14/09/2025: An unassuming restaurant on the outskirts of town. Parking is available on the street. The staff is very friendly. The fish dishes are very good and the value is excellent.

The atmosphere is unique, with a beautifully appointed interior and an outdoor space offering spectacular views, perfect for lunch or dinner with a view. The food is delicious, and the attention to local products is evident. The location, in the village of San Leo, is charming and makes the experience even more memorable. Plus, there's convenient parking nearby.

21/11/2025: This is a men's restaurant. You have to make a reservation. It's almost exclusively men. The food is well-prepared, but not overly flavorful. The owner is a very kind person and the soul of this place. If you want a quick meal and save money, it's worth going once. The food was good, and the service was fast.

The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff behind the counter is always smiling and helpful, making every visit a pleasant experience. They also did a truly kind gesture, giving a pastry to my wife and then to my son, making the experience even more enjoyable.
08/12/2025: This hidden gem is located in Parma, perfect for those who aren't in Sicily but want to eat as if they were. I had a sweet breakfast there, but even the savory items, both from the deli and elsewhere, oozed Sicilian flavors. Definitely worth a try.

20/11/2025: A gigantic cutlet, incredibly crispy and strictly on the bone, for me. A tender braised beef, in the background, for my wife. But the dinner began with traditional green lasagna, truly exceptional! 7 layers, as Bruno Barbieri teaches, crispy on top and soft on the inside. Attentive service despite the full dining room, prices seemed "high" but perfectly in line with the quality of the ingredients, especially considering the location in the heart of Modena.

The warm light from the wooden tables tells you: this place isn't about showing off or following trends; it's about elevating the "homely" into a flavor worth remembering. I. Bolognese Spaghetti – The Essence of Tradition Lies in Slow Cooking Before the first bite of the meat sauce, the aroma embraces your senses. This isn't a quickly reduced sauce, nor is it a flavor artificially piled with sugar and spices. It's like the taste of a grandmother spending a whole day tending the stove in the Italian countryside. The beef fibers retain their structure, yet are stewed until tender without falling apart; The sweet and sour taste of the tomatoes is natural, without any pungent odor; The sheen of the olive oil gently connects each flavor. Most captivating are the handmade spaghetti strands, still imbued with their rich aroma. The curves absorb the thick layer of meat sauce, each bite like a combination of the pasta's delicate flavor and the gentle warmth of the slow cooker. This is the highest level of "simplicity." There are no shortcuts, yet every detail reveals the chef's patience, traditional steadiness, and respect for flavor. II. Nothing fancy, and this static attitude makes all the dishes taste the same... the fish isn't up to par. The wine list is appropriate for the location. The only plus is the gluten-free menu, which deserves praise. The price certainly isn't worth the experience, or rather, in my experience, for the same price, I've gotten significantly different quality. It's not worth going back.

19/11/2025: We arrived Sunday evening at 9 pm without a reservation, and the lady found a way to seat us and make sure we had a truly enjoyable evening. The kind of place where you only get up when you realize you're the last one left. The food was truly good... just like grandma used to make it...
10/11/2025: Friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent value for money. I recommend booking as there aren't many tables. Wheelchair accessible, but space is a bit cramped inside.
