07/07/2026: Clean, spacious space with outdoor seating. Very polite and professional staff. Always spotless bathrooms. We stop here on our way to or from the Corno alle Scale. Excellent pizza, well-cooked and with just the right toppings. The bread is always well-risen. Today we had the mixed grill, grilled vegetables, and French fries. The grill was cooked to perfection. And very filling, I struggled to finish it. Price is good for the quality. Very good.

21/04/2026: The food and desserts are top-quality, the staff are courteous and helpful, and the prices are very fair. The only flaw is the layout of the restaurant, with windows on only one side, right next to the tables. The pizza oven is working, and the heat, and especially the lack of air, creates a lot of discomfort during the warmer months and when the restaurant is busy.

11/02/2026: I had the mixed grill of excellent quality meat, excellent drinks, very nice and professional waitress, quiet atmosphere, more than fair bill, I will definitely be back, top!

10/06/2026: I've only tried the restaurant. The location is very beautiful and romantic. Prices are average. The service, however, could be improved: the outdoor tables are barely considered.

27/05/2026: Simply because I can't put it any less... I went with my partner in March of last year to visit this location. Confirmed verbally, confirmed by phone, and then a certain MARGHERITA disappeared. We've been waiting a year and a half for a call from her. Embarrassing, I absolutely do not recommend it. Bad experience.

18/04/2026: The welcome and service were excellent, the appetizers were plentiful—you could finish them right away—and everything else was excellent. Leave room for dessert, because it's an experience worth trying.

11/11/2025: REALLY UNPLEASANT STAFF AND UNACCEPTABLE QUALITY/PRICE We booked a table for four in the morning. We entered and were seated at a table right next to the wide-open front door, with a small screen next to it (which mattered practically nothing, since all the customers near us were dining in their jackets). Once seated, the first thing we asked was if they could close the door because it was 17 degrees outside and very cold inside. The waitress's response was: "WE CAN'T ASK FOR THE DOOR BECAUSE WE HAVE TO COME IN AND OUT TO SERVE CUSTOMERS ON THE VERANDA." So, since they don't have a service door, we were all condemned to eating in the cold (with numerous complaints from all the customers). We ordered 1 water, 1 beer, and a Coke (NO WINE) and: 1 ossobuco risotto, 3 portions of crescentine with cured meats, pickles, and squacquerone (the crescentine alone cost €60.00, plus €10.00 for cheese, and they were also meager, and the cured meats weren't even very good). But the biggest surprise was the ossobuco risotto: A VERY SIMPLE SAFFRON RISOTTO WITH A LITTLE KNIFE-CUT BRAISED BEEF (WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN ANY KIND OF MEAT SINCE IT WAS ALL MINCED). But the whole ossobuco with its marrow (a fundamental part of ossobuco risotto because the marrow must be mixed with the risotto, which offers a wonderful flavor) was not even a hint. When I asked for ossobuco and marrow, the waitress told me that they had run out of marrow, so I had to do without. The only truly good thing at a reasonable price were the excellent desserts (the mango ice cream was excellent). ICING ON THE CAKE: for 4 of us, without wine (because we are teetotalers), 3 portions of crescentine and a saffron risotto WITHOUT THE OSSOBUCO TOTAL BILL... €146.00, INCLUDING €16 FOR COVER CHARGE (FURTHERMORE, WITHOUT A TABLECLOTH AND WITH THE CUTLERY PLACED ON THE WOODEN TABLE). I judge as a professional restaurateur because I built and created a restaurant in the heart of Bologna that in 11 years has received several very important awards, so I would like to say to these amateurs, as a professional in the sector that for them this is the restaurant industry, they still have a lot to learn about how to treat customers and above all about cooking methods and the quality of the products in relation to the price.

Pizzeria Pino in Via Santo Stefano combines great food with an atmosphere that is warm, authentic, and genuinely welcoming. The pizzas are excellent, made with quality ingredients and great care. The owner is incredibly kind and personable, and the entire staff is simply amazing: friendly, attentive, and always smiling. A true Bologna gem that I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking not only for a great pizza, but also for that rare feeling of hospitality that turns a dinner into an experience.

25/02/2026: Very nice place. Chaotic and extremely slow service. Dishes are poorly prepared and adhere to the menu. They didn't even ask how the meat was cooked. Excellent desserts.

24/05/2026: I didn't know it; we went for lunch today and it was a lovely surprise. An elegant place with attentive staff. I personally had an appetizer (eggplant parmigiana with burrata), a main course (roast beef with arugula and burrata), and dessert. Everything was delicious, with excellent ingredients. I'll be back to try the pizza too...
