24/07/2026: Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. As soon as the waiter saw us, he ran off to the kitchen instead of coming to greet us. When he finally returned, he seated us at the worst table in the restaurant and told us we couldn't sit at the tables on the beach because we were only ordering dessert and not dinner. But the problems didn't end there. Our coffee was served cold, and the tiramisu was practically frozen, as if it had just been taken out of the freezer. We had the feeling that customers who only order dessert are treated worse than others. Unfortunately, based on the service we received and the quality of the food served, we cannot recommend this restaurant.

14/06/2026: We were greeted by friendly, helpful, and attentive waitstaff, who courteously seated us. We ordered two first courses, two second courses, and a bottle of wine. Unfortunately, despite the warm welcome, the dining experience was decidedly disappointing. The lasagna was overly salty and tasted not fresh. Overall, we found the quality of the ingredients to be very poor. In particular, I had ordered lamb chops, a meat I know and appreciate very well, but the flavor was clearly reminiscent of veal rack. This impression was shared by other diners who had also tried the dish. When it came time to get the bill, we simply raised our concerns, hoping to better understand what we had been served. The owner's reaction was unfortunately aggressive and inappropriate: without us having ever used certain terms, he accused us of calling him a "swindler" and, in a decidedly unprofessional manner, began with a questionable "But where are you from?" From that moment on, it was impossible to establish a calm dialogue. We paid regularly, even though, given the circumstances, it would have been legitimate to at least ask for the disputed dish to be removed from the bill. To complete the picture, the bill was quite high, unjustified by either the quality of the food or the handling of the situation. You don't need to be on Alessandro Borghese's "4 Ristoranti" to learn that quality and respect for the customer come first. There was one positive note, however: the bottled wine was truly good. It's a shame it was the only pleasant memory. In short, we'll never return, we'll not recommend it to anyone who suggests it, and now I'm going to the bathroom to vomit up the rubbish they served us!

02/08/2026: The food is good and the staff very friendly, but the price is too high for the setting and service. Two of us ate outside with a tablecloth and paper napkins infested with flies. €30 each for a first course, two grilled dishes, two bottles of water, a small carafe of white wine, and two coffees is certainly not fair. We usually spend €30 for a superior and more comfortable setting, a fabric table setting, air conditioning, and no flies...definitely too expensive. The price must be determined by many factors...certain requirements are missing here...the price for this dinner couldn't have exceeded €22 each.

24/07/2026: It's a lovely place, located in a truly magical setting. The atmosphere inside is very pleasant and perfect for a slow, relaxing, and romantic meal. I recommend it for two or small groups because it inspires a pleasant intimacy. The staff was very kind, attentive, and professional. The food was fabulous and delicious, from the first course to the last. The prices are well-proportioned for the food, service, and location. I highly recommend it.

Incidentally, the desserts were also particularly well received. The ambiance has a certain patina of age. These dishes deserve a little more. But that's just personal taste.

22/07/2026: Restaurant in the historic center, accessible from a large public parking lot a 2-minute walk away. Characterful restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere. Excellent traditional Reggio Emilia cuisine, but also offers valid alternatives, from appetizers to desserts. Excellent hospitality, advice, and service.

08/08/2026: Unfortunately, the experience at this restaurant was terrible in every way. The service was disorganized: the dishes arrived in shifts (some people were on their second course and some were fasting), the drinks arrived after the food (and were incorrect), and the wine was not provided with a cooler. The tables were not cleared, the tartare arrived incomplete compared to other tables, and we were served several broken plates, not to mention the lack of a container for the mussel shells. To top it all off, in addition to the fact that the staff allowed themselves to make inappropriate comments, they even tried to 'offer' us some Camparini (a small dessert) only to have them added to our bill. Unacceptable service.
