18/04/2026: Business lunch: the atmosphere was very relaxed. Lots of appetizers while waiting for our dishes. Excellent food (the risotto was truly special) and wine too. The place was simple yet friendly. Definitely recommended.

02/04/2026: Heartwarming. The family atmosphere. The trompe l'oeil decorations are beautiful. The service is friendly and fast. We loved the bottles of ketchup and mayonnaise. The cutlet was delicious; my friends had the diavoless pizza (diavolessa), which was slightly salty but still good. The fries were also elegant and perfect. We'll be back!

05/04/2026: The restaurant inside the hotel is classic and elegant, with an exclusive atmosphere and excellent food, all in a very private setting. I'd say it's very suitable for business and formal dinners. Definitely worth a try. It's not cheap, but it's affordable.

29/03/2026: This is the restaurant of the Grand Hotel Visconti, with a refined and elegant atmosphere and excellent hospitality from the very friendly staff. The menu doesn't offer a particularly wide variety, but everything we tried was delicious. Highly recommended.

29/10/2025: I don't know how this place ended up in the "famous" guide. We didn't dislike it entirely, but it certainly didn't convince us. The pizzoccheri were good, but not buttery enough (the cheese was good, but they remained a bit dry/compact). The pasta with wild boar ragù, on the other hand, was bad: it tasted like a normal ragù and didn't taste like game at all. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The sciatt were very salty, and the bresaola was good.

15/02/2026: Good morning, I wanted to tell you that last night (Valentine's Day 2026) was a beautiful evening, both in terms of atmosphere and music with a live guitarist, but... An hour and a half to receive a first course, a second course, and a side dish seems excessive and unacceptable! The food was delicious, but between the appetizer, cheese, and jam, and the first course, second course, and side dish, far too much time passed. It was almost embarrassing for the staff; everyone at the table complained! The staff was also very inattentive; they didn't clear the wine glasses for those of us who don't drink wine. They cleared the dirty dishes from the table after 20-30 minutes... Honestly, it wasn't the evening I imagined. Furthermore, they didn't leave the book I had requested and already paid for on the table; in fact, I had to ask for it at the cashier! Let's just say you have a lot of room for improvement, especially given the restaurant's prices, these inattentiveness and delays are unacceptable. At the cashier's desk, they apologized for the delay, but there was no financial return. Frankly, I was somewhat disappointed with the evening. I also wrote to you to encourage you to improve.

15/02/2026: A disappointing experience on Valentine's Day. We waited a long time for both our initial drink and the bread, which arrived only after a prompt. The first course arrived after about an hour and a half, with the explanation being an order issue. Unexpected events can happen, but the situation was handled horribly: no clear communication and uncontrolled timing, with only two waiters for the entire room. While we were still eating our first course, we were served our second courses, as if they were just trying to save time. When it came to the bill, jokingly pointing out that they seemed to have forgotten about us, the owner replied, "A little bit of everything," with no real apology and no commercial gesture despite the poor service. It's a shame because the food was good, but the service ruined what should have been a special evening.

It's worth noting that the prices are quite reasonable and reflect the quality of the food and the service. Thank you to the whole team. I highly recommend it!

02/04/2026: Excellent food, tasty, perfect service, good price for the quality. Today, April 2, 2026, I was in a divine mood after 7 years, and I must say the food and service were the worst I've ever found. The price wasn't worth what was served; it was too high.

28/03/2026: The pizza wasn't bad, light and crispy, but the cured meat on top was so thick I couldn't cut it. The service was questionable: they set and served three tables that arrived after us, so I had to ask them to set the table. Among the bottles of wine, there wasn't any from the menu; they offered us another, and in the end, it seemed like they didn't even have that. Finally, when we went to pay, a girl was on the phone and didn't even look at us, and when I called her attention, she looked annoyed. The person who charged us didn't even offer a smile or a kind word. As someone who's worked in a restaurant, I'm not particularly fond of this type of service.

04/11/2025: This review covers the hotel and restaurant. As for the hotel, everything was great. They were very accommodating with many of our special requests. The view and staff are fantastic. I can only say I recommend it. As for the restaurants, we tried many of the options there and everything was delicious, so I can recommend it as well.

20/10/2025: A terrible experience. I'm reluctant to leave a review like that, but I don't like being made fun of. More than an hour's wait for a pizza in a room with less than 10 people. After a couple of requests, a further wait, and an unexpected mockery from a waitress who was probably new to the experience, a prepackaged and raw pizza arrived. We got up and left, paying only for drinks and a cover charge. (And it really takes a lot for me to do something like that.) Maybe this will help the restaurant manager understand that they can definitely do better. Luckily, a little further on, we found a decent restaurant.

04/03/2026: A pizzeria restaurant where we'll definitely return. The atmosphere is simple but welcoming, and above all, quiet, with no loud people, and the music, as it should be, is in the background. We had pizza, which was good and easy to digest. We also tried a first course, which we enjoyed as well. We didn't try dessert because we were already full. The owners were friendly and welcoming.

04/04/2026: Passing through Milan, I went to dinner with my family and we stopped at this restaurant. The atmosphere is very beautiful and well-maintained. The food is delicious. I've been to many restaurants in Italy, but for me, this is the best. The owners are very welcoming. Best restaurant!

16/04/2026: The food (pizza and pasta) was delicious, and the service was attentive and friendly. However, the tables and floor were very dirty, one of the windows had been cracked for some time (moss had grown in the crack), and the restaurant was cold and drafty. The restrooms—well, they could definitely use a complete renovation.

13/04/2026: I went to this restaurant today for a business lunch. The only positive thing was the abundance of dishes. Everything else was wrong: - They served one diner at a time; the last person ate when practically the entire table had finished (it arrived about 20 minutes after the others). - I asked for a steak knife, since the cutlet was a bit tough and I had trouble cutting it with a regular knife (rounded and very dull), and they told me they didn't have one. - Throughout the meal, there was quite a bit of confusion and constant whistling, making it difficult to communicate with the other people at the table. For the record, I should mention that they offered us coffee, but I don't think that makes up for it. I don't recommend it.
