Trattoria Tipica has plenty of seating, and the waiter is very friendly and professional. Traditional dishes at good prices, including a top-notch grilled meat, especially the Florentine Marchigiana steak, cooked perfectly without burning; it melted in your mouth. The cacio e pepe pasta, which isn't very creamy, needs a facelift. Excellent local Syra Laziale red wine. We'll be back as soon as we're in the area.

This is the second time my husband and I have come to Montefiascone for a week, and for the second time, our go-to place for culinary delights, every evening, is Trattoria Pancino. The staff is very courteous and professional, and the food, of excellent quality, is delicious and incredibly tasty. We highly recommend it.

It's well known that judging a restaurant is always highly subjective. Well, coming here is always a pleasure for me. Beautiful place, very kind staff, and excellent food. We've been coming here every night, trying a different entree each time, and we've found them all excellent. Carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, lombrichelli alla viterbese, pasta with vegetables... you're spoiled for choice, and every choice is spot on. The meat is also very good, and the desserts are excellent. In conclusion, a restaurant where you can spend a pleasant evening and eat excellently. There aren't many places like this.
