21/11/2025: This is a men's restaurant. You have to make a reservation. It's almost exclusively men. The food is well-prepared, but not overly flavorful. The owner is a very kind person and the soul of this place. If you want a quick meal and save money, it's worth going once. The food was good, and the service was fast.

20/11/2025: A gigantic cutlet, incredibly crispy and strictly on the bone, for me. A tender braised beef, in the background, for my wife. But the dinner began with traditional green lasagna, truly exceptional! 7 layers, as Bruno Barbieri teaches, crispy on top and soft on the inside. Attentive service despite the full dining room, prices seemed "high" but perfectly in line with the quality of the ingredients, especially considering the location in the heart of Modena.

Bolognese Spaghetti – The Essence of Tradition Lies in Slow Cooking Before the first bite of the meat sauce, the aroma embraces your senses. This isn't a quickly reduced sauce, nor is it a flavor artificially piled with sugar and spices. It's like the taste of a grandmother spending a whole day tending the stove in the Italian countryside. The beef fibers retain their structure, yet are stewed until tender without falling apart; The sweet and sour taste of the tomatoes is natural, without any pungent odor; The sheen of the olive oil gently connects each flavor. 01/11/2025: Nothing to write home about. The portions are decidedly generous, but it's a classic 1980s restaurant. Nothing fancy, and this static attitude makes all the dishes taste the same... the fish isn't up to par. The wine list is appropriate for the location. The only plus is the gluten-free menu, which deserves praise. The price certainly isn't worth the experience, or rather, in my experience, for the same price, I've gotten significantly different quality. It's not worth going back.
