21/02/2025: Sono stata in questo ristorante altre volte nel fine settimana e tutto sommato era accettabile, l’ultima volta purtroppo è capitato durante la settimana, arrivati ci consegnano il menù fisso disponibile a pranzo, chiediamo se possibile avere il menù alla carta , la titolare scocciata ce lo consegna dicendo che le tempistiche sono lunghe, riferiamo che non è un problema e cerchiamo di accordarci per prendere li stessi piatti così da creare meno disagio possibile alla cucina, giunto il momento dell’ordine (dopo una discreta quantità di attesa) la titolare ad ogni richiesta riferisce che la cucina non riesce a preparare nessun piatto presente nel menu alla carta in quanto sono organizzati solo per il menù fisso (sarebbe stato sufficiente dirlo subito invece di parlare di tempistiche), accettiamo quindi il menù fisso del pranzo, anche qui in attesa infinita ed un errore in quanto ci aveva riportato i menu alla carta… dopo più di un’ora riceviamo i piatti ordinati con tanto di commento “se aveste ordinato subito dal menù fisso avreste già finito di mangiare” Insomma oltre all’organizzazione scadente, i piatti abbastanza insignificanti come sapori anche una bella dose di maleducazione.

Angelo e Federica, i titolari, sono ormai praticamente amici ; Giacomo, Valentina, Ricky e tutti i ragazzi dello staff sono di una efficienza e cordialità non comuni. Io, la mia famiglia, i miei amici abbiamo avuto modo di provare praticamente l' intero menu : chi viene da fuori Ferrara deve assolutamente provare i cappellacci di zucca col ragù... Le pizze sono speciali, i primi piatti ottimi ed abbondanti. Se oltre al palato ci si vuole deliziare pure gli occhi allora è da provare la paella : nel periodo del covid ce la facevamo consegnare a casa, per alleggerire la pressione del periodo. Una Tantum abbiamo anche provato il menu con le specialità sarde. A proposito, se ci si intrattiene nel locale fino a tardi capita non di rado di trovare nel tavolo vicino quei personaggi dello spettacolo che si sono appena esibiti nel vicino Teatro Nuovo.

09/03/2025: I have been frequenting this restaurant since 2014, first with friends and later with family and colleagues. It is ideal for those looking for a relaxing family atmosphere, with the right attention from the owners. After having been to all the restaurants in the centre, only this one and one other fully meet my expectations. Regarding food, the Ferrarese cuisine offered is the real one, without any ifs or buts. However, non-local dishes are also present on the menu, especially the meat, which is processed with respect.

08/03/2025: We had personally reserved a table at lunchtime and ended up in a small back room with daubed walls and green lighting in the evening. Made the food look somehow unpleasant. The room had a homemade sign "no water room". Pasta was tasty but no better than anywhere else. We have never eaten the traditional dish Salama da sugo con purea di patate so badly. The salami was great and unfortunately shared the plate with mashed potatoes from the bag. Really a shame. We wouldn't eat here again. All other restaurants we visited in the same price range were better.

23/02/2025: We stopped for lunch on Sunday (unfortunately we had no reservation) but they welcomed us kindly and we enjoyed excellent pizzas and a good cutlet with potatoes. The beer is also good. Nice, simple, low noise, relaxing environment. We had a really good time. Even my dog ​​had a good time! Thank you!

I propose to choose at least 7 course meals! Also the wine they recommended was a great match! Will definitely visit and enjoy during my next visit!

04/03/2025: Typical restaurant in the ancient Jewish ghetto of Ferrara in the pedestrian area with typical dishes of the city and a touch of Jewish cuisine. Not a very extensive menu unlike the wine list. Courteous and punctual service as always.

17/03/2025: I had a lunch with my Italian friends. There’s a vegan buffet for make one plat. And the cappellacci di zucca con burro e salvia. Salama con puree soooo delicious and authentic from Ferrara. The sweet is different zuppa inglese and torta li tagliatelle was so delicious everything actually.

03/03/2025: It is a very nice place with a cosy atmosphere in this little "hidden"lane, well decorated with many different paintings and "vintage" pieces that catch your attention. Aperitivo was lovely, food was delicious, tasty and good portions too, good selection of wines, desserts and rare "wine desserts" to taste at the end of your meal.

25/12/2024: Very welcoming little bar. Nice and kind staff. The pastries are good and the cappuccino is good. It is located next to the Cadoro supermarket. When I went it was quite crowded. Highly recommended!

The only thing I would have preferred (personal opinion) would have been the music in the external environment being slightly lower. Very good quality/price ratio. I absolutely recommend it for anyone who wants to taste typical Ferrara dishes in the center at a good price
