28/07/2024: Probabilmente negli anni si è affidato alla fama ormai raggiunta più che al Mantenimento della qualità del cibo. Le linguine erano troppo piccanti per il ns palato, così come la cottura non era perfetta. Pesce fresco, nella media. Piatti buoni, tutto sommato, ma non adeguati al prezzo indicato nel menu’. Le fragoline non erano da suggerire … capisco non fosse stagione, ma meglio non proporle se non sono fresche… il servizio è stato impersonale, ma rapido.

20/07/2024: Posto sulla bella terrazza dell’hotel Valadier con vista sui tetti di Roma, l’Hires offre una cucina del territorio rivisitata in chiave moderna (ma non eccessivamente) con materia prima di buona qualità. Buono lo spiedino di seppie con insalata di finocchio ed agrumi cosi’ come il fusilline con spigola e limone e panure. Servizio troppo lento, prezzi non eccessivi in rapporto alla location.

16/08/2024: Excellent meal! We had spaghetti with clams which was really delicious and our daughter had linguine bolognese which was also excellent. The servers are adorable, attentive and give good advice. I strongly recommend

03/08/2024: Taverna Angelica is a confirmation, there is little to add! It is a well-kept place where respect for the cuisine and care for the guest reign supreme. In the dishes you can see the desire to arouse curiosity and surprise! Congratulations to everyone, from the kitchen to the dining room. Obviously, highly recommended!

27/07/2024: You could easily walk past it on the side streets near Piazza Navona, but it's certainly not worth it. The food is really great and slightly different from an average restaurant. A good red wine was recommended with the main course.

La cosa che più mi ha colpito è stata la professionalità e la cortesia del personale, in particolare di Valentina, che ha reso la nostra serata ancora più speciale. Con il suo sorriso contagioso e la sua conoscenza approfondita del menu, Valentina ha saputo consigliare piatti deliziosi, spiegando ogni dettaglio con passione e competenza. È evidente che ama il suo lavoro e si impegna a far sentire ogni cliente unico. Il menu di Ambrosia offre una selezione di piatti che celebrano la tradizione culinaria romana, ma con un tocco innovativo che stupisce. I sapori sono autentici e ogni portata è presentata con grande cura. Non posso non menzionare i primi piatti, che sono un vero trionfo di gusto, e il dessert che ha chiuso la cena in bellezza. L'atmosfera è calda e invitante, perfetta per una cena romantica o una serata tra amici. 07/07/2024: I had dinner here last year and it was wonderful. Back this year for lunch and I remembered correctly, food is amazing. Tonnarelli alla carbonara with a white house-wine. The most delicious sauce that you would like never to finish, and the most moist and tasty lemon cake, made from fresh organic lemons. You'll find it in Borgo Vittorio 26 next door to a wonderful contemporary art gallery Arte Borgo. The best complement for a great afternoon out, art and food! Thank you! Looking forward to visit again!

05/07/2024: The octopus hummus was exceptional. The menu is a mix of Roman classics and more unique items. Don’t skip dessert! They are all delicious. We were served by a lovely couple.
