08/08/2025: You have to start with the fact that it's a somewhat expensive and elegant restaurant. The portions are small for the price, but everything was very good, and I have no complaints. The food was delicious, the service was very pleasant, and the atmosphere was very nice. The spaghetti tart especially surprised me. I recommend going, but not on an empty stomach. It's not a place to fill up.

07/08/2025: A truly lovely place. We sat on the other side because it offers a direct view of the castle next door. Everything we ordered was very good. The service was attentive and fast.

22/06/2025: In via Saraceno, one of the pedestrian streets in the city center with many restaurants, you can find this small Greek restaurant. There are few seats inside the restaurant, while in the summer you can dine outside. The menu is varied. Prices are not high and the staff is kind.

20/07/2025: An intimate and secluded restaurant with a rustic style, located downtown near the courthouse. We tried two appetizers: goose breast and scamorza salad with speck and pear mousse, and two first courses: tagliatelle with rabbit ragù and pumpkin cappellacci with citrus fruits. All the dishes were truly excellent and beautifully presented, with just the right balance of flavors. The meal begins with the "coppia Ferrarese" (a traditional Ferrarese pasta dish), which is also excellent, which is not a given. The service was attentive, and the dishes were served in a reasonable time. Perhaps the only flaw was the restrooms, which were shared between men and women (which is never a good thing) and were truly spartan! For example, the toilet seat was missing.

15/08/2025: We spent some wonderful days at Kapogiro Beach, we felt at home. Vanessa and Gilberto (Gibi) are the owners, welcoming, always smiling, and genuine. They have all the comforts, including new and constantly sanitized bathrooms. Unforgettable aperitifs, dinners, and lunches with fresh fish delivered every morning and very fair prices. Highly recommended are the braziono or salmon ravioli handmade by Mamma Silva, the best I've ever eaten! Our go-to place at the Lido ❤️

14/07/2025: Very good local cuisine, on a charming terrace. However, as is the case with many Italian restaurants, they charge €3 per person for the cover, service, and bread. It's a bit excessive. If they had brought you a basket of good bread, with plenty of it, it might be somewhat understandable. But that's not the case. In short, good food, exorbitant prices.

02/08/2025: Seven of us stayed in Ferrara for one night. We booked this place on the recommendation of our host, and among the recommendations, we couldn't have chosen better. The atmosphere is beautiful and refined, with a real olive oil mill inside. The food is excellent...we all had the cappellacci with ragù, which were truly amazing. The appetizers were truly delicious, from the beef carpaccio to the creamed cod, and the serving temperature was perfect, and the bruschetta was truly delicious. The dinner concluded with various desserts, none less than a 10. Excellent value. The owner was extremely kind, as was the waitress. Highly recommended if you're visiting Ferrara for a positive culinary experience.

Siamo ritornati a cena in tre questa volta e abbiamo sperimentato la degustazione di "ispirazioni" da 10 portate. 13/07/2025: This is the second time I've passed through Ferrara and stopped at this osteria, for a reason that's often overlooked: the certified gluten-free cuisine! Excellent quality, a wide selection that largely reflects the "normal" menu. I enjoyed the pumpkin cappellacci with melted parmesan and guanciale, even in the height of summer! I'm always happy to find places like this with reasonable prices, where they understand that celiac disease isn't a fad and don't raise prices!
