12/06/2026: Fantastic lake view and stunning location. It's a shame about the food, which I found rather touristy and not up to par with the setting. With some improvement in the cuisine, it would be an excellent place.

01/05/2026: Very nice place, with parking. The road up is quite narrow. Paola brings a sense of happiness to the place. Elia or Elio in the kitchen is very good. We ate very well; most of the dishes are locally sourced, and almost all gluten-free, with a focus on natural ingredients (no industrial products, minimal oil in the food, etc.). Definitely one of the best places to eat in the area. It's best to book. The view is enchanting, and there's no noise. It's like being at peace. If you book, they can prepare special desserts for you; Paola is a great dessert maker! She uses non-industrial, light flours. The menu varies, which is the great thing! Thanks again, Paola and Elio! 17/02/2026: This is an amazing culinary experience. Meal usually has 4 courses. Run mostly by Elio and his wife. Menu changes daily. Open only on weekends. Reservations a must asthey don't open if not enough people show.

02/06/2026: They have a nice garden out back, saw some swans! I’d skip the influencer gate, that line looked crazy!

30/05/2026: We came to Villa Cipressi for a 2-night stay. We were actually very happy with our room, but the last night we tried to go to sleep at 10 before an early morning departure. The wedding party on Thursday was so loud that sleep wasn’t possible. On top of that, the fire alarm went off. When I spoke with the on-duty staff, I was told the music would end at 11. In addition, because of weddings at the hotel both days, key parts of the grounds were blocked off to guests. The next morning at checkout, the front desk employee apologized for disruption. Said they were trying to get away from old contracts that had music stopping at 11. Moving forward they are ending music at 9. My advice is to check what events are booked during your stay and how long music is allowed.

14/06/2026: Location: The outdoor seating for lunch is very nice. The interior is also tastefully decorated and has a lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately, we were seated near the kitchen, and the meat-turning alarm sounded every 5 minutes, which was truly unbearable. Food: Good, sincere, and tasty Service: This is the sorest point. The waiters, having to serve too many tables, were completely unable to handle requests and reservations. I recommend expanding the staff and lightening the workload to allow for better service. The younger staff were not friendly or responsive to requests. I hope the restaurant fixes these shortcomings so we can return soon! Good luck!

05/06/2026: The quality of the food deserves a positive note, but the staff's attitude leaves much to be desired. They're truly rude. A place in such an inconvenient location should focus on welcoming guests, not give the impression it can afford to ignore them.

29/05/2026: The pizza was overall average, not bad at all, but nothing memorable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and overall the place has a nice, convivial atmosphere both inside and outside on the street. The price was good considering the area and the quality of the food. It was a positive experience, but I wouldn't come back here on purpose from the other side of town.

28/05/2026: My experience with Lievità ended at the Piazza Vetra location, which, not surprisingly, has now closed permanently, with terrible staff. Definitely not recommended!
