We discovered Pulicaro on Ecobnb and decided to book an Easter stay at this agriturismo, impressed by their values ​​and philosophy. Everything lived up to our expectations! Pulicaro is a beautiful stone farmhouse managed with care and love by Chiara, Marco, and all the staff. It's an ideal place to stay, recharge, and sample traditional local cuisine, often made with products from their farm! The agriturismo's location is also on the border between Lazio, Umbria, and Tuscany. It's a great base for exploring Tuscia. Excellent value for money! A wonderful experience, highly recommended.

I went to the restaurant on the recommendation... I can only say that they follow a diet recommended by former minister Sirchia and that the cost (in my opinion, for a zero-mile restaurant) seemed excessive.

Fantastic place, run as a farmhouse should be: only genuine products, either from the farm itself or from the surrounding area. My only complaint is the fixed menu that doesn't always please everyone. I was there on a Sunday; I don't know if the same rule applies during the week.

02/07/2026: I wanted to thank Gloria and the entire staff at Symposio restaurant for organizing a wonderful birthday lunch for our little Angelo. Thank you for the attention and care you put into preparing everything. It was a truly unforgettable 2nd birthday for us!!! 😍... You created a sweet and welcoming, but above all family-like atmosphere... our little boy had so much fun, and thanks you for the smiles and games... the space, with the indoor playroom reserved for younger children, is truly top notch!!!... Furthermore, the food was excellent and much appreciated by all the guests; we had a wonderful time... all the courses were delicious, from appetizers to dessert, including the first courses. Those Chianina beef hearts were a real treat, not to mention the "porchettato" chicken roll, it was a triumph, an explosion of flavors!... Thank you so much for helping make this day so special... I hope to see you soon... we'll be back to try the pizzeria!... Highly recommended!

01/03/2026: There's no sign indicating where it is, not even when you're standing right in front of it. Inside, the dining room is clean and well-decorated, with a style I like. The food—in my case, the fish—was fresh and delicious. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the portions were generous. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. When we definitely return, I hope there's a sign for the restaurant.
