04/05/2025: Ci eravamo stati qualche anno fa e lo abbiamo proposto per un pranzo con amici. Abbiamo mangiato bene, tutto molto buono, peccato che il conto ci riservava una bella sorpresa: una tagliata fuori menù, consigliataci, di circa 1.6 kg è costata (solo quella) 153 euri.... inoltre, dopo aver diviso il conto complessivo, ognuno ha avuto un arrotondamento per eccesso su un totale già estremamente importante, pertanto in totale abbiamo pagato '5 euri' in più, non dovuti....forse la mancia? Personalmente non credo di ritornarci.

02/05/2025: Di passaggio per visita al museo Lamborghini, eravamo in possesso di uno Smartbox. Seguiti da una Signora gentilissima (credo sia la proprietaria o comunque una responsabile), ci ha trattato come se fossimo clienti abituali. Cibo fantastico, non c'è stato nulla che non ci sia piaciuto, anche molto attenti ai bambini, ogni richiesta veniva esaudita con un sorriso. Se passeremo da quelle zone torneremo sicuramente. Anzi, ce lo siamo promesso!!!!!

09/09/2025: Nothing special, but overpriced! Paccheri with shrimp (shrimp cut into tiny pieces, 3 or 4 Argentine shrimp inside, tomato and ricotta sauce). Not even a bit of parsley on top. The flavor is okay, but not worth it for the price. Fried calamari with chicory on the side (a contrast between fried and boiled vegetables) doesn't sound very good to me. Sponge cake with lemon cream: okay. Will I be back??? No!

19/07/2025: A place for wine lovers. The owner is an expert in the field and quite friendly. The food is generally quite ordinary, although served with a certain arrogance, which obviously means the price isn't cheap. The pasta is undercooked, the vegetables are a bit bland, and the fish is also. Occasionally, there's a clever twist, but you need luck. On the plus side, the menu is easily adaptable to specific customer needs. The expertise in spirits is as good as the wine. In short: if you're going to eat to drink well...okay. Otherwise, forget it!

30/08/2025: A conveniently located snack bar in Imola, offering excellent lunchtime dishes and breakfasts featuring croissants and savory dishes, including pizzas and sandwiches. Recommended.

04/03/2025: Mi è parso un po' sovrastimato, pietanze buone ma in dosi modeste e non poi così originali (parere personale), non una grande efficienza in sala ma accettabile. La cosa terrificante è stata l'acustica: a sala piena è impossibile un minimo di conversazione fra due persone senza urlare, a parte l'oggettivo fastidio; era presente la titolare, a cui lo abbiamo fatto notare "a mo' di battuta" la quale ha replicato che di solito non è così (impossibile: è proprio un difetto della sala, una cosa strutturale). Contento di averlo provato, ma tolto subito dalla lista e mai più tornato; nota: ho messo "2024" perchè la data più vecchia che consente il sistema, ma la mia esperienza era precedente di alcuni anni.

04/02/2025: I've been to this restaurant several times, and the food is excellent. Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. I made a dinner reservation and tried to receive confirmation via email. I never received any confirmation. After several days, I was simply sent an automatic response (via Quandoo) about the cancellation of the reservation, without even providing any explanation. I'd say that's not how customers should be treated. Good food goes hand in hand with respect and good manners. P.S.: There's no point in sending emails; they don't respond, and calling is anyone's guess, since they're not even open for lunch.

09/10/2025: I'm sorry to have to leave a negative review, especially since I was a regular at this pizzeria. The pizza is undeniably good, but my last visit left me rather disappointed. When we got the bill, we noticed that the price of the pizza was higher than what was listed on the menu. We immediately asked for an explanation, and the response we received was simply: "You chose a very large pizza." This excuse, frankly, seemed disrespectful to the customer. Considering that the prices are already quite high, this episode has made me lose some faith in the place. A real shame, because the quality of the pizza is beyond question.

