Da Giuliano In Milano

Extremely famous for: ITS PIZZA, it's essentially a tavern/trattoria... well, I don't know how else to describe it, offering a particularly good, thick, and fluffy pizza by the slice. I, however, really appreciate the bresaola dish (supposedly delicious) with arugula and parmesan shavings.

Excellent pizza in the Sarpi area. It would have been a 4.5 because, in my opinion, it's not up to the level of other Milanese pizza joints, but they deserve a 5 for speedy service, cleanliness, and friendliness. I always love coming back!

I was born a few steps away from them, for me it was an institution... I ate pizza there on May 27th, 26th, for lunch. It was a step back in time because today we live in Brianza, so almost 40 km by car, problems finding parking, today it's China Town Paolo Sarpi.... Dry tomato pizza, lukewarm, the mozzarella wasn't stringy. I think we ate the leftover slices of a pizza that had been baked an hour earlier; we were alone when we went in. Advice to the owners, who is no longer Giuliano Baldasseroni: once upon a time, takeaway pizzerias and places like "Da Giuliano" were spartan places of old Milan. Today, the historic ambiance is fine, but you can't ignore the customer because you live in the reflected light of what was once there. €50 for three for a pizza by the slice demands respect for the customer. Absolute disappointment!

Good quality local pizza al tranxio, one of the last Italian bastions in China Town.

Pizza by the slice, for me the best in Milan... I've been going there forever. Parking is difficult, but there's a paid one very close by.

I used to go to Giuliano's in the '90s because I was born and raised in the Paolo Sarpi neighborhood of Milan. The pizza was delicious and still is!!!

I've been there a couple of times, the pizza is good, thick and soft, I was always served by the same very friendly waiter
