We tried both the risotto and the gnocchi, both delicious!
Our favorites were the gnocchi with pears, Taleggio cheese, and speck.
Highly recommended. Fast service, friendly waiters, and a lovely atmosphere.
I recommend this to anyone who loves risotto. This is definitely a great place to eat it.
Generous and satisfying portions. You can also order a trio or two of risotto or gnocchi. We didn't order it, but the platter, which we noticed at other tables, looked equally tempting.
Affordable prices, definitely excellent value for money!

Our visit to the Gnoccheria was a real highlight. The food was absolutely first-class – prepared with great care and incredibly delicious. The gnocchi, in particular, were a delight and showcased authentic Italian cuisine at its finest.
The service also deserves high praise: very friendly and attentive staff and a warm atmosphere from the very first moment. The beautiful ambiance in the vaulted cellar made the evening even more special and ensured an authentic and cozy experience.
We were also surprised by how fair the prices were: for five people, we paid only about €170 in total, including wine and some appetizers.

Excellent meal; we ordered several risottos and the polpette in tomato sauce. We haven't had such good food since the beginning of our trip. The atmosphere is friendly, and the service is very good. Go without hesitation.

An absolute must in Varese!!! Very friendly service, excellent value for money, and our gnocchi were absolutely delicious! The ambiance is fantastic; it's a special restaurant that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone visiting Varese. However, you absolutely must book in advance, as they are very popular.

We had a delicious charcuterie and cheese board for dinner. The gnocchi with octopus had a wonderful, slightly spicy flavor, and the ravioli with blue cheese were spectacular. A sweet Moscato white wine perfectly complemented our meal. The waitress was lovely. The atmosphere was charming. A must-visit spot in Varese.

Very very nice expérience !
Food was amazing and service perfect with a nice waitress who explained us everything in a perfect english.
