25/03/2025: We had an absolutely amazing experience!! We decided to try this restaurant last minute and are so happy we did! Vincenzo was wonderful! The food was fantastic, the chef outdid himself! We also met some amazing Italians who were celebrating a birthday!! We hope to see them again soon!! Thank you Vinceno!!

25/04/2025: Ho scelto il menù degustazione da sette portate, La Spudorata, e l’ho abbinato al percorso di vini suggerito. Ogni piatto è arrivato con tempismo perfetto, ben raccontato e ancora meglio eseguito. La cucina dello chef Annunziata è tecnica ma mai fredda: c’è gusto, personalità e una mano sicura che non cerca mai di stupire per forza. Il piatto che mi è rimasto nel cuore è stato il risotto al limone con gambero rosso – profumato, elegante, con una freschezza che non mi aspettavo. Anche il piccione, spesso difficile da rendere interessante, è stato una vera scoperta: cottura impeccabile e abbinamenti saporiti ma equilibrati. Il servizio è stato all’altezza dell’ambiente. Il personale è professionale, molto attento, ma non freddo come temevo: mi sono sentita accolta con discrezione e rispetto. Una menzione speciale va al sommelier, che è riuscito a trasmettere passione senza mai risultare invadente. Ogni vino è stato spiegato con cura, e gli abbinamenti erano davvero azzeccati. La serata è filata via con armonia, tra piatti ben calibrati, silenzi piacevoli e qualche parola sussurrata tra un boccone e l’altro. È un luogo che invita a rallentare, a godersi il tempo, i sapori, i dettagli. Se cercate un’esperienza gastronomica raffinata, senza eccessi, ma con tanta sostanza, I Portici è una scelta eccellente. Io ci tornerei domani.

12/04/2025: What a taste bombs! Everything was perfect. Very friendly and smooth service, everything was put on the table synchronously regardless of the number of people. We had chosen the matching wines and it is really recommended.

08/05/2025: Ottimo ristorante con un menù vario (cucina bolognese tradizionale ma anche pesce). Per iniziare dopo un flûte di benvenuto offerto dal personale (molto gentile ed ospitale) antipasto di crescentine e poi passatelli fatti in casa al ragù bianco di faraona e piselli: buoni. Ho trovato un po’ stucchevole il secondo il flan di asparagi su crema di caciotta e zafferano, dove lo zafferano prevaleva decisamente sul formaggio (avrei gradito il contrario). Buoni i prezzi nella media. Bella la location esterna peccato non averne potuto beneficiare causa la pioggia.

When a business is HOMOPHOBIC with that it closes, forever. We are transparent about this.

10/05/2025: Personale molto maleducato, ci hanno portato gli antipasti insieme ai primi e quando glielo abbiamo fatto notare ci hanno dato la colpa, in seguito un ragazzo ha fatto notare in modo molto educato che mancava un piatto e gli è stato risposto “la pazienza è la virtù dei forti, tu non la hai”. Al momento del conto abbiamo chiesto di pagare tramite bancomat alla romana e ci ha maggiorato la cifra a testa da pagare senza avvertirci. A livello culinario ottima la cramiglia, pessimo l’antipasto all’italiana; gli altri piatti senza lodi e senza infamia. Sicuramente non torneremo mai più

04/05/2025: The pizze are very good and include a couple of vegan options (the vegetables one and the “only tomato” one). Outdoor seating area is nice. No table service, you collect your order at the counter and bring your tray back afterwards. Service was ok.

20/05/2025: Every time I am in town, I cannot miss a visit. The owners are very kind and you can clearly feel how much love they put into managing the place. The quality of the ingredients is simply sublime. The tortellini with parmesan and truffle are something astonishing: a perfect balance of flavors that conquers you at the first taste.

06/05/2025: Such a great experience. William was so knowledgeable and hospitable, he was very helpful and a delight! The food was fresh and delicious. Portions were huge! It looks a little unassuming but don't let that fool you. It's a true gem and worth the visit

19/05/2025: We spent a Sunday lunch in the outdoor area of ​​the restaurant. Very nice, excellent food. Certainly not too cheap, but excellent quality. Unfortunately we found a waiter a bit snobbish which is never pleasant, while all the others were very kind and helpful. Obviously since it was crowded we waited a bit before receiving the dishes. All in all a good experience, I would go back. Excellent tortellini and crescentine if you like them thicker and "bready". Maybe I would make the cold cuts platter a bit more varied, I missed the mortadella!

18/05/2025: I am really sorry to give this restaurant a one-star review but dullness must be persecuted. The place is beautiful. Difficult to reach from Casalecchio for a really challenging last stretch but nothing insurmountable. The waiter was very kind. My dish: suckling pig with porcini mushrooms, simply inedible. The meat was stringy, overcooked, dried out and remained so even though drowned in a riot of buttered mushrooms. I try to eat it: no way. I eat the mushrooms and send the dish back with the meat almost intact. I report it to the waiter who very professionally tells me that he will report it to the kitchen. We finish dinner and I go to pay. The owner asks me if everything went well. I confirm that it did with the exception of my dish which I had essentially sent back. No comment. She continues to bang on the cash register and presents me with the bill as in the photo. The suckling pig is beautiful when added to the other items. Now I ask myself: for 16 damn euros (which then would have been enough with a minimal discount on the total to make up for it) you get a one-star review without batting an eyelid. A sense of omnipotence? If you don't come back, I couldn't care less? Mistake: I certainly won't go back and I invite anyone who reads me not to go. It's a shame I can't calculate how many 16 euros the Lady will lose from tonight, ignoring the fact that a dish was returned without this having determined her to at least apologize for the inconvenience. I confirm your response. Unfortunately I don't see any mention of an apology even though she admitted that the dish perhaps should have been re-prepared. The Lady at the cash register was indicated to us as the owner by a waiter. Google doesn't allow anyone to write on its platform at all. In fact, it carries out a rigorous content check and censors offensive and vulgar phrases. This is why the reviews published on its site are read by millions of people around the world who take them into great consideration. A quick look at the Treccani dictionary to clarify the terms "obtusity" and "ti becchi" would be useful for you, provided you don't feel offended once again. I would add "ineducato" in regards to the lack of apologies.

08/04/2025: I can very welcoming, it has a dedicated gluten-free cuisine therefore excellent for intolerants and celiacs. We've always had pizza and it's really good, even the gluten-free one is excellent. For the weekend you need to book at least a few days in advance

This evening, however, I ordered via one of the main delivery apps and, to my great amazement, I received a "raw, burrata and fresh mozzarella" pizza completely without mozzarella. I immediately contacted the place to report the shortage and ask for an alternative solution, finding myself forced to eat a pizza without one of its main ingredients. Among the various proposals received, the most concrete was: "have the missing ingredient reimbursed via the delivery app". After so many years as a loyal customer, I felt little considered. A real slip of style.
