Interesting menu, friendly staff, and delicious dishes!
The gnocchi are amazing, and the risotto is perfect. The final treat: a tarte tatin that rivals a French dessert, served hot, caramelized, and so good you'll wish it wouldn't be gone so quickly.

I visited this restaurant a while ago with some colleagues I was traveling with for work. The location is very quaint and welcoming, and the risottos are simply exceptional, from the most unusual to the simplest, like the one I had with Castelmagno cheese and butter. All perfectly balanced. The tarte tatin at the end also deserves special mention.

Absolutely incredible 10/10. We had an appetizer, gnocchi, risotto, fresh pasta and dessert. Every single item was outstanding. The ambiance is so warm and the servers were all very attentive and kind.

It's one of those places I always love to return to, because it truly makes you feel at home.
I've tried different types of gnocchi (even a second helping) and they're all truly excellent, with generous and satisfying portions. The appetizers are also worth it, and the dessert... the chocolate cake is an absolute must-have!
Perfect for a dinner for two or an evening with friends, the atmosphere is worth it.
I recommend booking well in advance, especially on weekends: it's always busy!

A rustic and characteristic restaurant in the old Varese area.
Impeccable service, attentive and courteous staff.
You can tell they pay attention to both the quality of the ingredients and the preparation. The portions are generous, the price is excellent, and the atmosphere is pleasant.
If you're in Varese and want to eat something delicious and different, I absolutely recommend it!
