26/02/2026: Location: A large villa with a huge, slightly unconventional parking lot, all just outside Parma. The venue is quite large, and the tables are spread throughout the various rooms of the house, thus avoiding too much noise. The menu includes a bit of everything, including pizza, pasta dishes, meat, and fish. Overall, it's okay, but it doesn't shine as much as it could... Open Monday.

09/03/2026: I visited Cadauno with dear friends who frequent the restaurant regularly; for my wife and I, however, it was the first time. I found the setting to be refined and welcoming, with a pleasant atmosphere. The menu is quite varied and able to satisfy different tastes. For an appetizer, I tried their snails à la bourguignonne, which, despite being a slight reinterpretation of the classic recipe (shellless and lightly breaded), I found them to be truly delicious. In some ways, I considered the reinterpretation almost an improvement. For the second course, I couldn't help but choose their signature Spaghetti alla Giulio Cesare (Gragnano pasta with Karl Bernardi pancetta, cherry tomatoes, chili pepper, and organic Tuscan pecorino): an excellent dish, perfectly balanced. Kudos also to the wine cellar, well-stocked and with wines to suit every budget. The service was attentive and professional despite it being a Saturday night and a packed restaurant. The quality/price ratio was also excellent. I definitely think I'll be back.

15/08/2025: We spent some wonderful days at Kapogiro Beach, we felt at home. Vanessa and Gilberto (Gibi) are the owners, welcoming, always smiling, and genuine. They have all the comforts, including new and constantly sanitized bathrooms. Unforgettable aperitifs, dinners, and lunches with fresh fish delivered every morning and very fair prices. Highly recommended are the braziono or salmon ravioli handmade by Mamma Silva, the best I've ever eaten! Our go-to place at the Lido ❤️

21/02/2026: Excellent dinner at this elegant restaurant in the heart of Cattolica. Impeccable service. The gratin dishes ordered as an entrée were excellent. The tuna steak was fabulous, accompanied by baked potatoes and steamed artichokes sliced ​​Roman style with the stems still attached. At the table next to us, we saw a sumptuous fried fish platter arrive. The wine selection was good. We drank an excellent extra-dry Prosecco. We'll definitely be back!!!

The portions of crescentine are okay, but the cured meats are a bit small. Quiet atmosphere, suitable for everyone. Parking is available in front of the entrance (usually available). The all-you-can-eat menu is interesting, offering appetizers, four first courses, second courses, side dishes, liqueurs, and drinks, like a traditional full menu, but more extensive.

09/02/2026: Overall, not a great experience. We went on a Friday night; the pizzas were very salty. I ordered a pizza with prosciutto, and they probably put it in the oven towards the end because it arrived cooked. Two people ordered a seafood pizza off the menu, "the service was kind and didn't bother us," but the mussels arrived with their shells still on and without a plate to put them on. Other than that, the seafood wasn't very good.

22/03/2026: Excellent restaurant, welcoming atmosphere, knowledgeable staff. Whenever we're in the area, a stop at Contea di Montale is a must. We've been there three times and haven't found a single dish I didn't like. The starters are excellent, the meats are top-notch, and then... I suggest you don't leave the restaurant without trying the mascarpone, which alone is worth the visit. During our last visit, we had a small problem with the wine bottle. Being inexperienced, we accepted the bottle and only realized the problem after a few sips. I must appreciate the restaurant owner's courtesy (we were dealing with a mustachioed waiter at the time, whose name I don't know but whom I really appreciated): he changed the bottle for us immediately, although I realize it wasn't at all obvious at that point. Also worthy of mention is the Brazilian-born waitress: welcoming, smiling, and excellent because she immediately understood and accommodated our needs related to our small child. In short: I'm satisfied. Well done, and see you soon!

20/03/2026: Besides trying this place last summer with friends (a good experience), I returned to organize a simple dinner with work colleagues. Vegetarian colleagues were also present and easily found dishes they liked (such as gnocco fritto without lard). We chose to have a mixed appetizer brought to us to share, then each of us chose either a first course or a second course. The quality of the dishes is good, but I should point out that there is a price for this. The wine list is very extensive, featuring both local and national/international wines, in addition to the usual restaurant drinks (beers and soft drinks). The atmosphere and setting, both inside and out, are very pleasant, making it suitable for business, family, or pleasure lunches or dinners.
