The service was arrogant and unfriendly to tourists. I ordered a medium steak, received it raw, and was offered "butterfly" sear for another two minutes. I declined, received butterfly sear, and the steak was well-done. The reviews are completely off the mark; I can't understand them.

A restaurant with a bright interior and a few tables outside, covered by illuminated and heated gazebos. We had a pizza, which was excellent. The staff was professional, friendly, and always available. Prices were average. Recommended ++++

Beautiful restaurant, traditional Lombard cuisine, practically a stone's throw from the Basilica and Catholic University.
We had delicious appetizers, first courses, and desserts.
Super reasonable prices.

We chose Bebel for a very enjoyable dinner. My husband surprised me here for my birthday. The atmosphere is incredibly nice, warm, and the guests are mostly a little older than average. The food is delicious. The place gets very crowded. We went before the restaurant opened and told them we would be leaving before 8:30 PM, and they let us in that way :) because reservations are required.

We liked it though to be honest, given the fact that it was the only proper restaurant we've visited this trip, we expected a bit more. Waiters were very friendly, food was nice, but not more than that
