17/08/2025: The location is great, the staff is very friendly, but we had problems with the parking fee charged by the boss, we paid her the same day and the next day when we left she charged us again because I trusted her and didn't take the bill. We waited an hour for the car to be returned, so if someone decides to come...BEWARE!!! Below average hotel!!

06/09/2025: Found by chance late one winter night on my way back from Germany more than ten years ago, I am now a loyal customer. When you enter they welcome you like one of the family, and make you sit in the large room divided into various areas where couples, families, small and large groups find their most appropriate location. The open door to the kitchen, the table displaying the excellent products of southern Italy (Gragnano pasta, extra virgin olive oil) and the fish display make you understand that the quality and range of gastronomic offerings are high. You can range from Neapolitan pizza with excellent products (buffalo mozzarella, broccoli, marinara) to the offerings of the excellent restaurant and grill. Don't miss the Faraglioni appetizer (any type of fish from raw fish, to carpione, to various shellfish, and the artisanal pink sauce on which to sink the various tuna tartare, salmon and the like) or the extended version in the Ventaglio di Mare. If you are still hungry, treat yourself to some delicate spaghetti with clams and bottarga or sciagliatelli in different combinations (with crab) or the various tagliolini alla pescatora or variations decided by chef Ciro. The grilled meat and other local delicacies are also excellent. Desserts to finish, ask for the house ones which are excellent. Excellent coffee with house limoncino. Very welcoming staff, ask for some advice on the dishes and before leaving, if you are satisfied, go and shake hands with chef Ciro.

03/11/2025: The maître d' was very friendly until we asked if we could eat inside. At that moment, everything changed. He ushered a group ahead of us and seated us at a table in near darkness. From then on, we had to call the waiters over to be seen. The food was average, and the price wasn't bad considering its proximity to the city center. We won't be back.

12/10/2025: For Sunday lunch, I wander around Trezzo d'Adda. I ask my guide, and he recommends this pizzeria. I order risotto alla Milanese with ossobuco: phenomenal. The meat can be carved with a fork, and the rice is truly superb. Unfortunately, I was too full from the single dish to eat anything else. The lady who served me was very kind. The place is a little old, but it fits the context. Highly recommended.

29/06/2025: "Io e mia moglie siamo stati in questa osteria per la cena. Il ristorante è ubicato in una frazione di Tirano a circa 800 metri sul livello del mare. La strada per arrivarci è molto stretta, anche se molto panoramica (due Suv in senso contrario crea un po' di problemi nella circolazione). Il menù comprende sia pietanze a base di carne che di pesce. Dall'osteria si ha un bellissimo panorama dal quale è possibile ammirare la città di Tirano e i paesi limitrofi. Per quanto riguarda le pietanze gli antipasti sono molto buoni, sciatt e bresaola tipici della Valtellina. La carne è di qualità. Da migliorare i contorni. Le portate potrebbero essere più abbondanti visto che il costo non è basso. Personale di sala molto gentile. Parcheggio a circa 200 metri dal locale o fuori dal locale. Prezzi un po' alti visto (senza vino per un antipasto e un secondo siamo sui 45-50 euro a testa). Consiglio a tutti questa osteria per mangiare piatti tipici della Valtellina"

02/11/2025: Excellent place! Spectacular food! Typical, delicious! We had a mixed appetizer to share and the beef medallion with Taleggio cheese and Oltrepò truffles. It was an exquisite, well-balanced dish, with an intense flavor but not too heavy, just the right amount. We had dinner as two adults with a 3-year-old who devoured his dish. They were very kind in offering a simple yet tasty alternative for the child. The staff was attentive, kind, and fast. The place is very nice, welcoming, with an informal atmosphere but with attention to detail. Highly recommended!

01/11/2025: What a disappointment! A very quaint place. We started with a good appetizer, but then waited 40 minutes for the fried river fish, which turned out to be a disappointment. The trout and shrimp were good, but the frogs (dry) and bleak were inedible. When we told the waitress, she made excuses like "our frogs are like that" and "the fish is fresh." The third diner ate a very salty risotto 20 minutes later, an hour after our appetizer. We weren't apologized, and we weren't offered coffee. Huge disappointment!

11/09/2025: We were seated and given a sheet of paper with the two menu options: €13 for a first course, second course, and water, and €15 for a first course, second course, water, wine, and coffee. When it came time to pay, the lady at the cash register charged everyone €15, while two out of four at the table hadn't ordered coffee and no one had wine. I pointed this out to the lady, who, in a way that can only be described as rude and angry, snapped at me, saying she had no time to waste and couldn't possibly know who ate what. I was shocked, not by the €2, but by the reaction—never seen this before, considering I eat business lunches every day. We'll never set foot in there again. Decent food.

25/05/2025: The cuisine always offers good quality dishes that are never banal. But I have been there other times and I take the liberty of not sharing the current beach resort decor with umbrellas and buckets at the tables. I miss the elegant and soft style with candles and plants and flowers everywhere that also justifies the name of the place: potafiori. Otherwise call it Riccione and sprinkle the floor with sand, at least you have the illusion of being on the beach
