02/11/2025: I went there on a Sunday for lunch and I ate very well... management changed two years ago, helpful staff and very good food... I ate artichoke risotto, goat and lemon fondue excellent and creamy and for the second course the picanha with baked potatoes... the dessert was also very good... the others were also satisfied with their dishes... prices in line with the norm.

26/10/2025: A spectacular dinner from start to finish, with expert staff and excellent service, not to mention the fabulous and unique dishes. The owner was exceptionally knowledgeable, recommending an excellent wine based on our needs. 100% satisfied.

23/04/2025: Sempre che posso quando vado verso Lugano mi fermo in questo Ristorante eccellente! Locale molto bello in centro Seregno. Ottimo servizio e piatti di livello!Da provare assolutamente il risotto mantecato alla ricotta di bufala affumicata con tartare di gamberi e tartufo nero e come dolce il loro tiramisù!Pazzesco! Ottima carta dei vini con un Maitre Sommelier bravissimo sia a servire che seguire lo staff giovani.

30/10/2025: A very poor experience visiting the Hotel Villa Cipressi this afternoon. We wanted to pass through the hotel to see the view of the lake and the gates of heaven (it said it was open until 7pm on their website) and we were rudely told no. This was very dissapointing as we have crossed the lake to see this attraction.

29/10/2025: We were initially promised a larger room with a gallery (soppalco), but we received a standard room. The furnishings were meager, with few pieces, and everything was tasteless and eclectic. Lunch in the bar was of poor quality. The visitors to the botanical garden spoiled the experience: crowded, noisy, and hardly any peace and quiet.

30/10/2025: Questionable value for money. Meat served on a hot griddle that leaves smoke and a stench in the room. Michelin-starred prices, but the atmosphere and dishes aren't even star-studded, even on a clear day!

19/10/2025: There were two of us there. The food was okay, but in my opinion, overpriced and not justified. We were also surprised that we were the only ones in the restaurant on a Friday night.

02/11/2025: Thin and tasty pizza. Very affordable prices, the most expensive pizza costs around €13, while the average is around €8-€9. They also have vegetarian options, including burgers and vegan mozzarella and sausages! The place is simple and spacious. We went back two nights in a row during Halloween, and we loved the themed decorations! Recommended!

24/10/2025: At first glance, it looks like a fast food joint, but the food and service are perfect. A very large selection of different pizzas and more. Some vegan dishes too. Very tasty and perfectly prepared. Great atmosphere.

16/10/2025: We went for breakfast. There were 50 of us with little time available. We enjoyed a varied, plentiful, and good-quality buffet. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The lakefront location was breathtaking.

16/11/2025: The nice food was spoilt by the awful bread served with the meal which was charged at €4 and the desperate bathroom facilities which need updating and should at least provide toilet seats in both women’s and the men’s. A more rigid cleaning service wouldn’t go amiss.

05/09/2025: A wonderful time in this magnificent restaurant. The staff is incredibly kind. The food is very good, and the scenery is breathtaking. It's worth noting that the prices are very reasonable and commensurate with the food served and the welcome. Thank you to the entire team. I highly recommend it!

04/10/2025: Pizzeria with a "7-" rating, regular pizzas, not "Neapolitan" ones if you're looking for a pizzeria close to home. The rustic/elegant atmosphere is complemented by a very attractive aquarium-like counter. On the downside: they didn't know what Norcia salami was, which I think is quite common on pizzas.

05/11/2025: Great location with a sensational view, lovely restaurant, very friendly service, delicious and beautifully presented food! The prices of several well-known red wines are shockingly high; luckily, there was an affordable rosé from Schola Sarmenti or the Whispering Angel, which are always a good choice.

04/11/2025: When we had dinner at Il Gatto Nero, we had a wonderful evening and, of course, a delicious meal. We had reserved a table a few days in advance and were given a lovely spot. The main reason for our visit was the food; the view is nice, but that's true of other restaurants as well. We parked in the parking lot further down, and a staff member shuttled guests to and from the restaurant. The service was good, as expected for a restaurant of this caliber. The food was truly delicious, especially the Sicilian red prawn carpaccio appetizer, which was simply divine. Combined with the ambiance and the view, it was a very pleasant evening. Thank you to the entire team at Il Gatto Nero.
