14/09/2025: We stumbled upon this place after touring the castle in Bracciano…it was perfect!!! The service was impeccable even though they were so so busy. The food and drink were amazing, and they just took really really good cars of us. I highly recommend the Negroni with mezcal…it was simply delicious and our server even wrote down the secret recipe for me(shhhh!). Can’t recommend this highly enough!!

18/08/2025: Entering this restaurant after exploring Viterbo's historic center for lunch on August 15th was as comforting as arriving at a desert oasis. The extremely kind waiter led us to an elegant, softly lit room featuring creative table settings with attention to detail. The dishes we chose showcased quality ingredients and refined presentation. From the mixed appetizer to the dessert, everything was delicious and original. A seafood first course and a guinea fowl terrine were brought together with just the right amount of anticipation. The desserts were delicious: gelato in a pool of blueberries cooked in wine, and mint mousse in a chocolate shell. Excellent wine and beer. I hadn't seen coffee in a cup with a lid in a long time. The prices were reasonable for the food and the hospitality. My heartfelt congratulations for your hard work, done with care and passion.

07/09/2025: There are many restaurants in Torvaianica, but theirs is definitely the best. They are extraordinary, it feels like being with family. For me, who doesn't like being around too many people, it's ideal: refined, simple, but meticulously prepared. 12/09/2025: The chef has changed; now they're more focused on showcasing local products and cuisine, but the food is still top-notch. Excellent service under the guidance of the longtime maître d', always attentive to the customer and whose choices you can rely on. The location is incredible: views from the castles over much of Rome. The sunset, on clear days, is unforgettable. The prices aren't cheap, but they seem reasonable. It's not the first time we've dined there with family and friends, and we've never left disappointed.

19/08/2025: I'm staying at the hotel and needed a place to have dinner, and what can I say... spectacular! Everything was fantastic: food, service, and a fabulous atmosphere. Prices are a little high, but they're in line with the food and the portions, which are just right. I'll definitely be back!

27/08/2025: The place is small, so reservations are recommended. The dishes are very good. We had an appetizer (fried calamari and anchovies), which was delicious, two first courses, also very good and plentiful, a portion of berry cheesecake (huge and delicious), some biscuits, and two coffees. The staff is very kind and the service is fast. The bill, especially considering the quality of the fish, was excellent. Highly recommended.

07/10/2025: Walking around Rome is impressive, but arriving at this restaurant and having the privilege and luck of being served by Jordan as if you were a brother or a father is the best thing I take from Rome. 500 photos of essential places to visit, but the truly important and essential ones are these 2 and others with him in the restaurant where I have been treated like at home. If I returned to Rome I would come back here, very friendly service with the customer and Jordan who served us was very friendly and familiar, thank you for everything and see you soon.

15/09/2025: I planned a weekend in Soriano with a group of friends and chose Taverna dei Frati. It's a beautiful place, and you immediately feel at ease. The staff is knowledgeable, and the owner is kind and friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Soriano.

21/09/2025: Right in front of the Orsini-Odescalchi Castle, a beautiful location. The food was very good, although there were some mixed reviews among the diners. I personally enjoyed everything: I tried the mezzelune with porcini mushrooms and truffle, and the pici carbonara with truffle. Everything was delicious, but the mezzelune sauce was creamy. I think it was fine, but you have to like it... the first courses, however, were all very good. The appetizer was also good and plentiful. Between the appetizer and the first courses, we were more than full. If you go to Bracciano, I recommend it, and maybe even visit the castle afterwards, perhaps the most beautiful I've ever visited.
