22/12/2024: First time at the TIPORTO restaurant..in Monza..I can say the car parking is there and it's free..the place is nice..the service is present, the sore point and disappointment of the mixed fried food.I give the rating.5.. the menu has little choice.. During the evening there is an auction, that is, whoever makes the most noise wins a cheap dish which I didn't appreciate. It didn't entice me at all Raf and mony ST 21.12.24

22/12/2024: What can I say, the place is beautiful, everyone is very welcoming and friendly and the game for today's auction, the catch of the day, is truly an original and very nice idea that involves all the guests. Excellent value for money. The food is really excellent. I am a fish lover and this is one of the best restaurants I have eaten in. I live in a small town outside Milan, more than 50 minutes away and I would say that I would happily go back.

25/08/2024: Quick lunch passing through Lovere, served at tables outside, detached and concise staff, acceptable times for the dishes ordered. Baked sea bream excellent cooking, mixed fried a little greasy, therefore not very crunchy. Price a little higher than average.

25/08/2024: 08/23/24 LAKE ILLUSION…. I booked a dinner for 3 outside to celebrate a 25th anniversary and when we arrived the table was not yet set and reserved. Terrible experience with both food and service. €24 for a tasting seafood starter, with mediocre mussels, 1 good red prawn, 4 prawns and some salmon from the bag (embarrassing presentation of the dish). €15 spaghetti with seafood: good pasta, good flavour, but the fish???? A pack of frozen ready-made seafood? I have a strong doubt... but you can't put something on the menu without having at least decent raw materials. €20 seared tuna: frozen tuna steak, made on the same grill as the cut of meat, very very salty, just defrosted inside. Mixed fried food: good but well over 50% battered vegetables. Waiter with palmtop for orders at a French table next door: after ordering an Arneis on the list, but not having it in the cellar…. he corrects himself and asks if they wanted a fruity wine. Then he suggests a Gewurztraminer (fruity???) and after uncorking it he puts his nose near the neck of the bottle to smell it and exclaims: smell that red fruit and pomegranate scent!!!! 😭😭😭😭 To cry!!!

15/12/2024: A pleasant discovery! We ate really well, Florentine steak cooked to perfection and impeccable service. Friendly waiters and super welcoming owner. I recommend trying it at least once if you are in the area

19/08/2024: Pata Negra Bistrot offers a not very wide range (better few and good than many and bad) of dishes of Spanish origin, with local interpretations, of good quality and presentation... all seasoned with kindness and customer care on the part of the staff, who work to satisfy everyone's requests...another taste of the specialties on the menu is almost obligatory, especially the paella they offer!

03/12/2024: We went late for dinner but the staff was still very friendly. The place has shades of white and blue that recall Greece, but it's a shame about the gray chairs in the large rooms which give a slightly hospital vibe. Pita and moussaka were very good, but we didn't like the souvlaki very much. The desserts were very tasty, I particularly liked the yogurt with honey and quince. The honey was really fragrant with strong floral notes.

11/11/2024: Structure with all the essentials for a comfortable holiday, strategic location and close to the centre; It is easy to reach all roads and has a nice large car park. Special thanks to the very kind and helpful staff. I stayed in the low season and experienced the city in a very peaceful way

11/11/2024: Just finished eating now, nothing to say about the location, cleanliness and staff. But the seafood pasta was a real disappointment and I explained why to the owner. Steak of fish, mussels not yet cleaned with wire and therefore dangerous, no sauce and if they call me on the rocks it's a flop for those who cook. I wasn't expecting a starred restaurant but it was pasta with sauce with 5 mussels thrown in there just for appearances sake. My review is not to be bad because everything else I can't say bad and just a useful tip to improve.

18/12/2024: This hotel really surprised us. When I made the reservation I actually thought it was from a big corporate chain due to the good reviews and services provided. It is actually a local town hotel with very simple but cute facilities. They picked us up from the airport after calling from our arrival. Took them about 30 minutes after I called but the lady was very precise with the pickup instructions which I thought was great. She was super cordial and already knew we had a reservation. When we arrived I realized she was working the front desk too. Again, very nice lady, very attentive and spoke very good English. Check in was quick and easy. The room was a typical simple European hotel room but had everything we needed for an overnight stay before heading out of Milan next day. Everything in the room worked as expected. Breakfast was actually very good too. Overall was a very nice experience. Driver to the airport was the same that picked us up the day before. Very nice gentleman and had all the 80s songs in the radio. We didn't use the restaurant as it was opening at 7:00 PM and we didn't want to eat too late. The lady in the front desk suggested a few places in the area to eat. We loved our stay!

15/12/2024: Pizza without infamy or praise. At the nearby restaurant "La Pista" I found it much better and tastier. Unsatisfactory service.

19/12/2024: One of our favorite places in the area! Whether it's Sunday lunch or an anniversary, it's always a guarantee! Welcoming, very good service, friendly staff who always put you at ease...plenty of good and beautiful dishes! Highly recommended!

02/10/2024: Una visita obligada cada vez que visito Limone sul Garda es Al Veccio Fontec. Esta visita fue con mi familia y no decepcionó de ninguna manera. El personal es amable, amable y atento. La parmigiana de berenjena podría ser la mejor que he probado en Italia. Esta vez también disfrutamos de raviolis con mantequilla de salvia y chuletas de cordero. Su carta de vinos es extensa, así que tómese su tiempo para verlo y el ambiente y el ambiente en el restaurante es encantador para una experiencia auténtica a lo largo del lago. Los lugareños también comen aquí y el ambiente agradable y cálido es acogedor.
