26/04/2026: La Locomotiva is a restaurant that offers carefully prepared, high-quality dishes, from meat and fish to Roman pinsa. I was very impressed with the quality of the service; the waiter who served us was professional, kind, and always willing to accommodate our needs. The setting is well-maintained, and what we really appreciated was the atmosphere, which allows us to chat without the hustle and bustle that can be found in many restaurants, especially on Saturday evenings. The tables are well-spaced, and compared to a few years ago, the quality has certainly improved. It's worth noting how the chili pepper was served; small details can tell a lot. I hope to always find it this way.

02/07/2026: This restaurant, tucked away on a small street, is full of charm thanks to its simplicity. The decor, with its large paintings depicting Rome's most beautiful monuments, creates a warm and typically Italian atmosphere.
The welcome is warm and the staff are incredibly kind.
The dishes are delicious and homemade. The seafood risotto is a real treat, and the tiramisu is simply divine!
All this at a very reasonable price. An excellent place that I highly recommend. Well done to the whole team!
30/06/2026: Authentic and amazing!! Walked in when they opened and had the most amazing pasta in my life! Visiting from a cruise ship. Worth it to stop if you are visiting Rome for a day or a month! Ask for Cesare!!! Grazie!!

26/05/2026: I've gone there a few times for lunch since it's very close to the office, and I have to admit it's a really good place to eat. The staff is welcoming, and the food is good, with fresh daily produce.
05/05/2026: I was in my Airbnb, not feeling like going out looking for restaurants, and I found this gem.
I was lucky enough to arrive and find a table for two, because the restaurant must have, at most, 10 tables.
The food was excellent, clearly made in a home kitchen and served by a family.
A modest facade, but incredible flavor. I ate two pasta dishes and ordered the tripe stew with tomato sauce, and I was sure I had eaten the best tripe stew of my life!
I highly recommend it to anyone staying near the Colosseum!

13/12/2025: A last-minute dinner, we found a table right away, greeted by a warmth and friendliness from the host that few places can match. The food was plentiful, and each dish was typically delicious. The ambiance was refined, and the subtle reference to Greek colors and atmospheres was a real success. The bill was completely reasonable and appropriate for the quality of the dishes served.
I will definitely return on other occasions.

01/06/2026: My partner and I took the ramen class at Mind School and really enjoyed it, more than we expected. It was a great experience, very hands-on and without too many frills: you cook, you try, you make a few mistakes, and you really learn.
Massimo was really good and super approachable. He guided us step by step, explaining everything in a simple and natural way, without ever making it seem complicated or "lesson-like." You could really tell he was passionate about it.
We left happy, full of delicious food and eager to make it again at home. It's one of those experiences that stays with you in a positive way.

08/07/2026: When I got recommended to eat at this restaurant, I knew I had to try out their carbonara. It was literally the best pasta I’ve had on my trip with the portion being super fulfilling. I also tried the tempura, paired with aperol spritz and the combination was amazing. Both, the staff and the atmosphere, were absolutely lively!

09/06/2026: Typical Castelli Romani cuisine, with excellent cured meats and cheeses. The buffalo mozzarella bites are truly exquisite! The pasta and beef fillet were excellent, perfectly cooked and flavorful. The careful selection of ingredients enhances every dish. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the location is truly charming, a small piazza where it's truly delightful to eat in the spring and summer.

Special thanks to the owner, who was always available, attentive to everyone's needs, and capable of managing such a large group with great patience. Kudos to you for your professionalism and hospitality!

31/05/2026: Ancient, traditional Roman pizzeria. Mortadella reigns supreme, along with the Roman pizza bianca! It's also good that they serve quality first courses. There's no parking, so you have to explore it on foot, taking your time in its somewhat hidden alley.
27/05/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant while out for a stroll. We weren't disappointed at all; quite the opposite, it's a place we'll definitely remember. This osteria is run by a woman who seems genuinely committed to respecting her customers and Italian cuisine. The dishes are generous, high-quality, and the prices are very reasonable! The atmosphere is authentic and welcoming.
The only slight drawback was the wait time for our food.
We'll be back!
