11/08/2025: Gemma serves excellently prepared Italian cuisine. Combined with the perfect lakeside location, this naturally comes at a price. Overall, however, the prices are reasonable. It goes without saying that there are a number of wines to complement the menu.

10/07/2025: We visited Foresta for dinner. The prices are high, but reflect the quality of the food. The service was professional and friendly. Fish tartare, fusilli with pistachio pesto, and the catch of the day topped with zucchini were beautifully prepared, as was the baked peach for dessert. Minor criticisms would be the value for money of the Prosecco and the plastic cups/paper spoons for the welcome drink. Overall, though, I definitely recommend it!

26/08/2025: The Argegno Hotel is charming, has a fantastic location, and offers excellent service. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, and everything is very clean. The balcony overlooking the lake is very pleasant. The breakfast is plentiful and well-prepared. The restaurant also offers excellent cuisine. I would highly recommend the friendly and helpful staff. 10/10, absolutely recommended.

24/07/2025: This was truly disappointing. First of all, the service was truly awful. The waitresses mostly chatted with each other and seemed inexperienced and disinterested. We were seated in a spot teeming with mosquitoes, and we tried to explain ourselves, but no effort was made to help us. The food was also a huge disappointment. The chicken with rosemary potatoes seemed ridiculous. There was no rosemary on them, for example, and the chicken (schnitzel?) looked like something from the supermarket. All in all: we left as quickly as possible.

08/08/2025: overpriced! especially the raw seafood platter. service was nothing close to GOOD, we even had to do our own wine and drinks service. avoid this place as there are many nice restaurants nearby

07/08/2025: Oh my. We were recommended this restaurant by a team member at our hotel. They were right. We had a fabulous meal served by a friendly and professional team. We chatted with the owner afterward who was charming. Highly recommend.

(e.g., marinated chicken €18.00, which is nothing more than a tiny piece of breaded and fried chicken; tagliata €24.00, a small portion of unsalted meat; first course with game sauce, very small portions, etc.)

06/07/2025: I'm sorry but I was very disappointed by the food they brought me, battered perch fillets, it seemed like I was eating an omelette with fish inside, tasteless like the side vegetables, definitely not one to go back to... when we asked for desserts, the owner listed the various desserts in a flurry in an almost annoyed manner... the only notable note was the polite and kind staff... of what I remembered only the name remained...

21/06/2025: Italian pasta, PIZZA, steak, seafood risotto are all super delicious. The waiter is super handsome and has a good memory. This restaurant is worth visiting several times.

L’atmosfera è autentica e accogliente, con quel tocco rustico che ti fa sentire subito a casa. Il servizio è attento e cordiale. La cucina è genuina, fatta con passione e rispetto per la tradizione. Ogni dettaglio, dal pane alla cortesia del personale, racconta una storia di cura e amore per il mestiere. Un luogo dove si mangia bene, si sta bene, e si ha voglia di tornare. Consigliatissima per chi cerca sapori veri e momenti sinceri.
