10/01/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the two ladies in the dining room were kind.
We chose eel risotto, which was good, although I was a bit disappointed. Knowing pasta with eel sauce is a good choice, I expected a different flavor.
Then the grilled eel was good, although perhaps a little too dry.
Prices were reasonable.
05/01/2026: We came here to try the eel and were very satisfied. We tried an excellent eel risotto, stewed eel, and grilled eel with polenta. All accompanied by a local red, as Artusi commands. A pleasant discovery.

Very good pizza, and the service was fast and very friendly.

15/08/2025: We spent some wonderful days at Kapogiro Beach, we felt at home. Vanessa and Gilberto (Gibi) are the owners, welcoming, always smiling, and genuine.
They have all the comforts, including new and constantly sanitized bathrooms.
Unforgettable aperitifs, dinners, and lunches with fresh fish delivered every morning and very fair prices.
Highly recommended are the braziono or salmon ravioli handmade by Mamma Silva, the best I've ever eaten!
Our go-to place at the Lido ❤️

03/01/2026: After an hour, we'd only eaten our first course; the tables with reservations were served before us, even though we arrived later. I politely asked for second courses...they were coming out, they replied...after a while, we left without finishing our meal. The owner's apology and discount were appreciated. The food was lukewarm and flavorless, and the service took too long. It's a shame.

Friendly and very familiar service. The location is rustic and basic, with paper tablecloths and napkins, but truly well-kept and welcoming.
The dishes were extraordinary...a real discovery, with ancient flavors of Ferrara tradition.
Recommended, but...reservations are required.

10/01/2026: Centrally located in Ferrara, we stopped for lunch without a reservation. They were very kind in finding us a table and were very attentive throughout the meal. Very welcoming atmosphere. Excellent food!! The passatelli and tenerina alla zucca were delicious!! Highly recommended!!!
10/01/2026: It's an old tavern serving traditional Ferrarese cuisine. Very good, home-cooked food and moderate prices. I always enjoy stopping there when I'm in Ferrara.

8 EUROS FOR A BARRICADED GRAPPA FROM THE SUPERMARKET... which I can almost, and I mean almost, understand...
BUT THE BURDEN IS 7 EUROS FOR A 66 cl BOTTLE OF MORETTI
Do something because, besides being hideous, seeing a Moretti on a table in a tavern

08/01/2026: I celebrated New Year's Eve at this Osteria because the menu was à la carte. Although the ingredients were well-cooked, some dishes were missing items listed on the menu. Any dishes that differed from the description should be specified to the customer. The slow service, I'm not sure if it was due to the kitchen or the dining room.

To increase seating capacity, they also use the upper floor, but it requires a separate entrance.
The food is truly excellent, and the portions are generous.
The prices are reasonable.
I will definitely return to try other traditional Ferrara dishes.

15/09/2025: I used to come to this beach resort about 50 years ago (I'm 58 now) with my family when it was called Bagno Bar Sport, and we always had a great time. In those days, Lido di Spina held a certain magic for both young and old, even for me as a child. I don't think much of that magic remains these days, especially since I haven't been to Lido di Spina for a few decades. Times have changed, like everything else, but those were happy, carefree years.
25/08/2025: First time at Sport Beach, friendly staff, good restaurant, clean beach with well-spaced umbrellas and fair prices in a year of excessively expensive umbrellas, very satisfied
