03/04/2024: Pleasant and well-kept environment, quick service but the male staff was really not very empathetic, I found the dishes I tasted, including the famous vodka wheels, heavy. High prices for what I tasted. I wouldn't go back..

18/02/2024: A gem conveniently located near our hotel, this restaurant provided a welcoming atmosphere and attentive service, even for non-Italian speakers like us. The tagliatelle was cooked to perfection, and the fresh mussels made for a delightful entrée. Our main course of grilled sliced beef was flavorful, seasoned just right with crystal salt and rosemary, although we wished it had been cooked a tad longer. To top off the meal, the panna cotta was absolutely delicious.

31/03/2024: We went here, and we eaten a variety of foods: -Pizza: it was nice, the mozzarella was fresh, and the dough wasn’t burnt 4-\5 -Earth dishes: nothing special but not bad.3/5 -Fish dishes: the appetizer wasn’t really good but the grilled shrimps were really good3/5 The overall experience was nice, I would recommend this

09/03/2024: Esperienza deludente. Anzitutto la fretta: siamo arrivati alle 20.05 e alle 20.59 ci stavano chiedendo quale dolce volessimo. Per una cena romantica evitate: i piatti arrivano freneticamente (meglio che aspettare troppo? dipende). Poi alle 21.30 arriva una cameriera a sollecitare il conto perché evidentemente vogliono liberare il tavolo. I calici di vino portati direttamente al tavolo senza mostrare la bottiglia e versarli di fronte al cliente (siamo proprio alle basi della ristorazione, eh). Alcune cose (come le zucchine) arrivano fredde. In conclusione, atteggiamento irritante e irrispettoso: se serve fare più coperti, fate i turni. Altrimenti la fretta è cattiva consigliera.

19/03/2024: A coincidence brought us here, we were passing through, I didn't expect to have such a good lunch!! Fast, quality food, I ate fish and my partner had a hamburger with venison, everything was truly mouth-watering!! Great quality in the food, even the sautéed vegetables were very fresh!!! I will definitely find a way to return! Excellent table service, there's no denying it!! WELL GOOD GUYS!!!

07/02/2024: Excellent breakfasts, pastries and cappuccinos. You can stay for a chat with friends or for work. Even at lunch there is a great variety on offer. Welcoming and professional.

03/02/2024: I tried some dishes and breakfast and I have to say that the gratin vegetables were practically still raw, they don't know how to make cappuccino and the pastries are mediocre and taste like cardboard. More than friendly, they are pimps. But the most important thing is that I am in favor of the project to overbuild the Don Bosco park so if you love trees and oxygen, carefully avoid this bar.

23/03/2024: I have traveled all over the world, dined at every type of restaurant from small to large, inexpensive to expensive, simple to complex, zero to 3 Michelin stars. I never imagined one of the best meals I would have in my life so far would come from a business trip to Bologna, Italy, but here I am. Trattoria Battibecco is a phenomenal restaurant and Chef Nico Costa is a master of his craft. A simple dressed salad studded with julienned root vegetables and a simple dressing got our evening off to a nice start. The fusilli with sautéed bacon and onion was absolutely delicious, the pasta cooked a perfect al dente. The beef filet rolled in puff pastry was simply incredible. The beef cooked a PERFECT medium rare, red in color and so tender you could cut it with slice of bread. This may be the most perfectly prepared piece of beef I’ve ever consumed. To finish, a cornicione fried shrimp and squid, lightly breaded to allow for the flavors of the seafood to shine. The only disappointing memory I will have of this restaurant is not being able to secure another reservation during my stay. Delizioso!

29/02/2024: If you want to escape from the classic touristic places with overpriced and not so tasty food then this is definitely the place! Very interesting high quality food and service in modern but somehow cozy ambiance.

27/03/2024: We were greeted by the owner and a very kind and polite lady. The place is small, but very very welcoming, it gives the feeling of being at home. Being in Emilia Romagna I couldn't help but order the lasagna which was extremely good and a cutlet with mortadella and ham, equally delicious. Highly recommended for quality of food and service.

27/03/2024: Really good place for a quick pass. This is not a restaurant with who knows how many tables and the management is really simple. It is not suitable for all types of customers (as written on the site) but if you are determined to eat you can book! A restaurant to try!

25/03/2024: Very nice place. Everyone very kind. I don't understand the choice to offer fish dishes in the center of Bologna, overall however good dishes, nothing exceptional. Preferable place for drinks in my opinion.

07/04/2024: We enjoyed Ristorante Da Cesarina about a week before Easter. It was artichoke season and my wife was looking for some dishes. She found them here. The artichoke three ways was nothing short of phenomenal. Our main course was tortellini in a pasta basket, equally amazing. The only thing that fell short was our dessert, the tiramisu had great flavor but was a little frozen; texture was off. All in all would highly recommend.

03/04/2024: Adjacent to the most beautiful square in Bologna, classic restaurant, with a classic, well-executed menu. Excellent wine at reasonable prices.

05/04/2024: Hotel that takes you along in time: classic furniture, very comfortable bed, large bathroom, equipped with everything you need (including a large bathtub), minibar, abundant and varied breakfast, kind, professional staff. A truly regal hotel. And always remained the same. Comfortable, welcoming. Excellent location. Now, with the arrival of spring, especially in the evening, from the balcony there is an excellent view of everything green and flowery)

03/04/2024: A cruise ship docked right in the center. Very large common spaces. Very tidy and clean rooms. Always friendly staff. Very varied and good quality breakfast. The garage is excellent.