19/10/2025: Besides pizzas, you can also enjoy fabulous Neapolitan dishes. My recommendation? Paccheri with Neapolitan ragù and Sorrentine ragù.

15/10/2025: The food was average, the place was rustic, the problem was the space was too small, the waiting times were quite normal, the real problem was that even though we had asked for some pizzas to be prepared before the others in our group because they had little time to eat, those pizzas arrived last.

12/10/2025: The service was friendly and helpful. One pizza was good, the other was too salty, almost inedible (the amatriciana), which was a shame. The crust was sometimes good, sometimes a bit tough.

08/10/2025: A historic venue. I've witnessed various transformations over the years (since the '90s), but it's always top-notch. The food is always excellent. The staff is friendly and approachable. Always ready to innovate and they never fail. I'd say, without a doubt, that in terms of food, it has no competitors.

28/09/2025: On September 27, 2025, I had a pizza with sausage and broccoli rabe, a beer, and to finish, I had profiteroles. Everything was delicious. I recommend the place, and the waiters are friendly and you can joke around. PS: I'm Enzo, a friend of Carolina.

24/10/2025: The Oltre menu had some great dishes, especially the pasta dishes, which were very good. The venison fillet was okay, but the mushrooms were unfortunately lacking in flavor. The cannolo was a bit too salty. I thought the pan brioche was very good. The cocktails were great! Friendly service, but sometimes a bit impatient when clearing plates. They also didn't ask if we wanted any more drinks. We liked the decor, including the toolboxes. Overall, a good experience with room for improvement.

18/10/2025: If ever there was a case of style over substance. It’s a good-looking space — but the cooking falls miles short of the cool image they’re going for. The pumpkin starter was bland, the tortellini in capon broth merely fine (and this is Bologna — “fine” doesn’t really cut it). The real let-down was the deer secondi: overcooked, dry, and paired with limp porcini and a lifeless sauce. Service matched the food — we ordered wines by the glass, finished them with our starters, and were never asked if we wanted more. In fact, we were barely asked anything. When we went to pay, we politely raised our issues but they didn’t seem to care. It’s a great looking restaurant, the wine list is interesting but the food falls flat. Skip it — Bologna has far better to offer.

11/10/2025: We stayed at Agriturismo Corte d’Aibo on October 11, 2025, attracted by its reputation for luxurious rural charm and farm-to-table dining. The natural surroundings in the Apennine foothills are indeed pristine, but that’s where the positives regrettably end. Our experience started on a sour note with the lobby area reeking of cat pee, setting an unwelcoming tone. The room was inadequately cleaned upon arrival, with trash in the bathroom and hairs scattered throughout. We requested a cleaning, and while a staff member did her best, the result remained subpar. Adding to the discomfort, we could hear other guests using their bathroom, stripping away any sense of privacy. Most concerning, the same individual who cleaned our room was later serving food at dinner and breakfast, still in the same clothing—a clear hygiene violation. The dining experience was equally disappointing. We ordered two lasagnas and a farm-to-table vegetable soup. The soup was hearty and flavorful, a rare highlight, but the lasagna was inedible, tainted by a bitter taste we raised with the waiter. The chef attributed it to nutmeg, though it seemed more likely the béchamel or cream had spoiled—disappointing for a place touting fresh ingredients. My husband’s dessert tasted like outdated convenience store fare, further marring the meal. For breakfast, the same staff member served, again in unchanged attire, eroding trust in food safety. At €220 for the night + dinner, this was by far our worst stay in Italy. The potential is there—stunning location and organic ethos—but the execution failed miserably in cleanliness, privacy, food quality, and professionalism. We urge management to address these issues urgently, as others deserve better. Proceed with caution and verify conditions in advance. Rating: 2/5

07/10/2025: A charming farmhouse nestled in the hills of Bologna. The peaceful atmosphere and the welcoming staff pampered us throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. I also recommend a wine tasting.
