11/05/2025: Over the last 15 years, Civitavecchia has significantly improved, especially in its seafront restaurant offering, giving us real gems that have become a source of attraction for local and non-local Movida on these splendid spring evenings. In this context, the CAPRASECCA Restaurant stands out! In particular if you want (when available) a SPAGHETTO WITH SEA URCHIN which will surely make you come back.... well... try it and we will probably be table neighbors.... PS: EXCELLENT AND FRIENDLY SERVICE

03/05/2025: Venerdì 2 Maggio con una coppia di amici siamo partiti da Orbetello per andare a provare questo locale a Civitavecchia , consigliatomi da molte persone. Che dire , tavoli sul lungomare, una piacevole brezza e pietanze ottime ed abbondanti . Personale gentile e disponibile nell’illustrarci e consigliare i vari piatti . Ho provato una specialità del posto, tagliolini polpo e pecorino , eccellenti e super scarpetta . Gli altri antipasti misti di pesce e dopo un pescione al forno per tutti. Buon vino e buon caffè, non sempre scontato. Conto assolutamente onesto , ci rivedranno presto . Emilio

28/05/2025: Very deceptive conduct at this restaurant, steer clear. They gave us one little slice of herb bread each which we thought was complimentary like at other Italian restaurants we had dined at but charged us €1.5 each on the bill. It's not about the amount but about the practice, you should know what you're paying for.

11/05/2025: Delicious pizza, great pasta and lasagna. Prices are really good! I recommend you visit and eat here! We left here well-fed :) We didn't have to wait long for service but there weren't many people there either

10/05/2025: Delicious and cozy! We went as a couple and found this restaurant by chance while we were walking around looking for a place to have dinner... and I'm glad we decided to go in! We were served quickly and the food was great. The pizza was incredible, with one of the best doughs we've ever tasted. I'm just sorry I didn't take a picture of the pizza, but everything was so good that I forgot! Definitely a place to go back to.

06/06/2025: The right place to taste typical dishes in the right relaxing atmosphere. Complete dishes at the right price. Good house wine. Genuine flavors for dishes made with love. Perfect for families with children. If they also organized a program of traditional live music at least on Fridays they would be packed 😉

02/06/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant on Friday and we caught the evening with traditional Greek dancing which was a great plus for the evening! The food is good, the service is fast and courteous. For me it was the first time I ate in a Greek restaurant, even though I already know and appreciate Greek products such as tzatziki and feta. Recommended place! Plus it is also available on the fork, even if even without a discount the bill is affordable!

09/05/2025: Without words… From 9.30pm to 11.30pm the spaghetti with clams finally arrives but... upon arrival it is very raw... We immediately notify the owner who responds to us With a sarcastic smile that everyone was eating the pasta and that the brother, we assume, is The chef said that it was cooked... and therefore it shouldn't be remade 'but it should be eaten like this or alternatively we had to get a second one because he wouldn't make the first one again. It seems absurd to me to have to pay to eat what the person decides Restaurateur or passing by uncomfortable people when we often go out for dinner and we have been to this same place several times without it Never complain. 15/05/2025: Recommended by the owner of our B&B we decided to try the place. We arrived without booking, there was no free table inside. Mrs. Elisabetta offered us a table outside and we had a great time. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the dishes were really good and tasty (excellent tripe like the one grandma used to prepare, perfect lamb, good side dishes and a ricotta and sour cherry tart that, in addition to being a treat, was a discovery for us). We liked everything so much that my daughter and I went back the following evening!

28/05/2025: Got roped into this place like all the restaurants around these touristy areas do. The host promised free limoncello if we dined in. That they did which was cool. However the food was just okay compared to other authentic Italian restaurants. The atmosphere was good. BUT, at the end of our meal after we were served our desert, while some in our group were using the restroom we were told our seats were needed. I understand the lunch rush was picking up, but no paying customer should ever be asked to give up their seats. Thus my poor review.

31/05/2025: Today I ate at this restaurant for the first time. I ordered a fettuccine Alfredo which was quite tasty and we were served it with a dip with extra parmesan. The quantity was satisfactory and the dish was quite tasty. We also got a bruschetta with tomato and olive oil, which was the bread they brought as a cover but toasted. In this case it was overcooked, something like a rusk, something that did not allow you to bite into it without it dissolving and the ingredients falling off it. Quite mediocre in taste and even worse in execution. However, the disappointment came from the pinsa that was served to us and I have uploaded the relevant photo, because the dough was completely raw. We went when they were opening and apparently the oven had not yet reached the appropriate temperatures and as a result the dough was not baked as it should have been. The thing is that this mistake could not have been missed by the pizza chef, who probably thought... tourists are a gift, let's not throw it away. The worst thing was that due to the time and day, the shops around were closed and I was forced to eat it. A polite service could have helped the situation but unfortunately the children were rather tired and did not even bother to respond to the thank you we said to them when they came to our table, to leave a plate or to take one. I have never made a negative review for a human error or for such delicious food because it is something that can happen and is respected. But rudeness and serving raw food clearly goes through your hands and for me it is not forgiven. The good thing is that Rome is full of good shops that value and respect themselves and consequently the customer... so arrivederci la grande bellezza!

24/05/2025: Visité este restaurante dos veces en una reciente visita a Roma, que estaba cerca de nuestro hotel, en Via Flavia, no lejos de la estación Termini. La comida y el servicio eran excelentes, comida casual, bebidas, o la experiencia italiana completa. Nada fue un problema. Sentado fuera de la gente mirando sobre deliciosa pizza y una botella de rosado a un precio razonable. Puedo recomendar.
