19/05/2026: Negative. I was planning on stopping for lunch, but they asked me to leave my bike outside on the street instead of on the outside veranda, in plain sight, even though there was no one around. I left and had lunch at a more courteous and accommodating place 3 km further on.

18/05/2026: A truly wonderful meal of meat with my classmates. Compliments, everything was excellent, including dessert, which, for me, who have a sweet tooth, alas, that portion of bunet at other places was enough for two! Thank you, you were so kind and friendly.

05/07/2026: Would only recommend booking here if you want your nice lake holiday to be a stressful experience! Two hours after check-in had already opened, while we were on our way to the hotel, we received a message (outside of the official Booking.com platform) informing us that our room was no longer available and that we had been moved to a different hotel. We were given no choice in the matter and no offer of a refund. We understand that unexpected issues can happen. However, the replacement hotel was over 15 minutes away in a less desirable area, and both the toilet and air conditioning in our room barely worked. We were repeatedly told it was a "4-star hotel," but that did not reflect our experience. From what we could see, even the nicest room at the replacement hotel cost at least €75 less per night than the room we had booked at Hotel Alessi. When we made the simple request to see a receipt showing what Hotel Alessi had paid for the replacement room so we could understand the price difference, both hotels refused despite multiple requests in person and by email. They would only show us the receipt for what we had paid to Hotel Alessi. When we requested a partial refund, we were offered a small amount of cash—far less than the apparent difference in value—and were asked not to report the situation to Booking.com. That alone raised serious concerns. To make matters worse, the explanation for why our reservation was cancelled kept changing. First we were told that another guest had extended their stay. Then we were told the bathroom in our room had flooded. Finally, we were told the hotel had simply been overbooked. Overall, the entire experience felt extremely unprofessional and lacking in transparency. Whether due to poor management or something else, we were left paying for a premium hotel while being moved to a significantly cheaper and lower-quality one, with no clear explanation and no fair compensation. I would not book here again.

07/06/2026: A regular place for two years now, the best pizza in Milan, nothing compared to the most renowned pizzerias. The atmosphere is simple and small, but managed with care and dedication by the always welcoming staff. The Panuozzo with buffalo mozzarella and a choice of cured meats, and the reheated pizza are definitely worth trying! Special praise goes to Flo, Davi, and Lorenzo, who are like family.

17/05/2026: Satisfaction is the right word to describe this dinner. What can I say? Everything was delicious and of excellent quality. The cooking is just how I like it: home-style and home-cooked. You can taste the care and attention that went into the preparation. The cabbage rolls were truly superb. The selection of cured meats, from the first to the last, was truly exquisite. The first and second courses, beyond their intense flavor, also revealed the time and care that went into making them. Excellent!!! I'll be back. Compliments also to the waiters, especially the gentleman who served us, because he was kind, quick, clean, attentive, and very friendly.

11/05/2026: If you're looking for a place to eat excellent pizza, meat or fish, this is the right place. I often go there on Sundays at noon, having my business in the area, (I would even travel several km given the quality). Everything I've tried is excellent, the oysters are very fresh, the Florentine steak is spectacular, the pizza is impeccable, and the icing on the cake is that even the desserts are exquisite and homemade, what can I say? Try it! 🙃

25/07/2026: What can I say... what a wonderful discovery! It quickly became one of my favorite restaurants, and I'll definitely be back. What struck me most was the quality of the food: top-quality ingredients, generous portions, and each dish was carefully presented! We had a mix of appetizers, including fried foods, seafood salads, and cured meats, all truly delicious and impeccably served. Then we tried several first courses, including pasta and risotto, and for the main course, the pistachio-crusted tuna... spectacular, one of the best I've ever tasted! The desserts are also truly worth it, with a wide selection of homemade fruit and the great classics! A special compliment also to the staff, always kind and attentive. They also gave us excellent advice on the wine selection, and we felt pampered throughout the evening. A place where you eat truly well, with great attention to detail and service that makes all the difference. I recommend it without a doubt!

09/06/2026: Risotto Milanese. The risotto was a vibrant saffron yellow, perfectly al dente yet wonderfully creamy with a distinct cheesy flavor. Five stars! And all at a more than reasonable price. Highly recommended! The tiramisu was also excellent.
