02/12/2025: Slow, slow, slow service... I'll start by saying the restaurant wasn't full! The explanation for the "special pizzas" was indecent! We were a group, including a person with severe celiac disease, and they offered us fried food for him, ignoring the fact that the fryer was the same one they use for supplì, croquettes, etc. A pizza and two beers, €40 each!

17/11/2025: We also used it during our lunch break. Excellent value. It's one of the few restaurants that offers a business lunch menu for €13. The atmosphere is the same as it was 40 years ago, but that doesn't make it a bad place. I just suggest reviewing the internal organization of the waiters. Sometimes there are misunderstandings between them (who does what). Otherwise, the menu is always quite varied and of good quality.

27/10/2025: Very disappointed with this restaurant, as I'd seen good reviews and tempting photos. However, the pasta I ordered was really not great, and the cheese platter was very disappointing. We were seated upstairs, a bit forgotten. However, the servers were friendly and cheerful.

27/10/2025: Disappointed by this restaurant. I chose it based on the good reviews, but compared to everything I've tried in Varenna, I felt like I was in a tourist trap. The cheese tasting (€18) was really not up to scratch: limited portions, little honey or jam, and stale bread to accompany it all. The wine was decent, and fortunately, the friendly service helped raise the bill a bit.

16/11/2025: A charming and quaint place, ideal for those stopping for lunch or dinner after or during a day of skiing. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and the service is very fast. The reason for the 3 stars is that, despite the good value, the food isn't exactly "exciting." As mentioned above, it's excellent for those who want a quick bite.

24/10/2025: A pleasant surprise. We stopped for dinner while passing through, and I must say we had a great time. The welcome was warm, the atmosphere very pleasant, and the food was excellent. We had the rice with perch, which we hadn't had in years, and it was delicious.

In addition to the delicious pizzas, we can also give positive feedback on the first and second courses. Special mention goes to the management. The staff is friendly, professional, attentive, and always available to recommend the best options on the menu. You can sense their passion and love for tradition and their curiosity for innovation. 14/10/2025: Stumbled upon this restaurant while exploring Salo and glad we changed our plans to dine here. Welcoming environment and attentive service accompanied great seafood dishes. Great recommendations for food and wine that lead to an great last meal visiting Lake Garda.

03/11/2025: There were 4 of us at dinner, 3 of which were different, and they arrived at the table 10 minutes after we ordered. When we asked if they were reheated and ready, we were told there were 10 chefs in the kitchen, too bad the dishes got cold after a short while!!! The icing on the cake was that we ordered coffees right afterward, and the staff kindly asked if we could leave the table in the next 10 minutes!!!!

27/10/2025: A welcoming place with young staff who make you feel at home. Truly generous and high-quality dishes. Competitive prices and delicious menu. Don't go if you're on a diet 😂 Dogs are very welcome. We'll be back.
