23/11/2025: We had booked a week in advance through their official website and received a confirmation email, but upon arrival, we were told our reservation didn't exist. This caused us great inconvenience, and we had a hard time finding another restaurant at the last minute, given that it was a Saturday night. Furthermore, the waiters' behavior was unpleasant; they were unhelpful and uninterested in solving the problem. I don't recommend it and won't return. A truly disappointing experience.

23/11/2025: A historic venue in the city, this interesting and meticulously maintained location blends the old and new, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is always attentive and friendly. The food is excellent in quality, with a varied menu, more than adequate portions, and selected wines. I always enjoy returning to this elegant spot for lunch or dinner as a couple or with friends. Needless to say... try it!

08/12/2025: I enjoyed the service and location of the 3 risottos after a meeting with local Lancista friends! The historic setting is well-kept and welcoming. The room is excellent, well-finished, furnished, clean, and very warm and welcoming! The dinner at the restaurant was excellent, with quality ingredients, dishes cooked with passion, and friendly, professional service! Dog-friendly! 5 stars for everything!

23/11/2025: Sometimes I go out and wander around Lomellina... I can't help it... A homey atmosphere... When I want to eat and relax... I stop for lunch!! Excellent authentic cuisine!! I highly recommend it!

04/11/2025: This review covers the hotel and restaurant. As for the hotel, everything was great. They were very accommodating with many of our special requests. The view and staff are fantastic. I can only say I recommend it. As for the restaurants, we tried many of the options there and everything was delicious, so I can recommend it as well.

20/10/2025: A terrible experience. I'm reluctant to leave a review like that, but I don't like being made fun of. More than an hour's wait for a pizza in a room with less than 10 people. After a couple of requests, a further wait, and an unexpected mockery from a waitress who was probably new to the experience, a prepackaged and raw pizza arrived. We got up and left, paying only for drinks and a cover charge. (And it really takes a lot for me to do something like that.) Maybe this will help the restaurant manager understand that they can definitely do better. Luckily, a little further on, we found a decent restaurant.

12/08/2025: Nice atmosphere, and the veranda is a wonderful idea. Spacious, bright, and covered. The food isn't the best, but a vegetable buffet is available.

19/06/2025: Nous avons tellement bien mangé que nous avons réservé directement pour le lendemain. Le choix des plats convient aussi bien aux végétariens qu'au carnivores. Tout est délicieux, fin, de qualité. Nous avons tout simplement adoré. À adopter absolument.

07/10/2025: Something beautiful. Such an atmosphere is a treasure. One of the most beautiful places on Lake Como, a must-visit with your loved one.

03/10/2025: Positive: The mini golf course is also okay, and for €5 per adult and €4 for children, it's okay. But that's about all the great things Lido Menaggio has to offer. Contrary: I can say without exaggeration that the bathing area is an absolute disgrace compared to the entrance prices, bordering on a rip-off. A family of four pays €20 to enter. However, after that, you're only allowed to lie on the lawn. A sun lounger costs an additional €4, and a parasol another €4. You quickly notice that the entire complex is unkempt, and in some places even looks neglected. The toilets aren't cleaned (literally covered in trash), there's no toilet paper, the sand soccer field is a disgrace, with broken glass on the floor and staff walking carelessly past it, and cigarette butts on the lawn. After a power outage lasting almost two hours, the thawed ice cream is resold. Truly disgusting!!! We declined politely. The other food options are no better. A regular burger costs €6, a sausage in a bun with mustard is sold as a hot dog and costs €5, and a regular-sized portion of fries also costs €5. The prices are outrageous considering what's on offer. The Menaggio Lido seems to want to be a hip place. But it can't. It seems forced and incompetent. The list of flaws could go on endlessly. In Germany, a lido like this would have to close after one season. I can think of one good thing, though... The water playground in the lake is great; all the kids who can swim and the adults have fun here, and that was ultimately the only reason we went there three times. Otherwise, you can safely avoid this place. But form your own opinion. Have fun!

07/12/2025: We really had a great time! The waiters are incredibly kind and helpful. The food is excellent: I had pasta with broccoli and pecorino cheese, delicious and plentiful; my boyfriend had the cutlet, large and incredibly tasty. They even brought us a complimentary appetizer of polenta with cheese, which was spectacular! Compliments to everyone who works here, both in the dining room and in the kitchen. We'll definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
