26/06/2025: Excellent food... some dishes with prices a little out of the market... some others with quantities not adequate for the price... but excellent place, clean, tasteful... all seasoned with a very engaging atmosphere... a small note... the horse ravioli seasoned with that pepper sauce just have nothing to do with it... the pepper covers all the flavor of the ravioli and the horse meat...

29/12/2024: Location meravigliosa situata nel quartiere, arredo moderno un ottima accoglienza,il servizio eccezionale un metre molto giovane ,ma impeccabile e super professionale. Ottimo il menù bella la presentazione dei piatti,che venivanospuegati la loro composizione dal metre.esperienza eccezionale, da ripetere sicuramente. Il prezzo nella media considerando cosa abbiamo degustato e bevuto.

25/05/2025: We went there for my daughter's communion lunch, the food was great, the staff were friendly and helpful. The quality/price ratio was excellent, highly recommended, we will be back soon. Update 05-25-2025: Well what can I say, we returned for another communion and since then it has only improved, super compliments

28/05/2025: Tried a couple of times during lunch break, if you stick to the fixed menu it is neither good nor bad, if you try something different the waiter's proposals may surprise you... but in this case the price goes up a bit too much.

26/06/2025: Good food, not excellent. The portion of the appetizers was definitely small for the price. I found a hair in the appetizer plate, but far from the food and I didn't report it to the waitress. Instead, in my first course there was a long black hair on the pasta!! Reported to the waitress. Sorry, she apologizes and assures me that she will have my dish redone. But once brought to the table, after almost 15 minutes, I understand that it was the same plate as before, this time without the hair, that they had kindly removed and reheated everything in the microwave since the ceramic plate was as hot as if it had just come out of an oven. Instead, the first plate that arrived wasn't boiling hot. I didn't like the tease of telling me that they would remake the pasta plate, making me wait all that time and then eating the same one as before.

25/06/2025: ⭐ 1 star (because zero is not possible) An experience that was nothing short of shameful. I had shown up on time for a job interview, agreed the day before with the owner. Her? Absent. After a few minutes, I called her to see if she was coming, also because, since I was still under contract for a few days, I had organized myself with difficulty to be there. Her response? An unheard of aggression, completely out of place. She told me "I'm not interested" in a rude and contemptuous tone, she started insulting me on the phone, placing the responsibility for everything on me, just because I dared to look for work. Yes, you read that right. Instead of apologizing for the delay or for the obvious lack of respect, she thought it best to humiliate me for free, treating me as if I were doing something wrong by looking for a job in a polite and professional manner. A place where human respect does not exist, where the management demonstrates disconcerting arrogance. If this is how they treat potential collaborators, I don't want to imagine how they treat clients. Avoid it. Seriously.

01/06/2025: In compagnia di amici abbiamo preso il menù a 6 portate cui se ne aggiungono altre 3 a discrezione della casa: pasto assolutamente equilibrato nelle porzioni e nei sapori. Mise en place elegante, a ogni portata cambiano tipologia di piatto e servizio di posate. Tutto molto curato e ogni volta una sorpresa. Team in cucina e in sala giovane, entusiasta, preparato e accogliente. Il menù è una sinfonia di profumi e sapori molto bilanciati con tanti richiami al Giappone, piatti scomposti, ingredienti decisi e impiattamenti di grande impatto visivo. Consigliato per chi vuole un’esperienza di gusto nella cornice delle stupende colline romagnole che fanno da sfondo a una giusta causa.

07/05/2025: Difficile mettere a parole le molteplici emozioni vissute presso di voi Darò un semplice feedback di un’esperienza per me unica. Vedere i visi, i sorrisi e l’accoglienza del personale, la concentrazione quasi mistica dei cuochi nella stupenda cucina a vista mi ha subito trasportata fuori dalla banalità quotidiana. Come immergersi in un periodo di tempo ovattato e scandito da colori, sapori, gesti che portano la mente altrove. Questo è quello che personalmente ho vissuto. Ogni pietanza gustata portava con sé profumi e sapori particolarissimi che trovavo intrecciarsi tra loro con armonia. I colori, le composizioni e la spiegazione di ogni piatto ci hanno lasciati incantati. Tutto questo ma non ultimo come valore e importanza,ho apprezzato molto e per me ha un valore non indifferente è stata la classe, la bellezza e la maestria nei gesti, negli sguardi del Vostro personale. Sono stata molto colpita dalla loro preparazione e dalla grazia con cui hanno veramente coccolato ogni cliente in sala noi compresi. Credo che queste caratteristiche facciano parte infondo di ciascun componente dello staff. Non si può fingere la grazia. O c’è o non c’è. È stato un viaggio nell’arte a 360 gradi guidata magistralmente dalla passione di Chef Biuso che ringrazio. Ne porterò nel cuore ogni singolo istante ,veramente grata a ciascuno di Voi. 10/06/2025: 5 stars. Pizza ok great, excellent cuisine, top service. Discovered last night, returned for lunch. A little out of the city center, but reachable with little effort. A round of applause.

05/06/2025: I went to lunch at Galeone with a dear friend and, spoiled for choice, we went for Plateau Royal. While waiting, they also brought us a good red stria, offered by them. The wine pairing proposal was also excellent. Recommended 👌🏼

01/06/2025: Very quiet place where you can enjoy excellent fish at very competitive prices. Very kind and educated staff. I only tried fish but also pizzas and their box with spaghetti inside seems very good. I will definitely go back. Keep it up guys!! Kind smiling ☺️
