, life-saving air conditioning, simple but not banal decor. The buffet was very rich in plant-based options (we're vegan), and everything was tasty, well-cooked, and healthy. I had a cocktail called Una cosa buona (A Good Thing) that deserves a special mention. Breathtaking, fresh, and light. Definitely an experience we'll repeat every time we're in Pavia.

04/07/2026: Excellent food but unfortunately the atmosphere and service were terrible for the price paid (given that the receipt also included a service charge of 21 euros). To top it all off, the disorganization was such that they brought us 3 wrong dishes as well as being late, in fact we waited over an hour for the first courses and for the second course I had to take the pasta with whitefish away in a doggy bag to eat it at home so as to avoid eating it submerged in flies that fell in droves onto the table.
