29/12/2024: I chose this place to celebrate my graduation and was immediately enchanted by it. The location in question has an incredible view, the swimming pool is open all year round, and is an integral part of Villa Mercede, a jewel at the entrance to Frascati, one of my favorite areas of the Castelli Romani. The professionalism of the maître Nicola makes "La cucina con vista" a restaurant of great prominence; he assisted me at all times, making sure my guests were comfortable and enjoying the event, it was as if he was watching over us. All the staff are extremely kind and friendly, in line with the elegance of the venue. The refined and tasty food was the confirmation of having chosen the right restaurant and which I would recommend a million times to everyone, not only to celebrate events but also to spend a quiet evening enjoying a splendid view. Congratulations again to all the staff, well deserved. Keep it up! ❤️

It's all delicious, the vegan supplì are truly incredible, but having returned several times I can also vouch for the carbonara, millefeuille and all the vegan pizzas - plus the staff is very kind, Stefania is a wonderful person and it's always a pleasure to come back to see you ❤️ highly recommended!

21/03/2025: Petrucci es uno de esos lugares en los que entras y sientes al instante que tomaste la decisión correcta. Mejor recortar una mesa. La comida es realmente sabrosa, ya sea que tengas hambre después de un largo día en Roma o simplemente quieras una copa de vino con algo bueno para picar. Siempre hay algo en el menú que encaja. El servicio es genial, amable, atento, pero nunca exigente. Un lugar perfecto para la cena. Sin duda volvería.

06/03/2025: Small pleasant terrace. I ate spaghetti with a sauce made with fresh tomatoes: excellent. Good organic wine. Good dessert: crunchies dipped in vino santo. Attentive and discreet service.

03/03/2025: One of the best Tuscan/Roman restaurants in Rome. The place is quiet and well cared for in its elegant decorations. Quality meat. Excellent choice of wines. I tried the cacio e pepe ravioli with truffle, a delight. As well as the carpaccio. Young and courteous staff. I'll be back.

18/03/2025: Very intimate restaurant in the heart of Tivoli, we were convinced by the very positive reviews and it actually went very well. Lots of customer care, refined and well presented dishes. If I were to end up in these parts again I would gladly try their tasting proposal. I don't give 5 stars only because the fillet was perhaps slightly ahead of cooking (still good), the rest was excellent.

28/02/2025: Avec 55 in my opinion is the best restaurant in Tivoli. Seasonal raw materials of the highest quality, perfect cooking combined with chef Raoul's creations give the palate unique culinary experiences. Soft environment, courtesy and customer care complete the work. Highly recommended!!!

02/03/2025: An excellent dinner based on Roman dishes, a tasty and quality appetizer, the service had a few errors... they had got the order wrong, but they promptly remedied it, the bill in line with the exaggerated increases of this period.

24/02/2025: Very kind staff, unfortunately small, noisy place and menu with gourmet claims but very poor quality food. The worst amberjack I've ever eaten. High prices. After the owner's response I even have to lower my rating. The plates came back clean because we usually come to a restaurant with the hope of eating and the scarcity of portions combined with our education meant that we didn't leave any leftovers. The only thing that was saved from the evening was the education of the dining room staff, certainly poor cuisine cannot be solved by arguing with the chef.

17/03/2025: Food was piping hot. With vegetables like funghi, asparagus and artichokes being very fresh. Tonnarelli was freshly made and so good with their pomodoro and funghi sauces. Highly recommend. When you see mostly locals eating here. You know you are in the right place.

The cacio e pepe and fiori di zucca were outstanding, and the homemade bread, both plain and with cheese, was a delightful treat. The cacio e pepe and fuiore di zucca are exquisite, and the homemade bread, whether plain or stuffed with hot cheese, is so luxurious you can eat it voraciously. My favorite place downtown, I highly recommend it Cucina romana eccezionale accompagnata da un'ospitalità calorosa da parte di Simona. The coffee and the pepe and the fiori of the zucca erano fantastici, and the fattening pan in the house, which is similar to the format, is located in the real world. What is the location of the preferred post at the center? Altamente consigliato!

25/02/2025: Che dire, eccellente in tutto e per tutto: abbiamo preso un'insalata di mare tiepida e 2 grigliate di mare, mai mangiato dei gamberi così buoni, il filetto del pesce ti si scioglie in bocca, una libidine. Servizio perfetto, mai invasivo ed attento anche alla più piccola delle cose (finito il secondo il cameriere, disponibile e gentilissimo, ci ha levato le briciole del pane che avevamo fatto sul tavolo).Si paga la qualità, quindi prezzi alti. Ci torneremo sicuramente, complimenti!

19/02/2025: We discovered this restaurant with The Fork and I must say that I was pleasantly satisfied, they welcome you with particular attention, the service is superlative and complete compared to many other fish restaurants I have tried, fresh and good food, of excellent quality, the place is simple and refined. Staff very attentive to customer needs, I will definitely be back.

05/03/2025: I visited this place twice during my stay in Rome. They have an amazing selection of pizzas, even late in the evening. There are vegetarian and vegan options as well, and you should definitely try a supplì. They heat everything up for you, and you can grab a drink too. You can choose to eat in or take it to go.
