Excellent trattoria specializing in grilled meats. At the entrance, there's a large brazier where meat and fish are cooked—it's very impressive! We had the pappardelle with wild boar ragù. The menu offers a wide selection, and the prices are in line with the quality. Recommended.

Trattoria Tipica has plenty of seating, and the waiter is very friendly and professional. Traditional dishes at good prices, including a top-notch grilled meat, especially the Florentine Marchigiana steak, cooked perfectly without burning; it melted in your mouth. The cacio e pepe pasta, which isn't very creamy, needs a facelift. Excellent local Syra Laziale red wine. We'll be back as soon as we're in the area.

This is the second time my husband and I have come to Montefiascone for a week, and for the second time, our go-to place for culinary delights, every evening, is Trattoria Pancino. The staff is very courteous and professional, and the food, of excellent quality, is delicious and incredibly tasty. We highly recommend it.
