04/01/2026: The fish was really good. It's a shame we couldn't try more dishes, as we've been enjoying a great meal for a while. The only flaw was the coffee, which was made with a moka pot and arrived hot.

16/12/2025: My professor brought our class here in January, and I loved all their food (especially the suppli)! Forgot to post this at the time, but I just found a photo I took of the chef who works here with my film camera that I thought they might like to have!
19/11/2025: I came for dinner the other night and had a wonderful meal. The place was super cozy, the service was fast and impeccable, and the staff were incredibly kind. We ordered 2 supplì, 2 bruschetta, 2 pizzas, 1 water, 1 beer, and a dessert for a total of €36, a good price for the area. Highly recommended for a quiet dinner in a historic Roman pizzeria (thin Roman pizza with a rolling pin).

The food is consistently good, and the wine selection is top-notch (don't expect 1,500 wines, but they're all excellent and perfectly suited to their cuisine—if you trust Sommelier Stefanelli). The cuisine is traditional, clean, and straightforward, with heartfelt, satisfying portions.

25/01/2026: classic tourist trap in the centre of rome. we were seated in a nearly empty restaurant and handed menus immediately. within 2 minutes, one of the waiters asked us if we were ready to order. quite shocked, we responded no as we had just sat down. not even 2 minutes later, the same waiter came over again asking if we were ready. although we still weren’t ready, we felt extremely rushed so we quickly ordered our food. unfortunately we should’ve seen the signs. 18 euros for 4 pieces of ravioli is outrageous. they claimed they were homemade, however they tasted like they had been purchased from a store and had no taste whatsoever. definitely the worst experience i have had in italy in terms of poor service and terrible food.

A talented sommelier, an excellent communicator, and a skilled entertainer. The added value of this splendid place.
After a delicious dinner, the grand finale was a perfect gin and tonic served with Japanese ice... which never "melts"...
