08/12/2024: Italian food site 100% recommended. Exquisite Sicilian pizzas, we loved the Vesuvio because of how peculiar and different it is. Very good products and very good attention from the workers. Special mention to Jordan, attentive and very kind. It is definitely a place to visit if you are staying in the Termini area.

04/12/2024: Genuine and welcoming traditional restaurant a few steps from Termini station. The wood-fired oven allows you to taste really good pizza and bread. Special mention for the first courses, the daily proposals are simple but made really well... during my lunch breaks I tasted delicious risottos but also pasta and chickpeas, pasta and potatoes.... all really good and artfully made. Adriana, the landlady, advises you and suggests with kindness and grace. Highly recommended, excellent quality/price ratio

10/12/2024: Very cozy and central place. We let the staff advise us and everything was a success, both the wine and the starter, mains and dessert. They have the menu in English and Italian. We ordered the Scotch egg, the carbonara (I haven't tried a better one in Rome), the pasta stuffed with meat and for dessert the chocolate soufflé. All 10. We will repeat when we return to Rome.

09/12/2024: Reworking of Italian cuisine that is always tasty and appetizing! Fried tripe with classic sauce on the side is one of my favorite dishes! I brought friends and they all confirmed my appreciation for this place!!!

16/08/2024: Excellent restaurant in the heart of Viterbo, with stone interiors and exposed beams that make the place decidedly picturesque. We started with some excellent mixed bruschetta as a starter, served with good bread and fresh ingredients. We then continued with an amatriciana and tagliatelle with mushrooms, the pasta was delicious, homemade and the portions really generous. As a second course we had a Danish steak with a side of seasonal vegetables, the cut of the meat was excellent and the required cooking was impeccable, truly exquisite meat. The staff was kind and quick in service, always smiling and friendly. It was a truly enjoyable dinner that we hope to repeat as soon as possible to try other delicious dishes on the menu.

14/08/2024: Fabulous experience in this wonderful tavern with shocking dishes, they are so delicious! Meat with a sublime taste cooked to perfection... everything else you see in the photo is pure enjoyment. Excellent service, competent staff and honest prices. We will definitely return, we highly recommend it!

01/12/2024: At Maialletta it is impossible to go wrong. Excellent environment, elegant and welcoming staff. The dishes are delicious, from the starter to the dessert a symphony of taste that reminded me of how excellent the cuisine was. The room with the fireplace is a hit in the winter, and I think the pleasure and well-being of eating nearby is difficult to describe in words. The prices reflect the consumption well. I will definitely be back again and again.

17/12/2024: After my fifth visit to this beautiful place, after tasting 3/4 of the menu and seeing my satisfied face and those of my fellow diners, it's time to have my say. Grandma is a delicious jewel of Roman and Levantine cuisine: a mix of courses for all tastes (and I have them all, I think 😀) from the aperitif to the rest of the courses, desserts included. The Mediterranean menu is a journey through flavours, influences and recipes ranging from Italian cuisine to Greek, Arabic and beyond. You never exaggerate with the portions, ideal in terms of quantity and seasoning. Frankly, it's something I appreciate, since being able to taste different dishes and jump between the shades of complementary flavors is an advantage, rather than taking on unnecessarily giant dishes that is so fashionable. On this tour, I dedicated myself to my favorite cocktail that I rarely order around the clubs, as it is often underestimated: the bloody mary. Yes, I know it seems like a silly cocktail, but I like it so I order that. I'm not a lover of spirits but I am of this one, nice and spicy. Bbboono bobbono. Then, unmissable: panzanella, spectacular moussakà, super tasty chicken skewers and tzatziki. With a combo tasting of my partner's other dishes. I also recommend the super meatballs with sauce that others have ordered (and which I have tasted in the past) together with the dolmades which I really like and various meatballs. The cuisine is also suitable for vegans, in my opinion there are several themed dishes, even if not being vegan I have never paid much attention to them. The place is smart, welcoming and relaxing. And with the staff always ready for a chat it's a pleasure to go there all year round, inside or out. The cooking is also quite quick and the prices are adequate for the quality of the raw materials which, it is easy to see, are the strong point of all the dishes. Overall, I really like it and recommend it :)

14/12/2024: It was a birthday party, although I remember going here years ago for a beer with friends. A vegetarian lunch that I appreciated in all its dishes (including starters and first courses): special mention for the fried courgettes that I was unable to photograph (cut very thin and crunchy), meatballs in a chickpea crust, potato bites, tomato salad and onions, cheese and pepper, garlic and oil, etc. Personally I ate the cacio e pepe, and usually the cheese solidifies immediately with the pasta, which didn't happen here, on the contrary it remained creamy. Another special mention - especially for me who am not a big fan - to the red wine: if I'm not mistaken an Electric Bee Primitivo. Congratulations also for the choice of products you serve to the customer. Informal (almost familiar) and quiet environment, with super friendly and helpful staff, especially towards me (with the allergies that unfortunately I have). The only sore point that I feel like sharing, even with those who love spicy food: it seems that the spaghetti with garlic and oil stings a lot. At the next non-vegetarian meal, to complete the menu! :)

28/10/2024: Let me start by saying that I have not eaten in this place and never will, I am pregnant, I had an accident with the car in front, I politely asked to use the bathroom because I was feeling sick, and I was denied by the blonde lady who works within. I couldn't call the police just because my phone was dead. Shame on you

24/11/2024: This is a true hidden Italian gem. Family run, mother does the service with her son and the father is the chef. All I can say is wow, what a wonderful authentic experience with top class food and service. The cherry on top was the extremely reasonably priced amarone wine. A must visit.

08/12/2024: Everything we tried was delicious! The place was far away from our hotel, but we went there two times. Best pizza in town, the octopus was great, very tasty Mediterranean salad and great pasta! Totally recommended!

È evidente che ama il suo lavoro e si impegna a far sentire ogni cliente unico. Il menu di Ambrosia offre una selezione di piatti che celebrano la tradizione culinaria romana, ma con un tocco innovativo che stupisce. I sapori sono autentici e ogni portata è presentata con grande cura. Non posso non menzionare i primi piatti, che sono un vero trionfo di gusto, e il dessert che ha chiuso la cena in bellezza.
