02/04/2025: From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with warm smiles and outstanding service. The staff were not only professional but also genuinely friendly, making us feel right at home. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the saffron risotto – perfectly creamy, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. It’s a must-try dish if you're visiting! Every bite was a celebration of traditional Italian cuisine done right. The atmosphere was cozy yet elegant, and everything from the service to the food exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be returning and recommending Nuova Arena to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable dining experience in Milan.

26/03/2025: One of my favorite restaurants in Milan has a fantastic atmosphere with Gianni and Nicolo, who make you feel at home with their excellent food! I can't wait to be back. Ossobuco and Cotoletta are a must-try!

27/03/2025: This little restaurant is a real gem! I have been there several times, both for lunch and dinner, and I will always continue to go there with pleasure for the perfect mix of impeccable service, welcoming environment and refined menu. The lunch menu is smaller than the dinner, which is more refined and sophisticated, but for both services the taste and quality are undeniable. I recommend it to anyone who is in the center and wants to stay away from the tourist restaurants which unfortunately suffocate the historic centre.

06/04/2025: For our arrival in Italy, excellent dinner in this place a little away from the center of Como, not looking like much, but very nice, frequented by locals: a guarantee of not coming across something "made for tourists". The homemade starters are varied (shrimp, squid, ham, etc.) and refreshing. The thin crust pizzas, perfectly cooked over a wood fire, are well garnished and really taste like a good product. The glasses of wine, although a little expensive (€6 in April 2025), are very good, light and flavored as we like. In short, excellent meal to start our stay!

10/04/2025: We made a reservation by phone in August 2024 for 7 p.m. because, according to reviews, a line of people forms outside the restaurant even before it opens, and that was the case for us as well. The reservation was for 7 or 8:30 p.m. Many groups of people who came in spontaneously were politely turned away, with waits of about an hour. We received a warm welcome, and I was able to order a gluten-free "Quattro Formaggi" pizza outside of the menu, even though it wasn't on the gluten-free pizza list, which I thought was great. You could order it with or without tomato sauce. The taste was excellent, the service very attentive, and the ambiance was wonderful; we were seated in front of the restaurant in the side street at our own request. All in all, we were very satisfied; an authentic restaurant in Bella Italia.

10/04/2025: It's stuffy and hot and the staff are moody and they say everyone has to order a main course! And the people in front of us ordered. Sharing and it's normal, two items, and when a child fell they all started laughing. There's one good employee, I think he's Indian. The food isn't great. My mom asked them to turn on the fan and they refused. It's not worth it.

02/03/2025: C i siamo stati per la prima volta raccomandati da amici comuni. devo dire che è stata una bella esperienza. Abbiamo scelto tutto pesce antipasto e secondo . in modo particolare un branzino eccezionale ed una grigliata con tutto pesce e crostacei di prima qualità. Personale di sala molto gentile ed efficiente. prezzo nella media.

27/01/2025: The local service and kindness of the staff were impeccable... my three guests had a starter and a fish main course which were judged to be good. I don't eat fish, a good quality cut and a raw appetizer which in my opinion was the only flaw of the dinner because it was cold from the fridge which takes away the flavor of the raw a little, the dish itself in my opinion would be better accompanied with at least some spring onions or gardinera or Russian salad.. we spent 181 euros, I would say slightly above average..

The food is good, the place is welcoming and the service is always attentive, kind and welcoming. Absolutely recommended, also for the value for money.

11/04/2025: Este restaurante en realidad se llama Taberna San Tomaso y al principio, estaba preocupado porque no tienen un sitio web - - solo una página de Facebook, lo que me indica que tal vez no era un restaurante establecido. Pero nos sorprendió gratamente - es un fantástico y auténtico restaurante italiano con la comida tradicional milanesa que estaría buscando. Tuvimos la mejor burrata con prosciutto aquí, seguido de delicioso risotto y tagliatelle boloñesa. El servicio fue muy amable y la experiencia en general fue genial!

11/04/2025: Oggi pranzo "DA ROSA"! Eravamo venuti per la pizza, ma - viste le allettanti proposte - abbiamo optato per il "Menù Lavoro": primo, secondo, contorno, acqua e caffè. Siamo stati contentissimi della scelta! I piatti erano tutti eccezionali e molto gustosi: caserecce al dente e gamberetti golosi, polipetti saporiti e morbidi, tenerissima la fettina di manzo alla griglia, gustose le patate gratinate, un tocco di raffinatezza i finocchi alla siciliana. Dobbiamo segnalare anche la nostra soddisfazione per il cestino di pane: i grissini coi semi di sesamo sono fantastici!!! Il ristorante ha un ampio parcheggio, molto comodo. Le sale del ristorante sono grandi, noi siamo stati in quella piccola che è una sorta di veranda e ci è molto piaciuto. Buono anche il cantuccino che ci è stato portato col caffè. Ottimo tutto il personale, ma un ringraziamento particolare a Simone ed Alessandro, molto attenti, gentili e disponibili. Torneremo senz'altro per gustare i piatti di pesce! A presto!!!

10/04/2025: When you arrive at your destination, the first problem is to understand which way to enter and pay attention to the priorities. The parking is quite logical, dirt road, a bit wild and you have to be careful not to "close" anyone. The somewhat anonymous entrance and the room, the first on the honorable left, beyond then there is a sort of closed veranda and another room on the right. The service was sufficiently fast and organised. Nothing from the food. Prices average for other similar places.

25/03/2025: Excellent pizzeria in the municipality of Cinisello Balsamo, a few steps from Milan. There is a different choice of dishes, mainly fish-based. The quality and care are there, even if I have eaten better pizzas, it remains a place that I would recommend to anyone passing through this area.

03/04/2025: Let's say that this is one of the cases where we can say that form reigns supreme. Because yes, the food is not bad, there is a choice between mountain and lake flavours, they also offer you some aperitifs. But we're not talking about ambrosia or flavors that flash all the dimensions of reality on your tongue. It's more the context: the lake, a huge window that seems to eat on it. Soooo, a bit over rated.

30/03/2025: Great food, ordered fritto misto and tricolore pasta, proper napoletano cuisine. Docked a star off the review as we did not receive a breakdown receipt as most places in Milan do, and was charged €6 more than what was calculated in the menu, with no mention of coperto anywhere.
