06/08/2024: Excellent experience and great professionalism from the whole team. Attentive, courteous service with a smile always present on the face which does not always happen in starred restaurants. Very convincing tasting menu based on the chef's imagination, superlative amberjack with caviar, excellent red mullet with raspberries and foie gras, very good and certainly impressive sponge, but the dish that really left me speechless was the fish cooked in their barbecue, It had a texture and flavor that I won't easily forget! To close pre dessert and meringue with passion fruit very well executed and balanced. A compliment to the chef who is always present at the tables and who transmits professionalism and passion in his every word. Thank you for the wonderful experience to all the staff and see you soon.

04/08/2024: We had dinner with friends last night...well-kept restaurant...excellent service and what can we say about the dishes!! You immediately notice the research into the raw materials then put together with love for cooking by chef Pascucci...everything was excellent we hope to return as soon as possible...an infinite thank you from our taste buds....

29/08/2024: It's a great restaurant that's very close to the airport. I had a quick overnight at FCO and found this place to try. The food was amazing and the staff was friendly. The complimentary starter and limoncello were also a nice touch. Definitely recommend this restaurant if you're in the area!

04/08/2024: Despite being next to the colosseum, a very local restaurant. We had the spaghetti with seafood and risotto. The seafood seemed to come from the freezer, but was still very tasty! Tiramisu for dessert is a good choice. Highly recommended!

03/08/2024: This place is very close to the Colosseum, nice and close atmosphere. We ordered three different types of pasta and I was blown away by how amazing and tasty they were. Highly recommended if you visit Rome and want to try amazing Italian food

11/08/2024: The food was fantastic and very affordable. We ordered lasagne, pasta with salmon, pizza Roma and berry creme brulee, and enjoyed every dish. The waiter was also very friendly and attentive.

17/08/2024: A lovely evening with a good meal. We waited a bit to get a table because we booked at the last minute but the wait was done with a glass of prosseco offered by the owner, which was very appreciated. The decor is beautiful, the welcome and the service perfect. We ordered a mixed board for the aperitif, it was so loaded that it could fit at least 4 people. Followed by carbo pasta which was certainly the best we ate. Very good address.

25/08/2024: Yesterday I went there with my family we ordered frittura antipasti suggested by the waiter , well the fried zucchini were full of oil the supply were not supply but casual little small ball with left overs inside and some other balls burned outside and super super raw inside ! We told the waiter about it and instead to apologise his answer was ( those are Chianina balls ) well a part the fact that unfortunately 4 of us were all professional chef on the table and it was evident that the balls are frozen and even if you fry Chianina balls in the fryer the meat should be at least slightly cooked inside istead of raw frozen !! Btw I don t want to go much in those details but for what we paid they should change the quality of the frittura right away because it was obscene!! Pizza was very good instead ! Many time we go there by the years but this time I have to say that there was not much care of us on the table !! Especially if any guest is not happy or leave raw food on the table there should be action on it not try to justify something that is actually wrong !! Next time I want try to go to Noah that pizza seems pretty good also !! Very disappointed!!

13/08/2024: Schon unsere dritte Reise und Übernachtung bei Gianpaolo und wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Seine Küchencrew versteht ihr Handwerk und die Speisen sind alle ausgezeichnet und frisch zubereitet. Zudem ist er ein sehr herzlicher und liebenswerter Gastgeber. Frascati lohnt sich immer: Klein, echt und nicht so overtouristet wie die grossen Städte.

02/08/2024: Beautiful underground restaurant with exceptionally friendly and professional service. We walked in and they were accommodating from the start. They were more than happy to explain the menu and even showed the actual steak cuts just for suggestion. Food was delicious and atmosphere was perfect. Thank you to the two gentlemen who made our night.

27/08/2024: Steakhouse and Pizzeria Piramide area. Easy parking. The place is large with several rooms and a bit retro. We ate meat that you choose at the butcher's counter with the prices per kg clearly displayed to avoid surprises when it comes to the bill. Good quality and cooking. Medium-high prices given the market prices of meat.

