20/04/2025: Sono stata in questo ristorante in più occasioni, sia per delle feste (tra cui la mia dei 40 anni), che per dei pranzi in famiglia e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo.
Personale gentilissimo e attento alle esigenze, location stupenda (di sera poi rende ancora di più con la meravigliosa vista su Roma), portate buonissime, porzioni giuste e non striminzite e rapporto qualità/prezzo giusto.
Ho sempre fatto un figurone con le persone che ho portato qui.
Assolutamente consigliato!
21/03/2025: Enchanting location with an incredible view overlooking both an illuminated swimming pool and Rome. Prominent restaurant located in the Castelli Romani area. Impeccable welcome from the maìtre who assists guests in every choice. The attention to detail and the welcome flutes served upon arrival were very appreciated.
Refined and particular cuisine, prices appropriate to the location and the quality of the food.

27/05/2025: This place is a MUST TRY if you are in Tivoli! I recommend the omakase (the chef serves up several courses of their choosing from appetizer to dessert)! Each course was a delight! The ingredients were all very fresh and the dishes were inventive but also respect tradition, filling (very generous portions) and above all: delicious! I believe they make just about everything homemade, including the piping hot herby bread, fresh pasta and the limoncello. The service was perfect, truly wonderful hospitality and attention to detail.

11/05/2025: Such a nice and beautiful place in the center of the city. Sophisticated delicious meals. We ordered risotto with asparagus and carbonara. Pleasant service. Laconic plates and cutlery.
Toilet room is clean.
They don’t have children’s meals.
No parking lots.

Cenamos en este pequeño restaurante familiar con menos de 10 mesas, y fue una experiencia maravillosamente íntima y auténtica. El entorno era acogedor, y el servicio era cálido y personal - nuestra camarera hablaba un poco de inglés y era muy útil para guiarnos a través del menú.
Pedimos flores de calabacín, trufa fetichínica y ñoquis, todo muy bien preparado y lleno de sabor. Los platos de trufa en particular eran ricos e indulgentes, aunque ligeramente en el lado más caro, que vale la pena destacar.
En general, la comida era excelente, el servicio era amable y atento, y el ambiente lo hizo sentir como una joya local escondida. Un lugar encantador para una comida tranquila y deliciosa en Roma.

Really loved the table-side pigeon service, as well as baba rum. Bread was delicious, nice wine list with very extensive options. Would definitely recommend. Risotto and pastas were delicious too.
18/04/2025: Amazing meal. Husband and I both did the 8 course taste and he opted in for a 4 glass wine pairing and I tried a glass of their non alcoholic bubbly which was surprisingly very good. The 8 course spanned a leisurely 3 hours so plan accordingly. We were able to get through many of the chef classics - everything tasted divine tho not innovative. Personally we felt the flavor profile was pretty rich, tho every dish is paired with a strong acidic flavor of some sort to balance. Overall we enjoyed the meal very much. Our favorites were the cod fish and the rabbit. They spread out their house made bread pairing as well with great smoked butter and olive oil. The meal ended with a carrot dessert (not that great it tasted like Thai food) and an amazing chocolate dessert with many kinds of cocoa beans blended. Of course they wheeled in a super cute petit four to wrap it all up. The space is was quaint and beautiful, though a bit stuffy/warm - most of the men started taking off their jackets halfway through the meal. Great place for celebrations.

23/05/2025: The experience from when you walk in until the last sip of wine was amazing. The food is fresh farm to table dining. Each bite is full of flavor. The owner was amazing spending time with us explaining both the menu and wine pairing that made the dining venture a delight. I cannot recommend this wonderful treat for the palate enough.

30/05/2025: We tried a variety of dishes; Cacio e pepe pasta, a fried seafood platter, tomato rigatoni with bacon, and a pizza topped with sausage, mushrooms, and mozzarella. Everything was flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing solid Italian comfort food.
What really stood out was the wonderful service. The staff were warm, attentive, and even took the time to recommend red wines to us, which was especially helpful since we’re not wine experts.
Great food, even better hospitality, a place worth returning to.
