25/07/2026: I had a wonderful experience in Forlì for work and ended up at this restaurant. The atmosphere was perfect, the staff were attentive and friendly, the food was excellent, and the quality and price were just right. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back.

The desserts are the same, with very high prices and not listed anywhere.

Impeccable and professional service. Very unique, albeit local, wines are expertly recommended. The price is more than reasonable for the quality of the food. Without a doubt, the best restaurant in the Piacenza area and beyond.

10/07/2026: Delicious food! (We had the white ragu and steak with grilled vegetables). The staff is very friendly and attentive. Every request was fulfilled immediately. We highly recommend a visit to Osteria del Grillo :) PS: One minor drawback is the lack of an outdoor seating area, however, the entire restaurant is very pleasantly air-conditioned (not too cold and not too warm).

16/07/2026: This restaurant is not on the usual itinerary but a great place to go. You can discuss the menu and there are many vegetarian options. The wine is a lovely discussion and discovery. Go for Nabucco red wine. A new favorite. Full body, easy on the palate and well priced. I would very much return 💙
30/06/2026: We ordered the octupus pasta, salami pasta and steak as well as the octopus appetizer. All three entrees were delicious and the service was fantastic! It’s a great little place near our hotel and I’m glad we stopped by here.

31/07/2026: The staff are friendly and always available. We return every year for summer vacations and weekends for an excellent seafood lunch! The post-beach aperitifs are also always top-notch, with a complimentary treat (piadina, crescentine, crescentine, etc.).

07/08/2026: Excellent and very nicely decorated restaurant with delicious food and excellent staff. There were three of us, two of us had the I love Modena menu, and one person had the Tradition in evolution menu. The food was delicious, very nicely presented. We were all delighted with the Emilia burger, we have literally never tasted a better burger. We took one wine pairing and one non-alcoholic pairing and both were phenomenal. If you are in Modena, be sure to visit this place where you can taste chef Bottura's dishes at slightly more affordable prices.

24/07/2026: Poorly conceived and poorly executed menu items. Food was not particularly flavorful or cooked well. Our lamb chops were very thin and cooked far past well unlike the rare you would expect. We were also charged for items we hadn't ordered, it was taken off the bill but be warned. I would not eat there again.
