21/02/2026: I'm giving good marks to the service and atmosphere to make it clear that I'm not biased and it's nothing personal. But three times I've had pizza here (twice takeout and once in-person) and it was ALWAYS burnt. And I'm not just referring to the crust; underneath, too, it was more black than white. Unfortunately, the Neapolitan pizza dough means that it only takes those extra 10 seconds for it to be overcooked. In my opinion, if you get carried away, you shouldn't sell it. You made a mistake, it happens, you remake it. But that's kind of the trend with Neapolitan pizzas: if someone complains, they remake it, otherwise they sell it as is. The problem, beyond the health issue, is that it had a completely burnt aftertaste that lingered in your mouth, even after removing most of the burnt part. Please be more careful.

16/02/2026: A lovely little restaurant with quick service and delicious food. They have a different daily menu each day, with several dishes to choose from. The portions are generous. We went back so many times because we loved it! Special mention for Nonna's (the owner's mother) cake – she still bakes and hasn't lost her touch! 🤩

17/03/2026: I stayed in Bormio for two days and can say it was a truly wonderful experience. The property is stunning, well-maintained, and very welcoming, and the room was simply beautiful: spacious, clean, and very comfortable. A great strength is definitely the staff, always welcoming, friendly, and helpful, who made us feel at ease right away. If I had to find a small flaw, the dinner service was a bit slow, but nothing that detracted from the overall experience. Overall, everything was perfect: I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Bormio.

08/03/2026: We went for a romantic dinner on Saturday evening. The atmosphere was elegant, the service professional and friendly, and there was no waiting time between courses. The dishes were exquisite and sophisticated, and you could see the chef's care and attention to detail in his creations. I loved the shrimp soup, truly amazing. The prices, in my opinion, were fair for this lake-view location.

08/03/2026: I'm not going to judge the atmosphere; it's nothing special, with lots of tables packed together with a view of the lake, four perfectly normal boats, a bridge with the river across it (because it's a river, the lake view is something else), a busy street, but the cook, given the prices, still has a lot to learn. A bad experience, I definitely won't be back again!!!

07/02/2026: This was a very disappointing experience. It has been two years since I last visited this restaurant, and unfortunately, the quality and taste of the food have dropped significantly. I purposely traveled a long distance to enjoy what used to be their best four-cheese pizza, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment and did not justify the time and effort anymore. While waiting for my food, I noticed that other tables were served a plate of buns, but I did not receive any. It made me wonder if I was treated differently because I am not a local, which was very upsetting. I previously received it. The service was also poor. While I was using the chili flakes, they were taken away without even asking me. The tiramisu doesn't taste as good as well. I think McDonald's did a better job than they do. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and I will not be returning for their food.
