07/08/2025: A Bologna, di passaggio, abbiamo prenotato in questo locale che non conoscevo... Situato in alto, sui colli bolognesi, ambiente piacevole e accogliente, vintage.... Buon cibo della tradizionale cucina bolognese, buon servizio al tavolo, cortese e professionale. Da segnalare i primi piatti come le tagliatelle al ragù bolognese e i maccheroncini col guanciale. Il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo rosso Sangiovese, che ci ha accompagnato fino al dolce: un ottima crostata di fragole con la crema. Locale adatto a tutte le fasce d'età, famiglie comprese. I prezzi sono in linea col locale. Segnalo la difficoltà nel parcheggio: si parcheggia su ambo i lati della strada. Se si è sui colli bolognesi, questo locale merita una sosta.

06/08/2025: Passing through Bologna, particularly in the hills, we made a reservation at this place I wasn't familiar with... The atmosphere is simple yet refined, with furnishings that are both vintage and rustic, and very pleasant. The table service is good, friendly, and helpful. The dishes here are traditional Bolognese cuisine: tagliatelle with Bolognese ragù, maccheroncini, and the house specialty: crispy chicken with baked potatoes. Simple yet delicious. Everything is accompanied by an excellent Sangiovese throughout the meal, which easily carries through to dessert: a homemade tart with custard and strawberries, delicious... The prices are in line with the location, not excessive in my opinion... a place suitable for all age groups, including families. Parking can be difficult: you can park on both sides of the street. If you're in Bologna or the hills surrounding Bologna, this place is worth a visit.

18/10/2025: Absolutely fantastic food and great service. It's worth getting lost in the back of the main square to enjoy dishes unlike any other in Bologna, yet perfectly prepared and delicious.

15/10/2025: Great staff, very accommodating. Ask for the 3 pasta sample option. Not on the menu, but you can pick 3 pastas on one plate.

07/10/2025: It's located not far from the train station but also from the city center. The dining room is large and bright, which is a nice touch in the summer, as the tables aren't crowded together like in many other places, allowing you to eat comfortably. The bathrooms are reasonably clean. The menu is extensive; in addition to seafood, meat, and pizza, there are delicious desserts like homemade tiramisu, as well as the famous Neapolitan lobster tail, a very tasty dessert but unfortunately only available on weekends. The fish and fried foods are also worth a try. A positive thing is that they even bring a towel to the table for cleaning yourself after eating fish, which is commendable because many restaurants don't offer one. However, the quality of the truly undrinkable bulk wine could be improved, and the local wine list could also be improved, which needs to be reviewed and expanded. The bread served was practically hard, a sign that it wasn't fresh; I hope it was just a temporary oversight. With a little care, it could become an excellent restaurant. If you're in the area, dinner is served. The prices are high, but you can't escape the area. Easy parking in the area, but you have to pay. Worth a try. I recommend the fish dishes, but the pizza is also good.

16/09/2025: This restaurant is run by a Neapolitan chef and has a wide selection of seafood dishes. The pizzas are so big they overflow the plate, even two people can't finish them. They're baked crispy in a special pizza oven. They also have a wide selection of desserts. The house wine is very tasty and reasonably priced. I've been there twice. I highly recommend it. If I ever come to Bologna again, I'll definitely come here! It was delicious. Thank you.

20/10/2025: Very friendly place. The young lady who served us was spectacular. Delicious food. Good value for money. Fun decor and good background music.

15/10/2025: Off main streets, and a feel of relaxed local ambience and local Italian service. Roasted coniglia (rabbit) was absolutely perfect (a special- maybe not always available). Would be very hard to be displeased with our more classic dishes of lasagne, tagliatelle ragau, stuffed oven cooked zucchini flower, tenerina chocolate with mascarpone. Much more extensive local Italian menu available. Good spectrum of Italian wines and some craft beer.

30/09/2025: The road to get there is a bit unusual, passing through industrial plants, and you'll suspect you're in the wrong place. But the trattoria will immerse you in a parallel world. Protected and elegantly furnished, you'll forget the outside world. The meat is of the highest quality and cooked with care. But above all, the (young) staff is as kind and professional as ever. One of the most pleasant services I've ever experienced. Highly recommended.

29/09/2025: Quality comes at a price, and I agree, but the trattoria was a place that catered to everyone. The culinary exploration this trattoria has embarked on is misnamed; it's a restaurant that aims very high and isn't for everyone. The quality is top-notch, but these days, perhaps it's better to seek a balance. Considering the location, too, it wasn't there. It's a shame because the staff are young and certainly motivated, but the half-hour wait to order really bothered me.

06/09/2025: The restaurant immediately presents itself with a charming outdoor area seating about fifteen people. Inside, the tables are well-spaced, the atmosphere is welcoming, and it's never excessively noisy. What's immediately striking is the unique decor: posters on the walls, graffiti, and movie posters. The dishes on the menu are all extremely thoughtful and refined, with excellent pairings of ingredients, and the quality of the produce is outstanding. The wine list is varied and refined, and the friendly and knowledgeable staff is always ready to actively recommend the best wine to pair with a meal. We gave the bill a "ten": absolutely below average for the quality of the offerings. Highly recommended.

26/08/2025: The atmosphere isn't very spacious, the staff is welcoming, and the food is good. The portions aren't very generous. The wines are good.

05/10/2025: Nothing special. I also found it expensive: we waited about 20 minutes for the pizza. The menu isn't very varied, so don't count on mussels or fish. There are cheaper and better places.

18/09/2025: We ate "octopus with pesto sauce" as an appetizer, "tortellino crema di parmigiano e zafferani" and "pizza parmigiano" for the main course, everything was very good, the portions are okay! At the end of our lunch, our excellent waiter (Michele) suggested a "pistachio cheesecake" which blended perfectly with the other flavors of the dish and the homemade Pignoletto sparkling wine! We will be back again!

12/08/2025: Very welcoming, we ordered several dishes and they were all excellent. The seafood ravioli and sea bass carpaccio were delicious.

08/08/2025: Very nice and well-kept atmosphere, recently renovated. The food is very good and carefully prepared, and the service is equally as good. Everything was perfect. We'll definitely be back.

10/10/2025: They refused us, claiming the restaurant was full, even though there were only two tables occupied. They probably don't like foreigners. Make a reservation before coming.

08/10/2025: I was in Bologna for my wife's health problems and before an operation we went to Nuova Fraschetta to eat and I can say that in addition to the kindness of the staff, the food was excellent and the pasta was fresh and homemade. I recommend it.

Everything about our night was perfect, and we really appreciate your warm friendly hospitality, great recommendations, fresh pasta, seafood, deserts, beautiful food, and drinks. 05/10/2025: We had a wonderful lunch there, and even a group of five had no problem finding a seat. Very good service, we'd gladly go back!

24/08/2025: The food was truly excellent, with generous portions. A good value. At Sunday lunchtime, we found the service a bit slow, with a long wait between courses, even though the restaurant wasn't crowded. Perhaps it's best to return on less crowded evenings.
