05/11/2025: Charged twice — terrible experience. I felt scammed, and it seems common in touristy places. (What a rip-off.) The food was just average, nothing special, but don’t trust the prices. The waiter offered us a “special” truffle carbonara (never saw any real truffle, maybe just truffle oil), and the dish that was listed as €14 on the menu suddenly became €28. Also, don’t even think about asking for bread — they’ll bring a “double portion” on the same tray (which makes no sense for a table of 10), and the price goes from €4 to €8. They added a 10% charge, saying it was VAT, and then told us that the tip had to be paid separately.

03/11/2025: Total rip-off! A tap soft drink €5.50, a 750ml bottle of water €4.50, a glass of white wine €10, and the pizzas were super thin... €180 for 6 people, no dessert, nothing.

04/10/2025: A killer kebab 24/7 with friendly, high-quality service. They even offered us free falafels. The size of the kebabs was huge, full of flavor and super fresh ingredients. We highly recommend. PS: the price is incredible. This is the second time I've been there and I'll be back, that's 100% guaranteed.

07/10/2025: A busy evening, but with the desire to feel good and eat well. This beautiful restaurant, focused on seafood, achieves all of this. We choose a short tasting menu that lets us sample the chef's classic dishes. The shrimp tartare with foie gras is delicious, the handmade ravioli, inspired by the chef's mother, are full of joy, and the seafood carbonara is original and exquisite. The wine list is extensive, with plenty of French wines, but we choose an excellent Verdicchio with the help of a knowledgeable sommelier. The service is attentive, cheerful, and perfect for the timing. The chef comes to greet us and tells us about his past in the Veneto region. The bill is adequate for the quality and service. Everything is very, very good.

13/10/2025: We stopped by chance on our way to a day trip, and it was a wonderful discovery! Delicious food, carefully prepared dishes, and a truly extensive menu. Considering the quality and selection, this place is definitely worth considering. Very satisfied!

03/10/2025: Olive oil shrimp pasta and tiramisu were truly incredible. My husband said the Tiramisu was the best he’s ever had. The cacio pepe and crème brûlée were also really good. Was thrilled that we were able to get in early without a reservation for our last night in Rome. Steak and beef dishes were just okay in my opinion.

07/09/2025: A great insider tip! Great Italian restaurant! You wouldn't even notice it if you drove past. We went there twice during our vacation. The atmosphere is fantastic! It's very cozy and decorated with attention to detail. The food is very high quality and very reasonably priced. There's a very large wine selection. The service is very friendly, which was resolved with Google Translate despite some language difficulties. If we're ever in the area again, we'd love to come back. Thank you for a wonderful evening. 27/09/2025: The Port of Ripetta no longer exists. A hygrometer and a fountain remain where they once stood. The port disappeared with the construction of the Tiber embankments. The small river port was built in 1704 by the architect Specchi on behalf of Pope Clement XI, which is why it was also called Porto Clementino, and served as a port for goods arriving from upper Lazio. On either side were two small columns indicating the flood levels reached by the Tiber.

11/10/2025: I went to dinner at this restaurant to celebrate an anniversary and we had a wonderful time. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxed, and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. The photos of the dishes, however, speak for themselves. Besides being beautiful, they're also delicious. It was truly a pleasant evening and a wonderful discovery.
