20/09/2025: Wedding 05/09/2025 Patrizia and Mirko. We would like to thank all the staff for making our wedding so special and wonderful. Beautiful location, I highly recommend it. Mirko, the guy who manages the wedding planning, is extremely kind and was able to advise us on all our options when the couple was confused and indecisive. The waiters were very kind and always smiling. Thank you so much for everything.
14/09/2025: I was a guest of a nephew's for his wedding, and unfortunately I have to give a negative review regarding the organization (especially the menu). Since I couldn't eat certain foods, my nephew offered me, when I booked, the option of a second course of fish of my choice.
The result? They made me skip the first course (a risotto), and for the second course they served me a tasting consisting of:
Three button mushrooms, three corn croutons, and a tomato sauce.
Moral of the story: they mistook me for a vegan, and on a diet at that. The only thing that's worth it is the location.

12/09/2025: A gem in the middle of Brescia. It's very difficult to find a restaurant with gluten-free options, but this one was like finding a needle in a haystack! Excellent and refined food. Incredible service and an unforgettable atmosphere. A dreamy terrace. We loved it, we highly recommend it.

Excellent food, without the Michelin-starred excess.
Perfect service, but above all, a relaxed, almost informal atmosphere, which for a Michelin-starred restaurant is a real plus. Kindness and humor never hurt 😍

29/10/2025: I had lunch alone, but I have to say everything was perfect. From the moment you walk in, you're immediately greeted and shown to your table. The first and second courses were both well-portioned and tasty. Compliments also go to the wait staff, who are always attentive to their customers.
It's now saved in Google; if I'm in the area again, I'll definitely be back to try other dishes.
27/10/2025: The dish of the day was good, the waitress was a bit sour, too many flies, and there are no fly-repellent devices installed, we are in 2025 it's absurd, because of the sour waitress I asked for a replacement bread because some flies had settled on it and in an annoyed manner she took the bread back bringing more but with inside what I had asked to be changed.

06/10/2025: I had an amazing stay - everything exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was outstanding — honestly the best I’ve ever had in Italy! The selection was excellent, freshly pressed juices, locally sourced butter and eggs, and even a great variety of breads.
The hotel’s location is perfect, almost directly on the lake, and the restaurant sits right by the water, serving delicious meals. I didn’t even feel the need to try other restaurants in the area.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers free sun loungers for guests as well as SUP boards and kayaks, which was a wonderful bonus.
I would love to come back!

04/11/2025: I could have bought frozen lamb from a random supermarket and it would have tasted better than what they served. For the price they charge, it’s frankly a ripoff. What made the experience even worse was the staff’s attitude: the waiter insisted, in a rather bossy tone, that we pay one single bill, even though each of us was charged a service fee. You either apply a service fee per table or allow separate bills. You can’t have it both ways. Having lived in Italy for years, I can say I’ve rarely had such an unpleasant dining experience.
31/10/2025: We loved this little restaurant where we had dinner. The welcome was very friendly. The appetizers and assortment of breads and breadsticks were a nice touch. The dishes were very good. I would have liked a bit more fish with the orecchiette, though. Remember to book ahead, as the restaurant is quite small when the weather isn't suitable for dining on the terrace.

18/11/2025: A place where you feel great, a real Italian restaurant. The prices are ok (12 euros for a pizza, 15 euros for pasta, 6 euros for a beer). What I don't like is that you are charged 3 euros per person for sitting at the table.

27/10/2025: Disappointed by this restaurant. I chose it based on the good reviews, but compared to everything I've tried in Varenna, I felt like I was in a tourist trap.
The cheese tasting (€18) was really not up to scratch: limited portions, little honey or jam, and stale bread to accompany it all.
The wine was decent, and fortunately, the friendly service helped raise the bill a bit.
27/10/2025: Very disappointed with this restaurant, as I'd seen good reviews and tempting photos. However, the pasta I ordered was really not great, and the cheese platter was very disappointing. We were seated upstairs, a bit forgotten.
However, the servers were friendly and cheerful.

16/11/2025: A charming and quaint place, ideal for those stopping for lunch or dinner after or during a day of skiing. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and the service is very fast. The reason for the 3 stars is that, despite the good value, the food isn't exactly "exciting." As mentioned above, it's excellent for those who want a quick bite.
