11/07/2025: By far the BEST CARBONARA I've had in Rome (there were many), and it was also the most affordable. The owner is super friendly. He greeted us all personally and asked where we were from. Upon entering the shop, he gave us an overview of the different dishes. The shop and the area in general are absolutely beautiful. Absolutely recommend it 10/10!

Each dish exudes a touch of tradition—perfectly cooked fresh pasta, flavorful homemade sauces, and quality ingredients. You can tell everything is made with love and expertise. The setting is warm, the service attentive without being overbearing, and above all: the prices are very reasonable for the quality offered. A must-visit for anyone who wants to taste authentic Roman cuisine without breaking the bank. I'll definitely go back!

16/07/2025: Non sono solito scrivere recensioni ma questa me la detta il cuore. Già conoscevo il locale, per averci mangiato la migliore pizza napoletana di Roma. Oggi però ho mi ci sono recato per un pranzo con i parenti. Cibo squisito (pizza Margherita officinale, primi piatti deliziosi e abbondanti, un filetto di spigola tenero e saporitissimo e, infine, cheesecakee gelati buonissimi e dalle porzioni generose) ma soprattutto un servizio attento e preciso, condito da tanta gentilezza e disponibilità (con una speciale menzione per Giuseppe il titolare). Cos'altro aggiungere... locale pulito e ordinato e pezzi top. Un'esperienza da continuare a ripetere.

16/07/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best pizza of my life! I've been to Casale del Fornaccio and I still dream about that pizza: truly the best I've ever eaten! The dough was fragrant, light, perfectly cooked, and the ingredients were of the highest quality. The place is very welcoming and well-kept, perfect for a quiet evening. A special shout-out to the waiter, who was incredibly kind and friendly. An experience I can't wait to repeat. Highly recommended!

18/06/2025: A pleasant discovery. We chose the Omakase menu: 4 courses from appetizer to dessert chosen by the chef, some even off the menu. All good, but I found slightly bland flavors that did not impress me as I imagined. Given the policy of seasonality of ingredients, I will definitely try it again to try to add a star. Service could be improved, the guy in the dining room was prepared and kind, sometimes a little excited. Small and very welcoming place. Ideal for an intimate evening.

23/06/2025: 7th day in Italy, and this is my favorite ristorante so far. Late evening and the staff is still refreshingly friendly :) great pasta, steak and sea bass, entire family ate well. Fresh strawberries and vanilla custard (crema?) for dessert, so good!

18/07/2025: Absolutely loved this place! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, but what truly made it special was the staff. One of the guys asked where we were from, and then surprised us by drawing our country’s flag on the coffee—it was such a sweet and personal touch. The brioche was also delicious—You can really feel the warmth and hospitality here. Also prices are really cheap. Highly recommended!

11/07/2025: After the early morning visit at Di Trevi Fountain we wanted to take a breakfast. This place was opened at 6:30 already, and had a bunch of locals in. We took 2 sandwitches, 2 cornetti with cream and 2 big coffies with total price 12€. They make them here in the local, everything was delicious and the staff is very friendly. I would totaly recommend and come here again 👍👍

30/06/2025: Too bad I didn't get a picture! Extensive vegan buffet in a cool atmosphere packed with locals who were clearly enthusiastic about the cuisine, and with good reason! Definitely a gem in the Rome vegan scene.

29/06/2025: Small but cozy place, they serve a vegetarian buffet, you weigh the dish and pay for what is on your plate which ranges from 20 to 30 €. I discovered this place thanks to a friend, it was a nice discovery I must say. All the food was quite good, but one thing was probably out of my taste but in general very good. Good but probably the price a little high in my opinion but probably for vegetarians it is worth it, I am not vegetarian but I liked it🙌🏼😊 oh and the staff very kind and welcoming.

26/06/2025: Excellent wine selection, super friendly staff, awesome dishes across the board. We had the rack of cold cuts and cheeses, eggplant flan with provola cheese, white ragu and carbonara, and sashi rib steak. Steaks are served on a sizzling hot plate so order slightly more rare than you normally would. We did med-rare and it was perfect. Finished with the alcoholic digestive smoothie of forest fruits + limoncello which was delicious. Staff had amazing service and wine recommendations. Definitely make a reservation for dinner!
