01/03/2026: The food is good and the ingredients are high-quality. Nothing to complain about the dishes. As for the service, however, it was terrible. The staff couldn't even tell us if certain drinks or dishes were available. This gives a total impression of disorganization. We had ordered appetizers to share, and the staff tried to clear the dishes away when they weren't finished yet, while some people were still eating. Everything was done very quickly, with the clear impression that they wanted to clear the table as quickly as possible. One person at our table was served almost 20 minutes after the others, when we were almost finished eating. Unacceptable. The final bill was also higher than expected, likely with some dishes being double-charged. Going to a restaurant/trattoria doesn't mean going to a fast food restaurant. You go to take your time and enjoy the moment, not to be quickly sent away. A real shame, because the food deserves top-notch service.

23/01/2026: We had dinner here with friends. I ordered a buffalo steak, clearly asking for it to be medium rare, but it was served almost rare, which was obvious at first glance. I didn't send it back, but the meat was very hard to chew, partially ruining the experience. On a positive note: the eggplant side dish was really good. A tip for the restaurant: when it comes to meat doneness, if in doubt, it's always best to reconfirm the order, because even a small mistake can significantly impact the customer's experience. Would I return? I'm not sure at the moment. Update: Dear Mr. Gennaro, I didn't ask for it because I was a little hungry and didn't want to wait an extra 15 or 20 minutes. That said, if the customer asked for it to be medium rare, I, as a waiter, wouldn't have served it and would have asked the chef on duty for clarification. This may have been due to a lack of communication between the waitress and the chef, which, of course, can happen. I hope you can improve in the future and that my feedback has been constructive for your restaurant.

02/01/2026: The restaurant is really great. From the outside, it looks rather unassuming, but the pizza, the drinks (Aperol, Hugo, etc.), and the dessert (tiramisu) are all delicious, and the service is very friendly. The server gave us excellent advice. We would definitely go back.

08/03/2026: The fries were good... Because the rest of the dishes took over an hour to arrive. In the meantime, one of the guests ate her pasta dish, which arrived about forty minutes before the rest of the food. It's a shame because the interior is very nice and the service was quick to take the order. The dishes were also good. I should point out that it was a no-brainer, since everyone else had the mixed fried fish.

12/03/2026: We tried to come in for lunch around 14:00 with my elderly mother. At the entrance we were told quite abruptly that there was no food available. When we asked about the kitchen’s operating hours, we were simply told to leave. The attitude was unfriendly. I would not recommend this place.

08/03/2026: The place is very nice and clean but there is a big flaw with what we paid the food was not bad more I would say that you should also adjust the price to the quantity of food you offer very disappointed then because the little food you gave us was excellent but not enough in proportion to what we paid it was really excessive considering that we all took water I would say a rip-off

23/02/2026: I'm sorry to have to write this review, especially since I've always appreciated the quality of the pizza, which I consider truly excellent and which has led me to frequent the restaurant on several occasions. Unfortunately, however, I cannot ignore what I personally witnessed regarding hygiene and food safety management. In particular, I witnessed with my own eyes a scene that I consider extremely serious: a bitter liqueur served at the table, half drunk by the customer, was not thrown away but returned, and the remaining portion was returned to the bitter liqueur freezer, presumably to be reused for another customer. Such behavior, besides being ethically unacceptable, violates the most basic food safety standards and seriously calls into question the respect for customer health. Added to this are other incidents, such as hair on plates, which unfortunately reinforce the perception of poor hygiene. I'm truly sorry to write this, because the pizza deserves it, but the quality of the product cannot compensate for such serious shortcomings in food safety management. I sincerely hope that management will carry out the necessary checks and intervene concretely.

19/02/2026: Inedible pizzoccheri for €18, a can of soda for €5, and a terrible tzigoiner for about €30! At those prices, I'd go to Gavioli, Al Filo, or Guanella and eat 10 times better for less!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED! NOT TO MENTION THE BEEF FILLET SOLD FOR €40 WHEN IT WASN'T FILLET BUT RUM, AND IT WAS OBSCENELY PLATED! The place is also dirty and old, like it was in the 1980s...

04/03/2026: It's true, it's an important place, and that might be a limitation, but then you walk in and everything envelops you... Time transports you to the splendor of the 1920s, with spectacular chandeliers, silver candelabras, blown glassware, embroidered tablecloths with antique furniture, walls rich in history, and pleasant background music. It's not "my" place, but it can't help but captivate me and put me at ease. I open the menu and the prices shock me! However, the €10 glass of wine turns out to be a balloon as big as my face, twice the normal volume (an excellent Montepulciano, by the way). I smile at my friend as we choose two first courses from the many available for €25, but when the tagliatelle with black Garda truffle (generously distributed) and the award-winning homemade pasta with grapes, blueberries, and crispy pancetta arrive, we can't help but share a stunned grimace. Mrs. Sabina (I hope I'm not mistaken) is the added value. She loves her job; she advises, describes, and accompanies you throughout the evening, but always...on tiptoe. In the end, when you've truly had a great time, even the cost becomes secondary. You've treated yourself to an experience, a "pampering" that will remain in your memory.

25/11/2025: I’ve been to Brescia many times but this was first visit to this restaurant. Absolutely outstanding. Antipasti, pasta and second course just amazing. Now my favourite restaurant. Definitely return next time in Brescia.
