19/12/2024: Il luogo è bello, grande vista dall'interno (con aria condizionata), ampie vetrate, splendida terrazza sul lago. Gli interni sono un po' datati, servizio lento. Non abbiamo mangiato male (pesce), però pensavo meglio. Al momento di pagare ho fatto notare che un ambiente del genere meriterebbe una cucina migliore. Abbiamo pagato il giusto.

09/12/2024: I make Christmas dinners there with work! And I must admit that it is a very spacious place, the staff is very professional but above all the food is fresh and good, my favorite dish is the main course, the ribeye is truly amazing!! I recommend it plus you have the chance to eat with live music!!

02/11/2024: Luogo fantastico che unisce l’ottima cucina del ristorante alla possibilità di visitare una delle ville storiche più prestigiose del Nord Italia. Vista sul lago mozzafiato, percorso nel parco attraverso fontane e cascate, unite alla comodità del parcheggio riservato e alla gentilezza del personale. Davvero un’oasi felice che permette di estraniarsi per qualche ora dalla realtà

20/10/2024: Comida: estupenda Servicio: genial Ambiente: increíble El mayor problema era que la factura era 250 euros más de lo que comíamos. Eran 750 euros pero tenían que ser 500 y dijeron que cometieron un error y lo cambiaron. Pero el problema era que no había ningún precio de la comida en el menú! ¡Así que simplemente decides comer sin ver los precios! Entonces, ¿qué pasa si mi esposo no revisa la factura? Aparte de esto todo era perfecto.

03/11/2024: Room booked last minute and excellent choice. Very kind staff. We also had dinner at the tavern, a delicious slice of beef, a slice of salmon and two delicious tiramisu. Also highly recommended for the varied and abundant breakfast

27/10/2024: We stayed at the hotel as a couple for five days. It is very centrally located in the old town. The apartment we had was very well equipped with a living room and bedroom, walk-in closet and large bathroom. Everything was very clean, the staff was very nice! We ate well in the trattoria that belongs to it and there are many nice little restaurants and bars within walking distance. We'd love to come back!

22/08/2024: Personale sempre gentile e disponibile..a volte si può rischiare di aspettare un po’ troppo e con qualche disattenzione al servizio quando c’è molta gente. Il menù del giorno è sempre abbastanza vario ma sconsiglio i risotti. Pizza nella media.

07/08/2024: You simply cannot say you have been to Monte Campione if you haven't had at least one lunch or dinner from Bettino to the Valgrande pizzeria where you can eat excellent pizzas, both simple and elaborate, even double ones with two flavours...and eat excellent appetizers first courses (casoncelli handmade by Bettino) and second courses. Absolutely not to be missed are the desserts which are always spectacular, in particular the tiramisu and the crème brulé. A special mention goes to the staff who, starting from Bettino and going on to his lady and her family who help him in managing the pizzeria, are exceptionally hospitable. A great team. Congratulations

23/10/2024: I didn’t even stay there because I was in another city. But they helped me and my wife find a taxi when we had problems with the boat. Overall, very kind staff in an excellent location.

14/10/2024: Stayed here to start our honeymoon (Sept 2019) and it was amazing. Such a memorable stay. Does anyone know if they sell the scent that permeates the hotel?

17/11/2024: The last time I ate there was at Easter and then it closed for renovation but it's November and it doesn't open... why? Can we find out when it reopens?

25/11/2024: After being bounced from the restaurant next door to the cry of "but you haven't booked", we ended up at Le Rondinelle. Where we were welcomed in a familiar way by Fabio, we found a varied menu with seafood and land dishes, pizzas, and quick and attentive service. come back 👍👍👍

26/08/2024: Fuimos a cenar porque vimos que tenía mucho sitio para jugar los niños, nos encantó la comida, la atención del personal y el lugar muy agradable, cuando volvamos repetiremos seguro.

21/08/2024: Lekker gegeten! 3 antipasta gekozen om te delen met 5 . En daarna kwamen de pizza’s . Het was allemaal heel lekker . 1 sterretje minder omdat we toch lang moesten wachten voor ons drinken en eten. Verder waren ze wel vriendelijk

22/10/2024: It's really good here... A slightly retro 70's atmosphere with warm lights... (which is no small thing) quality... Generous portions And genuine dishes without many frills.. I wouldn't look for anything else.. absolutely recommended!!!

11/11/2024: One of the only rooftop restaurants we could find in Varenna. While the atmosphere was beautiful overlooking Lake Como, the food came short. We weren’t impressed with the pastas, and we had ordered a bottle of hard cider that had gone bad. We did however enjoy the peaches and cream dessert. The servers were trying to rush us out as we were dining late, seemed to be a trend as most of Varenna closes down early.

02/11/2024: We were here for a baptism and we had a wonderful time, the service was perfect, the food was excellent and the view of the terrace was unique, a special mention for the delicious salmon

07/12/2024: Cliente saltuario ma sempre soddisfatto da vari punti di vista, stavolta ho notato un gravissimo downgrade in tutti i settori - servizio distratto ed impreciso ( abbiamo ordinato una birra senza glutine e ci hanno portato un zero alcool). - pizze tradizionali buone , ma non quella senza glutine che tra l'altro era poco cotta e acquosa ( sembrava quella surgelata con aggiunta al bisogno degli ingredienti e probabilmente lo era). - conto elevato considerata la qualità del cibo (40 euro per due pizze e due birre). Davvero peccato, perché questo locale era un punto di riferimento per noi Saronnesi. Qualcosa è cambiato e non in meglio. Buona fortuna
