15/08/2025: A quaint location, overlooking the village church and surrounded by lush greenery. Excellent food, amazing tagliatelle with ragù, and superb gelato with figs in syrup. The staff were friendly and always available, contrary to what others have said, and considering I went on August 15th, there's nothing to complain about. Everything was fine, thank you.

19/07/2025: The place was very crowded (it was a Saturday night, which is understandable), with slightly cramped seating, but still comfortable.
Excellent fish dishes, including the tuna and cod steaks.
Other guests with celiac disease received truly impeccable service, from changing napkins to avoid cross-contamination to providing a sealed bag with gluten-free focaccia, as well as the dishes their friends ordered.
Excellent service and great attention to specific dietary needs. Highly recommended!

18/07/2025: We first found out about Corte d'Aibo whilst at the Slow Wine festival in Bologna, in fact Margherita was the first person we spoke to. She was just setting up so we went to a few other stalls to taste their wine and then returned back. Every wine we tasted at the stall was wonderful and we were very impressed with the philosophy and care the vineyard had.
Fast forward a couple of months and my daughter and myself had the pleasure of staying at the vineyard. The setting, the ambience, the quality of everything is truly amazing. Margherita is so hard working and a credit to her lovely parents who also work non stop. Her father is a master of wine and so clever at getting perfection, he is also experimenting with new wines. The food is some of the nicest we have had in Italy, a lot of it grown on the premises. The apartments are lovely and the fresh water pool stunning. If you want to just relax and chill out whilst enjoying quality then please go here. We are going to the Classic Car Show in Bologna later this year and will have a few days here as well. Come next year I am taking my whole family out, the grandchildren can just run around and swim in the pool etc. Margherita is getting married in September and we wish her, Matteo and the family the best. Thank you for a wonderful stay 10/10

04/05/2025: Ci eravamo stati qualche anno fa e lo abbiamo proposto per un pranzo con amici. Abbiamo mangiato bene, tutto molto buono, peccato che il conto ci riservava una bella sorpresa:
una tagliata fuori menù, consigliataci, di circa 1.6 kg è costata (solo quella) 153 euri.... inoltre, dopo aver diviso il conto complessivo, ognuno ha avuto un arrotondamento per eccesso su un totale già estremamente importante, pertanto in totale abbiamo pagato '5 euri' in più, non dovuti....forse la mancia? Personalmente non credo di ritornarci.
