04/08/2025: Tornati in questo locale dopo tanto tempo, cambiamento abbastanza radicale ora si tratta di cucina Gourmet a tutti gli effetti, siamo stati bene, chiaramente prezzo e ricercatezza dei piatti sono diversi dalla pèrecedente gestione, personale cordiale, servizio curato e cucina appunto con portate un po' fuori dal comune, da provare ogni tanto sicuramente, prezzo alto ma in linea con le portate molto ricercate come anche il servizio, sulla location nulla da dire da una parte colline e montagne dall'altra il mare un vero spettacolo.

24/07/2025: Menù e vini di qualità eccellente! Servizio impeccabile. Da non perdere! Consigliato. Prezzo medio alto ma proporzionato a quelli che si riceve. Bravi!

18/02/2025: Excellent bar in a transit area, but with some front parking spaces at the entrance. Trained and very welcoming staff, assorted display case with sweet and savory options. Honestly it doesn't even look like a village bar to me so well done! advise

12/08/2025: Choice between traditional pizzas, special starters, first courses, meat and fish main courses, bottled beers and wines, all good, genuine desserts, kind and courteous staff, spacious environment suitable for both couples and groups.

27/07/2025: Inedible takeout pizza, the crust was very thick and so large that it took up 2/3 of the pizza. The crust was raw inside and so thick that I couldn't taste the pizza because there wasn't enough toppings.

03/05/2025: Stile ed eleganza si uniscono a spiccate professionalità e passione nel creare pietanze sempre squisite e nel garantire un servizio impeccabile ed attento, offrendo sempre piatti di estrema qualità e bontà. Siamo ritornati a cena in tre questa volta e abbiamo sperimentato la degustazione di "ispirazioni" da 10 portate. Tutte quante davvero eccellenti e l'effetto sorpresa dello chef ci stupisce come ogni volta. Rimane in assoluto uno dei ristoranti migliori di Ferrara. Elisa e Stefano

02/09/2025: We had dinner on the last night before leaving. After several suggestions and excellent reviews, we decided to take a chance and try this place. Excellent food. They also bring a complimentary dessert on the house, including a cake and a typical Romagna ring cake... It was wonderful to be right next to the port. Definitely recommended.

29/08/2025: We ordered two grilled dishes to share between four, not because we were starving but simply because the portions were so large we couldn't finish them. The waiter pointed out, "We're at our wits' end... it's obvious we're at the end of the season..." I think waiters shouldn't be making decisions about customers' choices... everything comes to a head... and Italy is getting worse and worse... Rightly so... a word to the wise is enough...!!!

25/08/2025: If you're looking for a place to unwind and enjoy simple, traditional, family-style cuisine, full of flavor and at very reasonable prices, this is the place to be. We loved it so much that we returned to try more of the chef's dishes. The inn, run by a French-Italian couple, has a real soul and authentic charm. French visitors: go there with your eyes closed!

17/08/2025: I stayed in this inn for two nights, both for the overnight stay and for dinner. 5 stars for the restaurant, 4 stars for the rooms. The weak point was the bathroom, which was too small and lacked a bidet; instead, a shower head was placed next to the toilet.

13/07/2025: This is the second time I've passed through Ferrara and stopped at this osteria, for a reason that's often overlooked: the certified gluten-free cuisine! Excellent quality, a wide selection that largely reflects the "normal" menu. I enjoyed the pumpkin cappellacci with melted parmesan and guanciale, even in the height of summer! I'm always happy to find places like this with reasonable prices, where they understand that celiac disease isn't a fad and don't raise prices!

08/08/2025: Mai più! Non recensirò mai più la Betta! Mai più dirò che sono stato benissimo, come negli ultimi 40anni. Mai più dirò che il cibo è ottimo e ben preparato. Mai più dirò che i prezzi sono più che corretti. Insomma, è ora di dire basta nel recensire questo ristorante. Un abbraccio.

01/08/2025: Cucina adriatica in purezza con qualche elemento creativo (per fortuna non toppi). Una garanzia per chi cerca un ristorante di mare, in riva al mare. Consigliatissimo, ma prenotate, mi raccomando!

13/06/2025: I have known this place since it was opened by the first manager. It has always been very popular, regular customers are the majority and stay there for a long time. It was once renowned for its homemade ice cream (I am not among regular customers for this product category so I cannot vouch for it). The staff is welcoming. The products are of good quality.

14/05/2025: Quality ice cream bar and pastry shop, welcoming, clean place with excellent sweet and savory breakfasts. I went for a buffet for my daughter's graduation outside the place which is heated in the winter and beautiful in the summer. Everything was perfect from the organization to the very kind staff offering the delicious ice cream cake

21/08/2025: Let me start by saying that we celebrated all three of my children's baptisms there and that we've never had any problems over the years; in fact, we were excellent customers, both us and my in-laws. Lately, we hadn't been there anymore due to work schedules and commitments with the kids (and also because we had other preferences). After the second-to-last time we had a family dinner, where the portions were very small and the prices were very high, we returned for a quiet lunch with our three children. As usual, we ordered two baskets of crescentine, one of which arrived promptly, but I noticed for myself that the oil was still inside the dough, so I drained it into a napkin. I would have ignored it, but my partner pointed it out to Ilaria, one of the restaurant's three less-than-smiling managers. After having strangely waited over half an hour for the main courses we'd ordered, along with side dishes and the remaining crescentine, the young lady showed up at our table, insinuating that we'd soaked the aforementioned basket with water. It was, in fact, wet, but it must have been wet by them or someone in the kitchen, to challenge our small, polite remark. The result? Insults from the young woman, who called us "shameful" and ordered us never to return to their establishment. I have no words for the lack of professionalism, respect, and politeness of these people. If you treat your regular customers like this, you've got a serious problem... and you always will have, as that place is increasingly empty. A heartfelt piece of advice to Ilaria: be more humble and smile more, so you don't become any uglier, and demonstrate the intelligence in knowing when it's best to keep quiet and move on. And ask yourself a few questions about your staff, whose reliability and professionalism are questionable. Never see you again.
