Trattoria Filù In Zagarolo

A cozy little spot inside an old cellar transformed into a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. A wine display. The service was kind and courteous without being pushy. The dishes were good, even elaborate, and the portions were well-balanced. The view was also pleasing. A good selection of wines. I chose a bottle of Frascati, 'Rebrum', which proved to be an excellent discovery. I highly recommend it. I recommend the appetizing appetizer of croquettes in cacio e pepe sauce. The first courses were very good, and I recommend the excellent swallow's nests. Among the second courses, the lamb offal stood out. An original side dish of marinated cabbage added a special touch to the main courses. I tasted the revisited tiramisu, notable for the biscuits drowned in an excellent wine, which gave the dessert a special aroma.

Pleasant evening, excellent food, small and intimate atmosphere. I recommend it.

I can't even describe how fabulous Filù is! My boyfriend and I stayed in Zagarolo for 2 days and we came here both nights because we loved it so much. The food is AMAZING, probably the best I've had since I've been in Italy. And the staff are so kind! Our waitress didn't speak English, and I only speak a little Italian, but she was so friendly and happy to figure out our order with us. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Please go there!

Every time I eat there, it's a feast for my taste buds! Traditional dishes revisited in a fantastic way! Must try!

Two of us went for dinner tonight and it was a great experience. Everything was delicious, the dishes were plentiful and well-prepared. The place is really cute and welcoming, and the staff was kind, attentive, and thoughtful. We'll definitely be back!

The menu isn't extensive, but it does offer delicious dishes. The "tordo matto" is a must. The atmosphere is small and elegant. For an average of €30-35, you'll be spoiled. Definitely a place to remember.

The place is clean and tidy, the staff is very friendly, and the manager, Michela, is very helpful and will detail the daily menu. The food is truly authentic and excellent quality. I highly recommend this place and plan to return. If you go on holidays, parking is free in the blue-lined spaces. Kudos to the Municipality of Zagarolo.
