13/04/2025: We were visiting Rome for the occasion of my husband's birthday and I booked the restaurant with a note informing about it. The dinner was good and the service was amazing. They surprised him at the end for his birthday.i would really recommend.

12/04/2025: The food was delicious, the wine list and the sommelier very well updated, but when it comes to booking online, an evening in the beginning of April, it's not guaranteed that the table is inside, so we were a little frozen eating outside, and noticed that other guests had covered themselves with restaurant's blankets!!! Staff very friendly, and the cuisine exquisite.

01/03/2025: Io e mia moglie siamo stati in questo piccolo e grazioso ristorante , arredato con gusto e siamo rimasti felicemente sorpresi sia per le splendide persone che lo gestiscono e per la cucina. Abbiamo optato per un menù di degustazione di euro 70 ciascuno di 7 portate con piatti eseguiti con maestria lasciandoci sorpresi . Piatti da consigliare: i carciofi in due consistenze super, zuppa di cipolle migliore di quella francese, la carne eccelsa perché frollata e tagliata a verso in modo da essere più tenera,e il dessert un fantastico zabaione! Che dire ci avete sorpreso non pensavamo che a Tarquinia ci fosse un locale del genere chapeau.

04/04/2025: Excellent typical restaurant perfectly located. The food is really good, the menu offers a wide choice of Roman specialties and wines. Point of honor for the panna cotta, the best I have tasted in my life (I almost had a second one). You can book without any worries but the restaurant was not crowded, which is different from other places where you have to queue for long minutes. I highly recommend!

23/03/2025: Roman cuisine restaurant but not only. 🍽️ Simple, sober location, perhaps a little dark. Really tight spaces, but fast and friendly staff 🍝 Traditional Roman dishes, not too authentic but tasty. The cod on broccoli is recommended. 💰 Fairly high prices but the neighborhood must be considered. First courses around €13/18 while second courses a little more.

23/03/2025: The quality of the food is not worth the price. We ordered four of the same dishes, and each one was a different size. The waiter doesn’t even bring menus to the table, and you have to go inside to pay—yet a service charge is added for each person. There isn’t even a toilet seat in the restroom. There are better places in Rome.

31/03/2025: The restaurant is really super and is located in a beautiful location on the Via Appia. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service impeccable. I really appreciated the variety of gluten-free options, which were delicious and well catered for. The staff is kind and attentive, always ready to satisfy every need. I was really satisfied and will definitely return. Highly recommended!

13/04/2025: Cozy environment with several seats on the two floors and outside. Friendly, smiling and attentive staff. Excellent food. Fresh and tasty seafood crudités. I highly recommend it as a restaurant. The value for money is high but on the other hand fresh and quality products are worth the price.

25/03/2025: Fuimos a cenar a las 7:00. 30, teníamos 2 cursos. Muy sabroso, nuestra mejor comida en Roma. El servicio fue increíble, todo el personal era muy atento. Sin duda recomiendo.

09/03/2025: Small and comfortable environment. Satisfying choice of wines... The fusillo with red prawn and the quail are absolutely worth trying. The salmon and tuna tartare were a pleasant discovery. If you pass through Montefiascone it is absolutely worth stopping. Final score 9 full. Well done.

13/04/2025: If you are in Viterbo stop at L'Archetto! Amazing cuisine with simple flavours, with top quality local products. Fair prices to say the least, considering the quality. The place is small and very welcoming, both inside and outside. All the guys on the staff were very kind. 31/03/2025: Very nice little place right under the Bracciano Castle. The environment has an old flavor but is well cared for. The staff is very kind and helpful. The food is really good and the portions are right. Prices a little high but fair considering the location of the place. Service a little slow. Overall an excellent restaurant with traditional and innovative cuisine.

06/02/2025: The management of the venue is one thing, the venue itself is another. Simply gorgeous. Regardless of the fact that I have always heard good things about it, obviously an exclusive place like this can only have careful and elitist management... it can fit. But the location, regardless of whether or not you are happy with the service (for an impeccable experience), was and remains fabulous. If you are lucky enough to celebrate a wedding, a birthday or a corporate event, here you will find yourself in Valadier's masterpiece which dominates the entire Pincio: it is located at the highest point, where the Romans already built their villas (and in fact an ancient cistern was found underneath) and where nobles and lords built their palaces. What we see today stands where there was a seventeenth-century residence. Built in neoclassical style in the first half of the 19th century, it is part of the overall reorganization of the entire area by the famous urban architect and represents its emblem. The colonnade dominates a breathtaking panorama and the view from the terrace fills your eyes and heart. The interior was recovered about twenty years ago, after various events that led to the prolonged closure of this jewel: today it lives a second (or perhaps third, fourth...) life and has greatly recovered its splendor. Inside, everything has been restored, including many of the decorations, and everything is managed with attention to detail and customers. The veranda terraces are something extremely exclusive and with a crazy view of the city but it is worth just taking a walk around and admiring the exteriors, perfectly recovered and enhanced.
