The ravioli, baked goat's cheese ravioli, and panizza were excellent, and the desserts were excellent. Average prices. We'll be back.

The portions are generous and authentic, and the quality of the ingredients is top-notch. We loved everything, from the appetizers to the desserts, especially the snails, which were divine. Low prices, highly recommended.

28/04/2026: An excellent place to sample Ligurian cuisine and be delighted by its flavors and ingredients. The dishes I highly recommend are the gnocchi, the crostone with cod, and the stroscia with zabaglione ice cream. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the waiters are friendly and professional. I recommend booking, especially on weekends, as Dolce Acqua is a popular tourist destination for both Italians and French.

24/04/2026: A top-quality restaurant, from the attentive, kind yet discreet service (which isn't a given) to the quality of the dishes, everything done well (but well means WELL) as true chefs do, nothing improvised, no frills to hide questionable qualities, no over-the-top display to impress, only to enhance. I've tasted several courses, from starters to fish to dessert. We eat out often, and this has now become one of our favorite restaurants. Thanks to Fabri, Valeria, and their dining room staff. P.S. 15/04/2026: The owner's welcome and service were extraordinary. We've never seen anything like it in Europe. The food was divine, and everything made our experience magical. It was absolutely the best restaurant choice. We were hesitating between small seaside restaurants, but this one was much more authentic. 21/03/2026: The only restaurant open in town (March), and perhaps in the sense of "only," anyway, but I'm not sure. I'm sure I can give positive reviews for everything: food, service, and the sunny terrace overlooking the hills, valley, and sea in the background.

17/03/2026: A historic Sanremo restaurant in one of the city's most picturesque areas, the old port. A pleasant atmosphere with friendly and knowledgeable staff. A wide selection of fresh catches of the day complements excellent seafood dishes. A must-try for seafood lovers, and beyond. The dessert trolley is an irresistible temptation to round off a great meal.

08/03/2026: On Saturday, February 28th, the day of the Sanremo Music Festival finale, we decided to spend the evening there on the recommendation of a friend, booking well in advance! It was an excellent choice! Refined atmosphere, excellent service, and excellent food! The bill surprised us. Five HUGE pasta dishes, two of which were fish, four desserts, five glasses of wine, and three bottles of water, totaling €170. For the quality of the food, it was worth every penny! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

18/01/2026: A cozy, slightly hidden little gem of a restaurant with absolutely delicious food. We tried two different pasta dishes, both full of flavor and clearly made with care. For dessert we shared one dish, which was the perfect ending to the meal 🥰 The staff was very nice and accommodating - we were welcomed from the moment we walked in the door, and felt taken care of until we left the restaurant. Very good prices!! This is definitely a place that is highly recommended, and we will definitely be back ☺️

30/12/2025: I ordered spaghetti with clams and it wasn't good at all; the only flavor I could taste was garlic, and even when I asked the owner to change it, he didn't seem to want to listen, even after he saw that I left my plate full.

01/05/2026: Before I tell you about the food at this place, I'd like to mention the professionalism, kindness, helpfulness, and cleanliness of the staff. Their hands are well-groomed, their hair is tied back, and their nails are absolutely not overly long and clean. The waiter with glasses is very professional and capable of performing his job impeccably, especially without putting his fingers in the plate when bringing the dishes to the table! Despite the large number of people who stop by to eat, the place is always clean. The wait times—and this isn't meant as a criticism, but rather as an added bonus—are a bit longer than other places because they cook the pasta fresh. The pasta portions are truly generous... but they especially care about celiacs like me, who rarely find a place that offers gluten-free food with a truly excellent pasta brand, the best on the market for celiacs! What can I add: you leave the beach and head across the street to a cozy, quiet place to spend your favorite weekend, and that makes all the difference!

Finally, the octopus was cooked perfectly, the seasonings were truly excellent, I couldn't find a single negative!
