07/08/2026: A little gem hidden in the heart of the city. Despite being just steps from the Pantheon, this trattoria isn't at all touristy. We had an appetizer, two first courses, and a dessert, and everything was delicious. Exceptional service, truly friendly. Highly recommended!

11/08/2026: TERRIBLE SERVICE, typical of Rome, BUT on this occasion the waiters were truly a disgrace, only the waitress Annaz was VERY GOOD. When we arrived at 12:30 pm it was EMPTY, only 2 tables, nobody at reception. We entered on the right side where at the back there were 4 waiters (2 men and 2 women) eating. When we sat down, one of the waitresses who was eating approached us and told us that we couldn't sit there because it was only for reserved tables!! The entire restaurant was EMPTY!! Obviously, I went to the entrance to find the manager. There we ran into the waitress Annaz, to whom I explained what had happened. She asked me for a moment to go talk to her manager. She came back immediately and told us to please sit at any table we wanted. She apologized and served us. The food we ordered was all very good—nice presentation, good temperature, and delicious. It also arrived very quickly. That part of the meal went well. The thing is, we were about to leave when another waitress approached me and said, "Can I clear your empty plates?" I thought it was a nice gesture. The problem is that as soon as I said yes, she said, "I already have other people waiting!" I immediately said, "That's very wrong! You can't ask customers to get up! Besides, you have another 15 empty and dirty tables (literally more than 15)." Why don't you clean one of those tables and give it to the customers who are waiting?! He looked at me with a surprised expression and insisted that he had people waiting. I replied again that that wasn't right and that he should call the manager. I waited about 5 minutes and the manager didn't arrive, so I got up from the table and went to look for him. He was running around like crazy serving people and when I spoke to him (Piero) he heard me, apologized and invited me to come back. So, nice place, with air conditioning, good food, fair prices BUT TERRIBLE SERVICE.

09/08/2026: I had a Margherita pizza and a draft beer. Both were very good. The prices seemed quite reasonable for the area. I recommend this place.

07/08/2026: Li Rioni is literally steps from the Colosseum. It could be a tourist trap, but instead you get traditional Roman pizza with a rolling pin. Thin and flavorful, if you don't go overboard with the toppings, you could eat two. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is always courteous and never intrusive. The prices are excellent, not only for the location, but overall, you can go without being ripped off!

12/05/2026: I had dinner here and had a really good time. The restaurant is well-kept and has a quiet atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the evening. I ate well, with carefully prepared dishes and generous portions. The service was fast and organized. A positive experience.

08/08/2026: The staff were very kind, the food was delicious, and the ambiance of the place was excellent. We realized we had accidentally ordered a pizza with pork when it arrived. They cancelled the order without asking for payment and brought us a new pizza without pork. I am very grateful for their thoughtfulness, even though it was our mistake.

11/08/2026: We had such a lovely experience celebrating my birthday at this charming restaurant in Rome. Established in 1922 and built on the ruins of an ancient theatre, the restaurant has a truly unique atmosphere — dining there feels almost like being inside a cave, surrounded by hisstory. The food was very good, and the service was attentive and friendly. What made the evening even more special was the thoughtful surprise they brought out for my birthday — a delicious tiramisu with a candle on top! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend visiting. One tip: make your reservation online well in advance, as the restaurant is quite popular.

02/06/2026: Highly recommended. We stopped here in Ariccia for lunch, and we had a really great time. The atmosphere is clean, the waiters are friendly, and the service is fast. The bread is amazing. The antipasto is special, and the porchetta is phenomenal. Stop here for a meal, you'll definitely be satisfied.

13/07/2026: It's okay, a decent restaurant down the road, but nothing special. The cod fillet was battered like an industrial (not raw) batter and lacked flavor. The rice in the suppli was a bit hard. The gnocchi alla bolognese didn't taste like it was 100% potato. It was all adequate, but nothing exciting.

Ushered in by a friendly older gentleman he sat us down and then brought us 5 small plates of various anti pasta - all delicious. We had mains, and puddings, mainly through his infectious enthusiasm. Wine and beer flowed and the place was obviously popular. One of our favourite places in Rome. Highly recommended
