11/08/2024: Apart from the heat 🥵 choosing this restaurant for a lunch break during a stopover was an excellent idea! We tasted the cacio e pepe which was super creamy. The cooking is also excellent. They served us even though we arrived 10 minutes before closing. Prices absolutely in line. We only discovered later that it is a restaurant awarded by Borghese! I recommend it.

08/08/2024: Here you can taste real and good Roman cuisine, the prices are more than fair given the quality of the dishes. The staff is always very kind and professional.

01/09/2024: Enchanting! As a couple we had dinner on the castle terrace and the following day we spent the whole day at the pool. Everything perfect, food and service worthy of the dream location. Swimming pool surrounded by greenery and away from the stress of the city, with the possibility of eating at the pool bar. Access is by reservation to guarantee a suitable number of guests, avoiding the kilometric queues of other Roman swimming pools. Quality always wins! COMPLIMENTS

30/08/2024: I went to the pool and it was really beautiful, very well looked after, with a wonderful environment and view. The only flaw is that the pool water is a little cold.

12/08/2024: Unfortunately the spell has been broken, the change of direction has deteriorated the place, making it just like any other Italian trattoria, and not even an excellent one. My heart aches when I think back to the old Dolce, a real shame.

29/06/2024: Omg, if u never been to Italy, know that everyone works at their own pace, it takes what seems forever to take Ur order, but at this place, the service was just like in América, in fact we got a waiter from Venezuela, he was very nice, spoke spanish, and when we asked for chile, because there is no picante in Europe, so he knew exactly what to brings us, food was delicious and in good proportions, in fact we shared 2 boxes (Main Dish and 3 sides, each box), it is on the xpensive side, but believe me when u spent 3 hours at the Vaticano museum and u r very hungry, the location is just in from of it and know that they will serve u on time and u Will be satisfied. I highly recommend it.

27/07/2024: Very good food. Smart and very polite staff. Very honest prices. Just one flaw. When there are a lot of people the waiting times get a little longer. But it's worth it. Very good.

28/07/2024: Invited to try this restaurant by my friend Augusto, and I must say excellent choice, trained and kind staff, excellent quality food, endless selection of starters, tastings of first courses (they have little tasting, they are dishes), fried fish, and final grill all delicious and abundant!! . For those who have to say about the Location... Go ahead and go to nice and cool restaurants... But if you wake up feeling hungry... Don't complain.... I'm interested in good food, not the Location.

15/07/2024: With Rossana's cuisine, you can be in an iron barrel, fresh products, cooked impeccably and plated as it should be, the service curated by the experience of Fabio assisted by Natascia, makes you feel at home. You eat well and spend the right amount.

09/07/2024: Luckily, the Maps rules say that contributions must be real and then below they write that negative contributions are not accepted. We write what was actually observed......but this is not good. Small, cramped and inconvenient to reach the kitchen with supermarket products not even local given that they are there and are in abundance and of good quality.... IT IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED (since July 2018) ...to the delight of the residents... ..

20/08/2024: Pretentious place that does not meet expectations. Pressured waiter to implement orders. Dishes packaged discreetly. Setting.... let's say that at least there is a nice lake view!

20/08/2024: I had been there many years ago and I remembered it as an elegant and sober place... instead I found myself a kitsch place. It was very hot and we had fans behind us which caused a strong stiff neck, the food was not to my liking, the lobster was rubbery and the pasta very salty, even the dishes of my fellow diners did not leave their mark. The service however was good

31/07/2024: My favorite restaurant is the best of the castles without a shadow of a doubt. The atmosphere is elegant but at the same time makes you feel at home. The quality of the fish is unprecedented so the prices are absolutely normal. Good selection of wines and plenty of choice between first and second courses. I recommend the “triumph of the sea” appetizer and the lobster linguine. The structure has an indoor and an outdoor space to enjoy on summer evenings. I appreciated the welcome prosecco. The waiters are all kind and prepared for every request, especially Elena! I will definitely return😊

01/03/2024: Discovered this gem with a summer terrace. The food is outstanding, blending classic such as Cacio e Pepe yumiiii super tiramisu too 👍 However, the interior can get quite noisy during peak times.

02/07/2024: 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝟓 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐬. The food here is outstanding. We started with the supplì and it came out fresh and extremely delicious. A great way to start our meal. I got the lasagne. Rich and somewhat sweet.the flavor was amongst the best I’ve tried in Italy. I highly recommend the Funghi & Salsiccia pizza - however you cannot go wrong with anything on their menu. Also, the white wine was incredible. Red wine was a standout at well.
