07/12/2025: We came all the way from Milan specifically to admire this fabulous view, ruined by tasteless dishes. Bland cured meats (except for the lard—in fact, I gained weight because I only ate that—and the spicy butter). The sciatt were sloppy, and I stared blankly at this fantastic view while chewing on bland pizzoccheri. Let's just say it wasn't worth it. Next time, I'll eat them at home while looking at a beautiful photo. The decorative antipasti salad is recommended. The owner was as cold as the outside temperature. But my internal anger became very hot when I was stuck on the road home for more than 40 minutes without being notified by her. Summary: never again.

01/12/2025: All good: Beautiful atmosphere, kind and attentive staff, good food and wines. View of the city of Tirano (if seated on the veranda). Tried: sciatt, cured meats, risotto; venison.

13/05/2026: Good place to eat, good value for money. The service is a bit slow. The waiters speak several languages.

12/05/2026: The fish and the salad dish was awful(fish was burned and the salads were very mid). Ravioli magra(with ricotta and spinach) was good and the pork ribs with polenta were average because it was very greasy and polenta was not polenta… But the service was amazing, we didn’t complaint about the food at all, but the waiter saw the bad fish dish and excluded that from our tab.

29/05/2026: The pizza was overall average, not bad at all, but nothing memorable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and overall the place has a nice, convivial atmosphere both inside and outside on the street. The price was good considering the area and the quality of the food. It was a positive experience, but I wouldn't come back here on purpose from the other side of town.

28/05/2026: My experience with Lievità ended at the Piazza Vetra location, which, not surprisingly, has now closed permanently, with terrible staff. Definitely not recommended!

07/06/2026: I understand the crowds for the White Night, but serving a completely raw pizza isn't ideal. There were still a few minutes left, and the dough was still raw (soft). Next time, I'll say well done.

06/05/2026: There's no TV. The shower was exceptional, the cleanliness was great, and the breakfast was homemade.

31/03/2026: A quiet place to savor homemade dishes like pasta or ravioli. The flavor of the vegetables tells you the ingredients are truly organic. The battered fish and pizzoccheri with homemade pasta are excellent. In summer, several outdoor tables evoke a bygone atmosphere. Moka pot coffee and short wait times are appropriate for freshly prepared dishes.

30/05/2026: We came to Villa Cipressi for a 2-night stay. We were actually very happy with our room, but the last night we tried to go to sleep at 10 before an early morning departure. The wedding party on Thursday was so loud that sleep wasn’t possible. On top of that, the fire alarm went off. When I spoke with the on-duty staff, I was told the music would end at 11. In addition, because of weddings at the hotel both days, key parts of the grounds were blocked off to guests. The next morning at checkout, the front desk employee apologized for disruption. Said they were trying to get away from old contracts that had music stopping at 11. Moving forward they are ending music at 9. My advice is to check what events are booked during your stay and how long music is allowed.

03/05/2026: We stopped by San Gervasio after a day at Leolandia and had a really great time 🍕✨ A very nice and welcoming place, with convenient parking right at the entrance 👍🚗. The staff were kind, friendly, and always available, and a special thanks to the waiters for their attentiveness and friendliness 😊 The food was truly excellent; everything was delicious and well-prepared. We also noticed the outside area, which looks really beautiful: last night it was a bit chilly, but with a few degrees warmer, it must be really pleasant to dine there 🌿🍽️ We're not from the area, but it will definitely become our go-to place every time we return to the area.

03/05/2026: Excellent experience for a Saturday morning lunch, with a wide selection of food and very reasonable prices (like the food). The clientele was absent from the crowds typically found in central areas. The atmosphere was elegant and quiet.

09/04/2026: We arrived on a whim at 8:00 PM and were lucky to get the last table. By 9:00 PM, it was packed, and there was a queue outside. Inside, it was all Italian. The food was delicious—unfortunately, it was gone so quickly (no photo). The only downside was that as soon as the first person finished, their plate was cleared, and so it went on. This wasn't ideal for the last person to finish. We came back after two years—this time it was quiet. The food was very tasty. The service was rather impersonal, but they did their job.

21/04/2026: A special thanks to Gaetano, who with his infinite patience, kindness, and friendliness helped us with everything, from check-in (at 5:00 AM) to parking the car, to assistance on the day of departure. All the staff were kind and helpful. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant (fantastic pizza, even lasagna—what can I say, if it weren't for the distance, I'd have lunch and dinner there every day) and the prices were very reasonable considering the excellent quality of the food. The rooms were simple, clean, and comfortable. Thank you so much.

16/05/2026: We ate there by chance, finding ourselves in the Ceniso area. The owners are very friendly, and the dishes evoke Milanese tradition: excellent risottos, excellent cutlets, and homemade desserts. Recommended.

02/05/2026: Osteria dei Poetti is a true taste of Italy! A small but wonderful place run by a very kind and professional couple! Super fresh food, cooked just like home! A must-try and a must-go!

16/05/2026: We went on a Saturday, set menu/business lunch, good food: Treviso risotto and casoncelli and mixed grill for the second course, well cooked, with a sweet tart with a strudel-like filling.... There were 4 of us, good house wine, lovely lunch, nice place and excellent price/quality ratio... really recommended... obviously in a spiritual and religious place for every pilgrim which is the birthplace of Pope John XXIII: under the mountain.....
