01/02/2026: Dishes rooted in the Bologna province, some traditional, others more innovative. Good quality and dishes that are a joy to eat.
The portions of crescentine are okay, but the cured meats are a bit small.
Quiet atmosphere, suitable for everyone.
Parking is available in front of the entrance (usually available).
Some prices are a bit on the high side.
The all-you-can-eat menu is interesting, offering appetizers, four first courses, second courses, side dishes, liqueurs, and drinks, like a traditional full menu, but more extensive.

24/02/2026: Generous pizzas, quick ordering, and a casual, no-frills atmosphere. The staff is friendly and the service is efficient.
The pizza is overall pleasant; in my case, it would have benefited from a few more seconds of cooking to achieve a drier and slightly crispier base, improving the overall texture.
The menu is predominantly focused on red pizzas, while there are few white options.
22/02/2026: The pizza dough won't be memorable, the place is fairly anonymous and dated, quite noisy, the chairs are unstable as they need glue at the joints, and the prices are fair. I don't think I'll be back.

10/03/2026: We went there for dinner. I had a beef steak with potatoes and a bottle of local sparkling wine, which was recommended to us by the polite gentleman who served us. The food was delicious and the wine was fresh.
It’s a nice place for dinner, with an outdoor seating area where you can smoke if you want.
08/03/2026: We called a week ago to make a reservation. When we arrived, they said it wasn't true. We showed them the call, they immediately disconnected the phone and told us the number didn't work. And when we tried it right away, it actually didn't work. But when we left, we tried calling again, and it worked. Admitting guilt and being humble would have been better than treating us like idiots. We'll never go back.

31/01/2026: A place I enjoy frequenting and continue to recommend. Truly delicious pizza and traditional Apulian dishes prepared with care and flavor. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, making you feel immediately at ease. An added bonus is the attention to guests: Ivan and his brother are always kind and helpful; Ivan often manages to make the evening even more enjoyable by entertaining guests with little magic tricks. A place you'll gladly return to, both for the food and the atmosphere.

The ingredients are truly delicious, and the dough is left to rise slowly, making it very digestible.
08/02/2026: We tried their aperitif. The owner welcomed us warmly and offered a wide selection of fish and meat dishes, as well as a complimentary cocktail. The service was excellent, and the owner was truly kind. We'll definitely be back!

18/02/2026: Excellent dining experience at the only Michelin starred restaurant in Bologna. Food was delicious, surprising, well executed, and went beyond just flavor. Service couldn’t have been better. The water menu which had options going up to 50EUR a bottle felt overly fancy, but if it appeals to people … nothing wrong with that. Definitely a good option for a special occasion!
12/01/2026: Incredible mushroom risotto made with 7 years aged Parmigiano Reggiano, and it was seriously amazing 🤍
The chef really knows how to use acidity in just the right way, bringing perfect balance and harmony to the dish 🍄✨

25/02/2026: Had the most fantastic meal here with a lovely bottle of Sandrone Barbera, the quality of the food was outstanding.
23/12/2025: Disappointing. We started on the wrong foot having to wait 30 minutes for our starters, starters that couldn’t have been easier to prepare (tortellini in brodo & steak tartar)
The truth is timing was out and dishes were under par and terribly constructed.
In my opinion, even taking into account location and overheads, this is an overpriced restaurant. Just look at the photos of our second course 🤷♂️And this is in the Michelin Guide? Seriously!! No thought, NONE, has gone into constructing a decent plate of food. This restaurant clearly survives on past reputation. I’ll stop here before I reconsider the three stars I’ve given.
Would we return? No
