We discovered Pulicaro on Ecobnb and decided to book an Easter stay at this agriturismo, impressed by their values ​​and philosophy. Everything lived up to our expectations! Pulicaro is a beautiful stone farmhouse managed with care and love by Chiara, Marco, and all the staff. It's an ideal place to stay, recharge, and sample traditional local cuisine, often made with products from their farm! The agriturismo's location is also on the border between Lazio, Umbria, and Tuscany. It's a great base for exploring Tuscia. Excellent value for money! A wonderful experience, highly recommended.

This is a true regenerative farm with a focus on soil health and the food it produces. The people are so friendly and generous!

I went to the restaurant on the recommendation... I can only say that they follow a diet recommended by former minister Sirchia and that the cost (in my opinion, for a zero-mile restaurant) seemed excessive.

Fantastic place, run as a farmhouse should be: only genuine products, either from the farm itself or from the surrounding area. My only complaint is the fixed menu that doesn't always please everyone. I was there on a Sunday; I don't know if the same rule applies during the week.
