What can I say? The staff at the restaurant are amazing, all of them!
The dishes, from appetizers to pizza, are excellent, anything but predictable, despite having a "typical" base.
In the historic center of Bolsena, excellent value for money.

Lots of staff, very young and inexperienced.
Our beer sat on the tap for 10 minutes, and after 15 we had to reorder it.
The place is like a bakery inside.
The food, however, is good.

Porchetta croquettes need a rethink: the taste was far from porchetta.
The supplì were good, nothing exceptional.
The umbrichelli topped with the catch of the day were good. The portion was generous.
The service could be improved: the waiters were in a hurry to clear our plates from the table (they asked us three times, while we were still eating!)

Both the food and the atmosphere were fantastic. We received very friendly service and enjoyed a lovely spot outside the restaurant. Our waiter was in a joking mood, which was probably due to his German-Italian-English-hands-and-feet communication. We would definitely come back! 5 stars from us!

The service and atmosphere are nice. However, when it gets darker, the lighting becomes very bright and it feels uncomfortable.
The food is okay, but I wouldn't call it good.
The price is very reasonable, though.
