Beautiful historic hotel in the most beautiful town on Lake Como. We were able to enjoy our stay in a room with views of the lake, simply incredible. The gardens are very charming and perfectly maintained, perfect to spend hours in them. The hotel workers have made us feel at home and with unbeatable treatment, always attentive to making us enjoy our stay. We were also able to have breakfast at the hotel, with a wide variety of local products from the area. Thank you very much and congratulations to the entire team, we recommend it and we will return when the weather is better.

A magnificent hotel to say the least. The prices for walking in the gardens are accessible to everyone and are absolutely worth it. They develop on various terraces and there are small intimate spaces in which to rest with an excellent view of Lake Como. The service and selection of wines in the bar/restaurant located on the first terrace next to the entrance are also excellent.

Have not stayed at the Villa. Beautiful location, especially for events. The views over the lake are amazing!

I highly recommend hosting your wedding at Villa Cipressi. We hosted our wedding of ~50 guests there in early October including staying at the hotel for 3 days. It could not have gone any better. The staff (Everyone from Marco Events Manager, Nicolette from the events team, Marco catering manager and his wife Tanya, the front desk team, etc) really worked hard to make sure things went smoothly! I was VERY impressed with the level of service provided considering how popular this venue is! Thank you so much to the team at Villa Cipressi for being such kind and hard working professionals. I especially want to say thank you to Marco, Catering Manager, and Tanya, Catering, as they went above and beyond to make our day special by tending to all the details. We had many vegetarians and other dietary restrictions and the team took care to make sure things went well without problems including personally serving them and confirming all dietary restrictions with us before hand. The team went above and beyond to support our wedding and also took great care of our guests. I could not recommend this hotel more to host your wedding here! The hotel is even more beautiful and well manicured than the photos. No photos will ever do it justice! The hotel rooms are updated, clean, and nice. The hotel property is central to Varenna and has a lot of great restaurants, cafes, etc all within 5 minute walking distance.

I was there to attend an event. The view from most of the hotel overlooked the lake, and the food was excellent. I heard the rooms were great.
