01/12/2025: A historic restaurant on the Bellano lakefront, it has changed hands over the years but has remained true to its style and quality. It's a lovely, down-to-earth place, unpretentious yet welcoming. In the warmer months, it has a pleasant covered terrace. The unpretentious cuisine is good, and the prices are reasonable.
16/11/2025: Everything was excellent, there were 40 of us, and we were all served in a perfect 1/2 hour.
Good pizza, everything perfect, highly recommended.

The pizza isn't bad either.
I go almost every day during my lunch break and I really enjoy it, both for the staff (always very kind and competent, with a smile on their faces) and for the delicious and varied food. They make me feel at home, which is just what you need when you're away from work. Kudos to the entire staff!

08/12/2025: Cozy bistro with a wide choice of wines and typical regional dishes, fairly priced and with kind, attentive staff. Due to its popularity and small size, it is better to book, especially on weekends.
29/11/2025: We were greeted with kindness and helpfulness, despite arriving before opening time. The cold outside was immediately offset by the warmth and comfort of an unforgettable pork shank with polenta, top-quality cured meats, and a first course featuring a trio of meats in ragù. We drank a bottle of Nebbiolo and spent €100, including the much-appreciated discount. The setting is exquisite, with over 1,700 (I think) wine labels serving as a splendid accompaniment.
5 stars, thanks and goodbye.

13/09/2025: Truly a great place! The food is excellent, the service is fast and super friendly, the prices are fair, and the atmosphere is really nice. The place is spacious, full of nice people... I loved it!
12/09/2025: Perhaps the place is too famous, and therefore not a good value. We went last Sunday with friends. The food wasn't bad, but the quality and quantity were inadequate for the price. The place was too dark; we had to use our phone flashlight to read the menu. The worst thing was the service. The waiters were inattentive, banging dishes on the table, and were very rushed (it was busy, but not terribly so). In the end, they even got the bill wrong, and if we hadn't noticed, we would have lost out. We laughed about it, but it could definitely be better...

The only drawback is the dated atmosphere and the smell of fried food.

03/11/2025: I hope last night's paella was an isolated mistake. As soon as it arrived, I realized something was wrong. Burnt rice all around, overcooked grains like porridge, dry mussels, missing lupini beans, and a greasy base. I ask the waiter (I know he's not involved) why, and he says, "Before serving, the pan went in the oven." What? I'll order it for you, and you tell me to wait about 20 minutes, fine. It's ready, and you can put it in the oven, along with the shellfish! Why don't you bring it to me? Total disappointment even when I tell the lady at the counter, who takes off 7.50, but who cares!

17/11/2025: We also used it during our lunch break. Excellent value. It's one of the few restaurants that offers a business lunch menu for €13. The atmosphere is the same as it was 40 years ago, but that doesn't make it a bad place. I just suggest reviewing the internal organization of the waiters. Sometimes there are misunderstandings between them (who does what). Otherwise, the menu is always quite varied and of good quality.

08/09/2025: Chosen at random because it was nearby for a trade fair.
Excellent choice because the pizzas, desserts, and service were fantastic.
The food was delicious, and the lady (whose name I unfortunately don't know) was disarmingly kind.
We'll be back every week!
05/09/2025: We ended up there by chance, we ate pizza and chips, rigorously peeled and fried on the spot. Excellent pizza, homemade desserts, super kind husband and wife, we will be back to try the first and second courses. Highly recommended. Well done.
