We ate well, we had the lombrichelli alla Viterbo, the lombrichelli all'amatriciana, the ravioli with mushrooms and speck accompanied by some good wine. Let's say that we were a little disappointed by the desserts in reference to the goodness of the first courses and their cost of 7 euros. Update 1 April 2024 took lombrichelli all'amatriciana, lombrichelli cheese and pepper with truffle, sausage, potato, chicory and artichoke side dishes and desserts.... all excellent... Recommended

We ate for lunch. Fast service, friendly staff. Price normal. We ate the excellent Pancino chicken breast. Good stuffed rabbit with an excellent sauce. Baked potatoes and artichokes which however was one and a bit prickly. Overall 4 stars. I advise.

Con una pioggia pazzesca abbiamo trovato questo posto e non abbiamo sbagliato, bisognava prenotare ma essendo arrivati presto ci hanno fatto accomodare lo stesso, primo secondo e dolce con un vino della zona, bella esperienza.

Wir verweilen eine Woche am bezaubernden Lago di Bolsena. Heute stand ein Besuch der nahen Stadt Montefiascone an. Nach vielen Fototerminen war es Zeit ein Restaurante aufzusuchen. Diesmal sollte es Pizza sein. Genau hier wurden wir fündig. Von Außen eher unscheinbar aber die waren Werte zeigen sich beim betreten. Das es keine Speisekarten gab (qr-Code) war uns schon durch den Veneto geläufig.
Also, schmackhafte Pizza, guter Hauswein zu angenehmen Preisen, freundliche Bedienung und zum Schluss natürlich Caffe.

Ottima trattoria con piatti tipici della cucina Viterbese, ambiente tranquillo e comodo. Servizio impeccabile. Qualità/prezzo buona. Due antipasti, due primi, una bottiglia d'acqua e due caffè 54 euro. Se il prezzo fosse stato sotto le 50 euro avrei dato 5 stelle, ma un pranzo SENZA vino a 54 euro, a mio parere è un pochino troppo. Ad ogni modo la qualità è indiscutibile. CONSIGLIATO.

Il ristorante Da Pancino si trova vicino all' entrata del centro storico di Montefiascone, e presenta un interno curato ed accogliente. Abbiamo provato l'abbacchio scottadito, buono ma un po' troppo bruciacchiato. Buoni i contorni di verdure. Ottima la scelta di vini. Prezzo leggermente superiore alla media. Servizio decisamente lento.
