04/01/2026: This very chic little restaurant was recommended to us, aesthetically unique and refined. We had a wonderful dinner: the raw fish appetizer was presented with the care and passion of a chef who knows what he's doing. The off-menu first course was FABULOUS, with truly thoughtful aromas and combinations. Then I said to myself, "Now a dessert would be perfect, but I'm having a hard time surprising myself after this crescendo of flavors and aromas..." Even though I was full, I decided to break the rules. The result? A SENSATIONAL dessert! For the service and hospitality, I'd say we're 6 stars! Well done, well done, well done! You deserve so many more satisfied customers like us! We'll definitely be back.

16/01/2026: A well-known restaurant in Ferrara that I found overrated compared to my high expectations. Personally, I find the menu rather boring and repetitive, almost always featuring only fish, and therefore it's not to my liking. The service, unless you're a known and loyal customer, isn't particularly attentive. The open space overlooking the street is interesting, especially in summer and fall. Recommended but with reservations; it's definitely a place that could improve, especially in terms of value for money. The reservation service could be improved.

15/02/2026: Beautiful, welcoming place, top-notch and very attentive service, and the food was delicious!! The meat melted in your mouth. From starter to dessert, everything was spectacular. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

18/01/2026: I found it by chance after reading the reviews and looking at the photos of the dishes. This time, let's start with the things I didn't like the most: the lighting in the restaurant was disappointing, with ineffective lights. The space is also a little cramped, but it's manageable. From here on out, only positive things. The menu isn't overwhelming, so you can't get lost. There are 5-6 choices for each course, traditional Ferrara dishes and a few different options, including meat, fish, and vegetarian options. I tried the creamed cod with chickpea cream, pumpkin tortelli, and salami for sauce. Not much to say, the dishes were good and well-prepared (perhaps I would have preferred the ragù for the tortelli to be different: the pieces of meat were large and the sauce a little runny, but that's a minor detail). Special mention for the service! The waiters were kind and attentive, smiling and pleasant, and they also gave us effective advice. Truly excellent. If I were to return to Ferrara, I would definitely return here.

01/03/2026: Fantastic restaurant for Ferrarese dishes! The restaurant is beautifully located within the city walls, where cultivated fields still stand. When you step outside, you find yourself in the heart of the historic center. It takes advantage of the renovated stables, with a modern style. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The food service is beautifully decorated; I really enjoyed it. The wine menu complements the dishes and offers regional wines. They offer cappelletti and capellaci, purée and salami for sauce, and zuppa inglese. Fantastic!

25/02/2026: A Sunday unlike any other, a family lunch with grandparents in tow. We chose this place after reading some very positive reviews. The atmosphere is refined and sophisticated, with a modern contrast from the past. The dishes are exquisitely crafted, and the staff is attentive with excellent suggestions for the dishes. Special thanks to Mauro and Nicola, not to mention the other staff. A truly wonderful Sunday. Highly recommended.

The ambiance is beautiful, refined without being pretentious, and the open kitchen is open to the light and harmonious world of Chef Guido and his assistants. The hostess, with kindness and wisdom, guides guests through the best options. The result is always a delight for body and soul!

12/01/2026: I've been to this restaurant a few times, and based on that experience, I'd say the dishes are very good, homemade, and flavorful. The only negative I'd highlight is the staff's lack of friendliness. They lack customer service, and the rude responses are frequent; it almost seems like they're doing the customer a favor by feeding them. The staff seems annoyed by any request; at times, they try to be friendly, but there's a hint of bitterness hidden behind their jokes. It's a shame, because their attitude makes you not want to return.

14/02/2026: We're still seated, but I can't wait to write the review. It's an exceptional place with super-friendly, polite, and qualified staff. The tagliatelle with zucchini and speck are superb, not to mention the cappelletti in broth. We ordered the mixed grill, and I assure you, it's phenomenal. Overall rating? It's a Michelin-star restaurant.

17/02/2026: I booked a table for lunch for my husband and I a few days in advance, figuring it would be a good idea since it was Sunday lunch. The welcome and service were courteous and friendly, and the service was prompt. We ordered water and Sangiovese, and for the main courses, salami and Ferrarese bread as an appetizer, and rolled rabbit with artichoke cream and larded pork with spinach as our main courses. We enjoyed everything, topping off the meal with a warm tenerina dessert.
