The atmosphere was noisy due to the music (fortunately pleasant) and loud customers, so we hope this was an exception. We'll be back, well done!

03/03/2026: As promised, even if it's late, here I am, forgive me. So we were wandering around Tarquinia on a Saturday night, craving pizza. After a series of packed places, we came across this place, a bit on the outskirts, but with its own parking lot, very convenient and discreet. The staff is all very young, well-prepared, and above all polite and kind. We ordered fried food, beers, and pizza: two peels, one with potatoes and sausage, and one with pumpkin, mushrooms, and bacon. Fried food: 10 out of 10. Excellent, oil-free, and cooked well. Beers: spectacular and spicy, just the way we like them. Pizzas: crispy on the bottom, super leavened and well-seasoned. We ate a lot and left feeling light. We paid the right price, €77, of which €40 was just for beers. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!!

05/07/2026: Reasonably good food with a robust wine. The egg with the beef tartare was a bit on the dry side and the spaghetti à la carbonara was a bit sticky. Friendly service.

01/10/2025: We were refused to eat here when we went inside the restaurant. The lady even scolded my friend on what she was wearing (off shoulder top), very unnecessary. Very bad experience. We just went out of the restaurant, even so, she continued to tell us that it was wrong to enter the restaurant. Hays.

23/08/2025: It's always a shame for me to leave a negative review, especially when the location is truly delightful: small but meticulously maintained and with a pleasant atmosphere. For this very reason, I believe constructive criticism can help both the owners, helping them grow and improve, and future customers, helping them have a more satisfying experience. During our dinner, however, several inconveniences arose that I must point out. As soon as we sat down, we found the placemat dirty, likely not replaced after the previous service. A detail that alone wouldn't have ruined the evening, but unfortunately it was the first in a series of oversights. We ordered a first course to share and two second courses. Unfortunately, the tagliatelle with lamb ragù was so salty that it was difficult to enjoy. The wild boar meatballs, however, arrived cold and partly burned. Finally, the sliced ​​beef: we weren't asked how it was cooked, and, without a proper knife for serving, we were faced with overcooked, very salty, and difficult to cut meat. A real shame, especially since the prices were decidedly high compared to the actual quality of what we were served. I sincerely hope these observations are helpful: the location has potential, but the cuisine and service deserve more attention to live up to expectations.

11/06/2026: We stopped by chance at this charming and welcoming restaurant. The atmosphere is clean and bright, and the staff welcomes you and makes you feel right at home. The menu is interesting, with both meat and fish options, focusing on local dishes. Both the appetizers and the first courses are delicious. I personally ate the meat dishes and loved them. The fillet steak was exceptional.

29/05/2026: I've known "Lido dei Pioppi" since the 1960s, having owned a villa nearby. The professionalism of the owners and staff is renowned throughout the area. The quality of the food and wine selection has never wavered in these more than 60 years. The environment, both inside and out, has always been meticulously maintained, both in terms of cleanliness and customer comfort. I highly recommend a visit and guarantee a top-notch service.

17/05/2026: This historic trattoria is located in the historic center of Orte, opposite the town hall. Reservations are recommended, as it's very popular. The cuisine is exceptional, using top-quality ingredients. The service is impeccable. We tried some traditional dishes, including a mixed platter of fried foods, bruschetta, and local cured meats. For starters, we tried pici pasta with garlic sauce, and finally the delicious stuffed pigeon. Highly recommended.
