07/07/2026: If you're looking for a restaurant where you can feel welcomed and eat truly well in the heart of Rome, Le Tamerici is a must-see. The restaurant is elegant and well-kept, with a splendid open-view wine cellar that makes the atmosphere even more special. The owners are extremely kind and friendly, and make you feel right at home. The food won us over: my partner chose the freshly prepared lasagna, simply exceptional; my son enjoyed a truly excellent carbonara; and I tried the gnocchi with shrimp, lime, and shrimp tartare, a sensational dish, rich in flavor and perfectly balanced. An experience we will fondly remember. Kudos to the entire staff for the quality of the cuisine, the hospitality, and the passion evident in every detail. We will definitely be back.

08/07/2026: Excellent Roman food. Family style. Service with a smile. Puntarelle (chicory and anchovies), great Carbonara and Pajata. I tried the Coratella (great offal stew). You should book it because they fill up quick! What a meal! And affordable: great food, full plates, and priced reasonably! A must go restaurant in Testaccio… Testaccio never disappoints!

08/08/2026: The staff were very kind, the food was delicious, and the ambiance of the place was excellent. We realized we had accidentally ordered a pizza with pork when it arrived. They cancelled the order without asking for payment and brought us a new pizza without pork. I am very grateful for their thoughtfulness, even though it was our mistake.

11/08/2026: We had such a lovely experience celebrating my birthday at this charming restaurant in Rome. Established in 1922 and built on the ruins of an ancient theatre, the restaurant has a truly unique atmosphere — dining there feels almost like being inside a cave, surrounded by hisstory. The food was very good, and the service was attentive and friendly. What made the evening even more special was the thoughtful surprise they brought out for my birthday — a delicious tiramisu with a candle on top! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend visiting. One tip: make your reservation online well in advance, as the restaurant is quite popular.

02/06/2026: Highly recommended. We stopped here in Ariccia for lunch, and we had a really great time. The atmosphere is clean, the waiters are friendly, and the service is fast. The bread is amazing. The antipasto is special, and the porchetta is phenomenal. Stop here for a meal, you'll definitely be satisfied.

The meticulous presentation of the dishes also deserves special mention, demonstrating great attention to detail. The restaurant has a refined, welcoming, and pleasant atmosphere. The quality-price ratio is generally a bit above average for the area. I will definitely be back.

01/06/2026: My partner and I took the ramen class at Mind School and really enjoyed it, more than we expected. It was a great experience, very hands-on and without too many frills: you cook, you try, you make a few mistakes, and you really learn. Massimo was really good and super approachable. He guided us step by step, explaining everything in a simple and natural way, without ever making it seem complicated or "lesson-like." You could really tell he was passionate about it. We left happy, full of delicious food and eager to make it again at home. It's one of those experiences that stays with you in a positive way.
