26/06/2026: Excellent experience! Truly exquisite dishes, prepared with quality ingredients and beautifully presented. The staff were kind and attentive, and the atmosphere was welcoming and refined. I'm shocked to read reviews questioning the staff's professionalism: I had a wonderful truffle-based meal, and they clearly informed me of the cost and quantity of grated truffle. I'll definitely be back!!!

04/08/2026: We had the pleasure of going for dinner two nights. I ate the best risotto with scampi and orange I've ever eaten. Very delicate, but delicious. The rest of the dishes were also very good. The tuna, the fregola, the fried fish, the pizzas, and the really good crème caramel. I really hope to be able to return because the food is very good.

16/05/2026: Excellent location for reaching the events organized at Villa d'Este. The single room was very nice, a little small but adequate. As mentioned, the location was really convenient. It's a shame the breakfast service isn't included, but the pastry shop across the street makes up for it.

26/07/2026: I've been frequenting this restaurant-pizzeria for a while, and this isn't my first time. Considering its location, right on Lake Iseo and in a very touristy area, my overall opinion of the food is positive: the pizza is average, not particularly outstanding, but still good and enjoyable. The first courses are plentiful and satisfying, while the second courses are average in quality with rather small portions, especially the fried fish and other fish dishes. Unfortunately, there's one aspect that continues to disappoint me, something I'd already noted on previous visits: the state of the bathrooms. This evening, the men's restroom was in truly appalling condition. The floor was completely wet, covered in urine and dirt, toilet paper and wipes were scattered everywhere, the paper roll was out, the wastebasket was overflowing, and many customers were forced to put used paper towels down to dry their hands, even on the baby-changing area. When entering and exiting the restroom, the dirty paper towels on the floor even stuck to my shoes. Once I left, I had to remove them with difficulty, and my shoes were completely dirty and sticky. It was a truly unpleasant feeling, and once I got home, I had to thoroughly clean and disinfect them. I honestly find this situation unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. After paying, I brought the situation to the attention of the owner, in a constructive spirit. Her response was that the restaurant was very busy and the staff was busy in the dining room, so they hadn't had time to check the bathrooms, and that no customers had reported the problem. Personally, I disagree with this approach. It's true that the rudeness of some customers contributes to disorder, but checking and cleaning the restrooms should be part of the standard management procedures of any restaurant. During peak periods, periodic checks should be scheduled, every 30-60 minutes, to ensure that the restrooms are clean, stocked, and in a decent condition. Customers shouldn't have to report that a restroom is unusable: it's the manager's responsibility to ensure that service is maintained at an adequate level throughout the day. It's a real shame, because the restaurant has a wonderful location, the service is generally good, and the food is acceptable. However, a restroom in that condition inevitably compromises the overall experience. I hope this aspect is taken seriously, because with more careful organization of periodic checks, the restaurant could be significantly better.

16/06/2026: A spacious restaurant with several rooms, a pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, and attentive service. The mortadella and burrata pizza is excellent, and the grilled sea bass is delicious.

14/07/2026: The quality at lunch varies. The gluten-free pasta option was good (it's a great thing to have it), but the main course was poorly prepared. The chicken and vegetables were barely edible. Overall, a quick lunch for more than €20 is acceptable since it's centrally located, but it's not cheap, and I wouldn't return.

07/01/2026: 3rd time back at this lovely family run place for the best risotto we've had in Como. Warm, friendly service, fantastic local cuisine set in a traditional atmosphere full of character. Loved it!

05/08/2026: The fish is incredibly fresh and the menu is interesting, allowing you to choose what/how much to eat at the counter and how it's prepared (grilled, sautéed, fried, raw). The prices are reasonable for the quality, but the wines are mediocre.

12/07/2026: 5 stars only for the chef who cooks very tasty food and serves with kindness. But some waiters should be trained well to serve customers, because it's quite unpleasant when you come and ask for a menu, they don't give it to you, they put a scancode on it and later tell you not to stand here, leave. When you go outside and don't have time to sit down to place an order, they already tell you that you can't eat here. Only when I said that I wasn't going to eat here, I asked for a pizza to take away, they took my order and didn't even offer to sit down to wait. I felt quite unpleasant from such service, maybe it's because I don't speak Italian, I don't know.

11/06/2026: This was a lovely way to spend our first night in Cremona. Our waiter was attentive and the atmosphere was calming after a hectic travel day. The food was amazing and we had to order a second plate of tagliatelle because it was just so delicious (note that the portion sizes were not small, it was just that good). They also have very clearly labeled allergy information which was helpful to me. We tried the tris de sorbetti as well and each flavor was great. We would definitely come back if we travel here again!

16/07/2026: Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant. The staff was unfriendly, arrogant, and not at all customer-oriented. At no point did I feel welcome as a guest. The food was also disappointing. The quality was below average and not commensurate with the high prices. For this price range, I expected significantly more – both in terms of service and food.

15/07/2026: The Casa dei Pescatori restaurant in Sirmione is an ideal choice for those who want to enjoy an excellent lunch or dinner in a splendid location overlooking Lake Garda. It has convenient private parking, a great advantage especially during peak periods. I recommend trying the lake fish dishes.
