12/03/2026: I recently had lunch at Ristorante Acquarella in Trevignano Romano and the experience was impeccable in every way. The restaurant enjoys a splendid location. The atmosphere is evocative and allows you to completely unwind from your daily routine. Finding ample parking in such a sought-after area is a huge plus. The outdoor space is not only functional, but also charming and well-maintained. Despite it being a business lunch, the quality of the dishes was excellent. Fresh ingredients and expertly executed dishes. The staff was prompt and courteous, demonstrating great professionalism in managing the time of those who need to return to work without sacrificing a high-quality meal. Whether for a business meeting or a relaxing moment, Acquarella is a guarantee of quality and courtesy. Highly recommended!

05/04/2026: Very, very disappointed. I used to go to this restaurant quite often and the food was good, but I didn't like the way they treated me at Easter lunch. When I booked, no one warned me that there would be a limited menu and, to make matters worse, the portions were small (the appetizer was too small for one person) and the prices were increased by about €3 per portion for appetizers, first courses, and side dishes, and about €6 per portion for second courses. All things considered, we spent about €80 per person for a full meal, with just one bottle of water and a quarter of a bottle of house wine. If I hadn't had two guests with me, I would have left without eating.

03/02/2026: The price is excellent considering it's Rome, and the food was delicious. I ordered lasagna, pizza, and tiramisu. The waiter spoke Spanish very well, which I really appreciated when I had questions. The place is very nice and peaceful. I didn't plan to go back, but I would definitely do it again. :3

13/12/2025: A last-minute dinner, we found a table right away, greeted by a warmth and friendliness from the host that few places can match. The food was plentiful, and each dish was typically delicious. The ambiance was refined, and the subtle reference to Greek colors and atmospheres was a real success. The bill was completely reasonable and appropriate for the quality of the dishes served. I will definitely return on other occasions.

12/04/2026: Let me start by saying that there were three of us and we arrived without a reservation. We just made a quick call 5 minutes before 9 pm, where everyone practically hung up on us because they were already full. But Gianluca from GUSTO GLAM told us, "Don't worry, I'll find you a place." It's true we had to wait a bit, but everything was fine, and that was the only reason we won. The staff were friendly. It was our first time here, and we felt practically at home. We'll definitely be back.
