01/12/2025: Oh my! The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere were TOP TIER! The fried squid, prawn, and cod were perfectly cooked. The Margarita and Manhattan are superior. The cheese board had a nice variety. The ribeye and truffle mashed potatoes were delightfully DELICIOUS!!

06/12/2025: Unfortunately, I didn't like the place on any front. Aside from the location and the interior, which can't be subjectively judged, I can say that we found the service somewhat disorganized. Our dishes arrived quickly, while other diners had to wait a very long time, despite constant reminders to the waiters. On the other hand, dishes arrived that weren't ordered... The food wasn't great, with the cheeses—used in the various dishes—overly salty, and some meat dishes were sent back.

11/10/2025: A breathtaking location by the sea, we got married here on September 22, 2025, and it was simply unforgettable, so much so that our friends and family complimented us on it being the most beautiful and unconventional wedding they'd ever been to. The price, especially considering the level of service, the location, and the number of staff, was absolutely reasonable. We'd especially like to thank Tiziana, Elisa, Achille, and Carla of Casa Olivia, who, with their immense professionalism, were our guardian angels throughout the event. 12/11/2025: Delicious food, an elegant yet cozy atmosphere in a historic thermal bath converted by the owner himself. Very friendly and attentive service; the owner speaks several languages ​​(Italian, German, English, French) fluently. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed the excellent food; I will definitely return on my next visit to Tivoli!

26/11/2025: A truly superb trattoria-pizzeria in Conca d'Oro, just steps from Via Nomentana. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and authentically Roman: you immediately feel at home here, amidst the aroma of freshly baked pizza and the traditional dishes arriving piping hot at the table. The cuisine is authentic Roman: carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe, and grilled main courses, all cooked to perfection, using fresh ingredients and generous portions. The pizzas are thin, crispy, and cooked to perfection, with generous and flavorful toppings. The house wine and desserts are also excellent, making for a perfect end to the meal. The service is quick but never rushed, and the staff is smiling and helpful, always ready to recommend the perfect dish. The value for money is more than fair, especially considering the quality of the food served. A special thanks to the owner, Roberto, a true master of the house: attentive, friendly, always present in the dining room, and capable of making every guest feel special. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for a true, authentic, and heartfelt Roman trattoria-pizzeria.

I think I've tried some of the best pasta dishes of my life: the ravioli with shrimp, cheese, etc. was CRAZY! We also tried the fettuccine with octopus and ricotta, which was also very good. 10/10 experience, and 11/10 food!

01/12/2025: The staff in the dining room are courteous and very friendly. This small restaurant is excellent for watching the match in the Monte Mario grandstand area. When there's an evening match, they also open at 6:45 PM. Typical Roman dishes; the matriciana is very good. Recommended.

25/09/2025: Superb!! A truly beautiful and welcoming place, and also a little off the beaten path. The food was delicious and the waiters were very kind and friendly. A great discovery!!

07/10/2025: First of all, this place was by far the best among all the dinner spots we tried in Rome. The octopus salad with celery stalks would have been even better if the skin hadn’t been peeled off — but either way, it was an absolutely delicious starter. The oysters were plump and delicious. Their pasta was perfectly cooked and beautifully balanced with the sauces. They serve lobster pasta at an affordable price, and it was perfectly prepared as well. The vongole pasta was also wonderfully made. Although their portions are quite generous, one course is never enough to satisfy your appetite for these elegant dishes. To finish, the creamy tiramisu and cannoli made the perfect final touch. And as a lovely surprise at the end of the night, the homemade limoncello and cherry–almond liqueur bid you farewell — even though you never want to leave this wonderful experience. The owners are very kind and humble people. After my girlfriend finished all the limoncello, they even gifted us two more in charming, authentic flask-shaped glasses. The music was fantastic too — full of 90’s vibes that made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. It was a wonderful way to bid farewell with our last dinner in Rome. Thank you!

07/10/2025: Stefano and Vincenzo are the "theme" of this wonderful place in the heart of Monti. Their food is as high-quality as their wealth of dedicated experience. The hospitality is superb, like being at home. Roman-style atmosphere with huge windows overlooking the streets of Monti. I recommend it if you're looking for quality, cleanliness, hospitality, and tranquility with background music where you can chat without the chaos and noise. I give it a 6 ⭐, they're excellent.
