24/03/2026: I've been here a couple of times in the morning for breakfast and it felt right at home... Giulio is super nice and great at handling even the most annoying customers! Even though it's small, the place is really cute and clean, with so many different types of pastries. It's a shame I live so far from this place... anyway, I'll definitely be back. I really found myself in a very welcoming place and I even had a lot of laughs, which doesn't happen very often in the bars I've been to lately!!! Giulio's partner is also great, she's frank and direct! 👏👏👏

The cured meats appetizer and homemade giardiniera were excellent, and the lardo was delicious, melting in your mouth. The two first courses: casoncelli in butter and sage, delicious, and the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, equally delicious. Special mention goes to the owner, who delighted us with second helpings.

28/03/2026: Location... Family style small hotel with a strong 90s vibe to it. Basic breakfast. Rooms are old but exceptionally clean. You are literally on the lake! The restaurant next door is the best food in miles radius.

All the staff were kind and helpful. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant (fantastic pizza, even lasagna—what can I say, if it weren't for the distance, I'd have lunch and dinner there every day) and the prices were very reasonable considering the excellent quality of the food. The rooms were simple, clean, and comfortable. Thank you so much.

Truffle-scented tagliolini cost €30, not even in high-end restaurants, and if I say scent, it's because it was the only tangible thing. €200 for four with two dishes each? It's still a "business lunch" restaurant. Let's scale back a bit. Is a customer even free to write a review without having to shoulder the burden of "four families who make a living from this job"? I don't think being presumptuous and not admitting the mistakes the customer points out is the right choice. A bottle of wine brought to the table ALREADY OPENED, without even letting me taste it. Thrown on the table in a plastic tray in a restaurant that offers me a first course for €30? No, that's not normal at all, I've never seen anything like that, not even in a pizzeria. Spaghetti with seafood had a handful of capers and a handful of olives inside, which completely covered the flavor, and perhaps there's a reason for that. The appetizers (3, not 4), by the way, were ALL THE SAME. They arrived cold despite the 30-minute wait that started AFTER ORDERING, of course, I emphasize this because I felt like I was speaking different languages ​​at this point. I'll conclude by saying that the dishes weren't returned because they were edible, but as with everything, everything has to be commensurate with the price, and then the castle collapses.

12/05/2026: The fish and the salad dish was awful(fish was burned and the salads were very mid). Ravioli magra(with ricotta and spinach) was good and the pork ribs with polenta were average because it was very greasy and polenta was not polenta… But the service was amazing, we didn’t complaint about the food at all, but the waiter saw the bad fish dish and excluded that from our tab.
