The message conveyed is clear and extremely worrying: the service seems selective. Those who are local or speak Italian receive immediate attention; those who are not can simply be ignored. Waiting is part of any busy restaurant (which wasn't the case here). Being ignored for two hours while other customers go ahead of you is not waiting, it's total and absolute disrespect. If this is the standard for the establishment, it's not an isolated incident, but a serious structural problem. I do not recommend it, I will not return, and I suggest that anyone who values ​​their time look for another option. Thank you very much.
