24/04/2026: A refined restaurant in Anguillara Sabazia, just steps from the port, with a veranda overlooking Lake Bracciano. I recommend starting the meal with an excellent glass of Prosecco from the Sutto winery, served at the perfect temperature, accompanied by their fantastic, fragrant bread, made exclusively for them and served fresh from the oven. Follow with the Benedetto Cavalieri spaghetti with clams and perfectly creamed bottarga! The sea bass fillet in "acqua pazza" (crazy water) and the Roman-style artichoke, with that perfect hint of mint, overlooked by many lazy and superficial restaurateurs, are also unforgettable. The owner, Mr. Diego, has created an excellent wine list, always ready to suggest the perfect pairing for your food. Lastly, a special mention goes to the highly knowledgeable waiters, always polite and attentive, but not intrusive!

13/04/2026: A real gem on the more authentic side of Viale Trastevere, not far from Basilica di Santa Cecilia. Excellent pasta with shellfish and I also enjoyed the pasta frolla with ricotta and amarene cherries for dessert. First class service and value for money prices, eg 2 euro for a large water and 2 euro for a basket of crusty bread. Booking is advised, as is dressing decently (casual is fine, but not sloppy), and service is not included in the bill.

The experience was excellent in every way: the food was excellent, the value was exceptional, and the service was attentive and professional. Our guests raved about our choice of restaurant, and we were all very satisfied. The event organization was also simple, professional, and pleasant from the very first contact. A highly recommended experience, whether for a private dinner or corporate events.

02/05/2026: I had dinner here last night with a friend. Even though we arrived late, they let us eat anyway. We were served by Francesco, who was very friendly, polite, and skilled at his job. Not only did we eat deliciously, they even offered us a liqueur at the end. It was a great experience; we were very happy! We'll definitely be back!

13/04/2026: The only risk in knowing Andrea's restaurant is not looking for other places to eat in Rome. We went there three nights in a row. I recommend the lemon tart and the homemade crème brûlée for those with a sweet tooth.

09/04/2026: Excellent homemade food and a very family-friendly atmosphere. The pizzas are exquisite, the pasta incredible (their bucatini alla amatriciana is heavenly). You'll want to marry their cannoli. Even their house wine is remarkably good. Very attentive and friendly service. We were only visiting Rome for a few days and went back. A restaurant that never disappoints, highly recommended.

The only way to book was through the website, where they require advance payment (we opted for the €110 per person deal for six courses plus wine pairing), but we later understood why. Once we arrived, we realized the place was absolutely subpar, with a bad smell and inadequate bathrooms. But let's move on to the menu: bombastic, pretentious, and with unpleasant flavors, a "I'd like to but I can't" attitude, accompanied by subpar wines for each course (we looked up the labels online). Incredulous, we reached dessert, which we left untouched, and we left disappointed, realizing that most of the positive reviews are fake. One last point: the photos on the website are misleading and completely out of line with reality. Our only regret is that the waitress was helpful, however.

Special thanks to chef Gianfranco Pascucci, the chef's wife, and all the staff, especially Clelia, whom we'd already had the pleasure of meeting at other restaurants and who consistently proved to be excellent, elegant, and highly knowledgeable. The location was also beautiful: welcoming, well-kept, and filled with modern art and Sicilian furnishings. The ceramics, colors, and details evoke the sea and create a refined, original, and very pleasant atmosphere. Thank you also for letting us try the millefeuille: it was truly worth it. A restaurant I highly recommend to anyone who loves the sea, signature cuisine, and the highest level of hospitality.