22/08/2024: Premetto che il voto basso che sto dando oggi non è legato né alla qualità del cibo, né al locale e ancor meno alla cortesia e professionalità dei camerieri ma solo per il fatto che mi sono ritenuto preso in giro. La bacheca presentava il piatto dello chef, esattamente in questo modo : "trofie con pesto di basilico, pomodorini e stracciatella", peccato però che mi è stato servito un piatto, ripeto buonissimo, di trofie al pomodoro con basilico. Il basilico era di fatto un odore aggiunto al sugo di pomodorini, tanto che si sentiva appena il gusto, questo sia per me che per mia moglie, ma la cosa meno gradita è stata l'insistenza del direttore (strano perché è sempre gentile e cortese, anche oggi, in verità ) nel dire che il pesto di basilico c'era e che forse era coperto dal pomodoro. A parte il fatto che non è mai carino contraddire con insistenza un cliente che , ancor più davanti l'evidenza, vedete le foto e giudicate voi, quando bastava dire ok, ce n'è poco (molto poco), e non dire nel menù non posso mettere tutto. Per me trofie con pesto di basilico lasciano poco spazio all'immaginazione, semmai avrei scritto, secondo il suo pensiero, pesto di basilico E pomodorini. Forse era più chiaro all'ospite. Detto ciò confermo che è un posto dove si mangia benissimo e ci tornerò, anche perché lavoro li vicino, ma non è giusto dire le cose che non corrispondono alla realtà.

17/08/2024: Cucina molto particolare in parte ispirato alla tradizione pugliese eccellente il carpaccio di manzo con burrata e pomodorini secchi molto particolare il pollo sfilacciato e’ un locale di tendenza frequentato da bella gente i camerieri sono molto gentili e disponibili prezzo all’altezza delle aspettative lo consiglio vivamente per me molto superiore ad altri in zona più celebrati

08/08/2024: Amazing food and super friendly staff! Went there on our first evening in Rome and liked it so much, we came back the following day. Party of 4 people and we each had different dishes on both days. All the dishes were very delicious! My wife even ordered the sea bass and it was professionally cleaned at the table. All the staff is very friendly and they succeed in creating an entertaining, yet professional, atmosphere. Definitely recommend this place!

23/08/2024: Bad experience. For a restaurant of this caliber I expected something great. It’s the worst restaurant I’ve ever tried. The food made me feel very bad, the day after I was still feeling bad. The tastes didn't fit together. Normally I’m not used to review restaurants, but this time I had to say something. Also the service wasn't great, the waiters were laughing all the time. I honestly wouldn't recommend it. I answer to your reply: From this reply, you can see the arrogance of this staff. It's some time that I wrote it, but as you should know, before posting it, Google always checks if it's a real review, and this process took some time. What I'm saying is that for the price, everything should be perfect in this restaurant. For me it wasn't, and after having great expectations, and after spending so much, I can say it was a real bad experience. Since this staff doesn't allow me to say what I think here, undoubtedly I will contact directly Michelin guide.

28/06/2024: Booked at very short notice and was fortunate to secure a table. What an experience! This restaurant was nothing short of extraordinary. Firstly, the service was impeccable - the wait staff were attentive and so engaged and proud in presenting what Chef Danielle Lippi had prepared. The wine parings were not only perfect, but every one of them was a wine we had never tried (or even heard of), nor had we ever tried most of the varieties presented. The food itself was wonderful - some of the combinations were things you’d might never consider, such as a cauliflower and white chocolate puree that accompanied a cod with caviar, or the Almond, Rhubarb and Strawberry foam/anglaise that had powdered caper leaves sprinkled on it. Our final surprise came after we asked one of our waiters to send our thanks and compliments to the chef for such a memorable meal. Chef Danielle suddenly appeared from the kitchen to also thank us in return for coming and to ask us for our thoughts on various dishes. Such an impressive and engaging man with an obvious passion and pride for what he does. What a great night! If you’re ever in Rome, do yourself a huge favour and have dinner at Acquolina!
